I appreciate all the years she made my baby look perfect and even though he recently passed away I’m truly grateful for all the years she made him look absolutely perfect. Thank you Kelly 💙

don’t get me wrong, these people fooled me at first with their “kindness”. they were all extremely nice we loved them at first and kept bringing our dog for over 5 visits before all that changed. back story: our dog is a very anxious dog. she will not walk into any place she doesn’t know without us dragging her in. my grandfather, is the definition of this dogs best friend. he’s attached to this dog. if our dog is scared, he’s scared for her. this staff had no problem helping us get our dog inside with our first few visits. we had arrived at this place one day and told them we were going to need help getting our dog out of the car again. one of the lady’s walked to car to get our dog and then proceeded to say to my grandma “why did u bring HIM. i told you NOT to bring him.” (referring to my grandfather who is attached to this dog). immediately if you disrespect anyone in my family, i lose all respect for u. simple. i totally understand if anyone has different opinions or different encounters, just thought this needed to be shared. we will never go to this place again we have found a place that cares about our dog as much as we do.

Our Malamute, Brody never looked so good after coming home from a groomer. He is a wooly and has a lot of fur. He loved the people there and when he came home he was so soft and his fur was well groomed. He smelled amazing!!We've gone to other groomers and they have been very bad. They don't know how to groom a double coated dog.We will only go to Tails and Tangles from now on.

Ashley does a fantastic job with my dog. He gets nervous first going in due to being a shelter dog. He always comes out looking great. She has even found a way of helping his fur grow back in nicely after being sheared like a sheep, 2 yrs ago, from another well known groomer.It's not completely filled back in yet, it is SOOOOO much better than it was.

Looking for a groomer, I drive by this location daily and am curious; unfortunately, this location immediately gives a wrong first impression when I try to check out their webpage to be taken to an unsecured page trying to force questionable extensions onto my browser. The owners should look into that.

My dog, Billy, is by far not the easiest dog to groom. Quite frankly, he's terrible. But Kelly still loves him and tries her absolute hardest to get the job done. I'll never take Billy anywhere else!

I used to love this place. Until my last appointment. I had scheduled my dog to get cut on a Friday. an emergency happened and I called Thursday morning to reschedule more than 24 hrs before my appointment. they got me in the following Saturday. I went to pick up my dog after his appointment was done and when the OWNER!! cashed me out she charged me double I was in shock. she stated that i needed to pay for the appointment i had last Friday that i rescheduled 24 hrs in advance. I explained to the owner I was not notified of the charge and if i new I would of went somewhere else. She then yelled at me calling me cheap. I explained that at my dental office we charge a missed appointment fee but we must notify the patient of the fee before we see them or they set up a new appoint meant. they did not notify me of the fee at all and weren't going to say anything to me hoping i didn't see the extra 65 charge. I would understand if i missed the appointment or called an hour before to reschedule but i called well over 24 hrs in advance. after she yelled at me calling me cheap she went and brought me my dog throwing his leash at me and telling me to find a new groomer. they do awesome work i been bringing my dog here for a while now. but they do not value their customer and the owner has very little to no class and respect for her clients.

I've been bringing my dog here since they first opened because I originally lived in town and found it so convenient having them there. They have an amazing staff and do a fantastic job with our dog Bruiser! Although we since moved out of town I still drive out of my way to bring him there because they are so good to him, do a thorough job grooming , and he always seems to be so happy going there! Keep up the great work!

Ashley is without question a total expert at what she does. My dog is super difficult to groom, especially around the face. He’s always hated grooming. However, when we go to Tails and Tangles, he pulls us to get into the building. He actually enjoys going there. I am extremely fussy with who will groom my dog. And I cannot tell you how comfortable I feel leaving him there. Top notch customer service, experts at their job. And, always accommodating when I forget to call and schedule, getting my fur baby right in!Also, he always looks amazing when he is finished with his spa day, he actually leaves there with a smile!

