Oct2022: 4⭐: I would recommend this location for local shoppers in the area. I stopped by this store as a result of visiting the fitness center in the immediate area. I noted that there was a medical center right across from the front door of the grocery store. I noticed that there were plenty of handicap parking spots in this immediate area to the side of the store and in front of the medical center. There were general parking spots throughout the area but there were baskets throughout the parking lot. There was an automatic door enabling a handicap person to enter without having assistance. The front reception area had a few products on display and as you walk into the store you see the bright colors of the produce. I stopped by the refrigerator section to get some lettuce mix. There were two bags available of the type I enjoy eating, but it was old and had brown leaves in one bag. I selected the second available bag. There were several workers I noted throughout the store that were stocking the shelves and available to assist customers with questions. I noticed they had a variety of items just past the produce and it reminded me of a store that I had come and cross in another state. It was similar to this one, but it featured a different company under a different name. It was pretty straightforward in the store as far as selection was concerned. There were quite a few items available in the store that were unique