These ladies were recommended byy nice who knows them but also knows I would not have a problem putting a hurt on someone who hurt my baby girl, so I was confident, but still had to see for my self. Well Ashley was very professional and nice. She greeted my dog at her level and she went to her with the tail a wagging. When I came back to pick her up she was calm tail wagging and beautiful. I don't put a price on my baby girls happiness. I will definitely be recommending you girls to everyone. Thank You

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is absolutely awful and should have gotten shut down! My fiancé and I have 3 dogs, the smallest mini dachshund we have we decided to take here once. They took over 3-4 hours to groom, finally decided to call saying he was so nervous he pooped so it took longer supposedly. Well they didn’t mention anything else after that until we took him home and noticed something was severely wrong with his eyes. We had to rush him to the emergency hospital where we found out they gave him two ulcers, one in each eye. We were told there was a chance he could have gone blind because of it. They must have sprayed him and weren’t nice at all about it! There were young kids working and all very unprofessional. It was only until we brought it to their attention that they said they’d pay some of his vet bills. I would NEVER bring any of my dogs there again! Strongly advise against going here.

Absolutely love them. I have three rescue dogs, 110lb, 70lb, and 35lb they all love their groom days. The girls are fantastic and truly love each as their own. Wouldn't dream of taking my trio anywhere else.

We have been customers of the girls since before they opened tails and tangles and followed them here. They are so calm, gentle and sweet with my bulldoges, Ruby and Romeo! The staff always go above and beyond to keep my dogs safe and comfortable during their visits, not to mention all the attention, kisses and pets they get! I recently moved and still travel here from Connecticut because I refuse to go anywhere else ! Best in the Business!

My huskies have never enjoyed being "pampered"... dozens of groomers as examples... until they stopped into Tails & Tangles, LLC! Now I can't get them to go anywhere ELSE! I've NEVER had huskies LEAP into the Jeep with such grrrrrracity!Folks out there in interweb land, bring your pets anywhere you'd like but if you want it done RIGHT and see your pets run, jump, play and show you that "I'm happy and I KNOW it!" thing that you desperately miss so much and you believe is gone forever, then first, spend TIME with your furry family. Walk them, it's GREAT for the BOTH of you (wish I knew BEFORE the heart attack). Next, and EQUALLY as important, bring them to Tails and Tangles, LLC. With all of the health and love your furbot has given you, give it back to them. You'll be rewarded ten-fold. Not a lot surprises me in life anymore, however, the pups response after their first visit here caught me COMPLETELY off guard, in a GOOD way!Thank you, ladies, you are so much more than groomers, you are furry life restorers. Be safe, be well, and continue to love each other..It's all we've got, and that's okay. :) <3 -PF

Thanks you to the staff at Tails and Tangles. My cat Pookie had 4 spots of hard matted hair. They did a fantastic job removing those matted areas and went above and beyond to make her comfortable, she had a little accident and they even washed the carrier pad for me. Best of all she came home comfortable and smelling so good. Thank you ladies for taking great care of my Pookie. If you need a spa day for your furbaby, I definitely recommend them.

I gave the lady 48 bucks to pay the bill and as I'm walking away she says I gave her $28... still till this moment I can't Get over the fact that I gave her the full amount and she claims that I did not.Edit: April 2, 2019I have to add..... because this is still bothering me..... I paid 68 bucks for my dog to sit around for 3 hours after I dropped him off... if I drop off a dog at 11:00 a.m. because his appointment is at 11:00 a.m. and I call you at 2:30 asking when my dog will be ready and he is nowhere to be ready then what was my dog doing in that time? Where did you have my dog where you could not start him at the time that I dropped him off why make an appointment for 11:00 a.m. and I call hours later and he has not even been started. I just don't understand and I will never understand that's why I will never go to this place and that is a very sad and unfortunate.Even if I dropped off my dog at 11:15 like I did that still should not dictate that my dog would be taken care of hours later after his original appointment at 11:00 a.m. someone please explain that to me.That photo is of him now.. looking the same like before I dropped him off and she still charges me. That's a steal and not in a good way.

The groomers are so attentive and affectionate with my cat, and they are so kind to me. I always tip at least 20% because of how wonderfully they treat me and my pets. Plus they've taken such strong precautions against COVID-19, and are continuing to do so.

These girls are amazing! We brought our German shorthaired here and were a little nervous as he is afraid of water and hates his nails being touched. He was so happy when we picked him up and looked great. I would highly recommend these guys!

My cat is extremely skidish. So naturally I was nervous leaving him because I was worried I was going to get a call that he clawed someone up. But when I picked him up, the girls said he did wonderful and that he was so great! I’m not the type to write reviews but this was an awesome experience and I’ll keep him going there. Awesome service!
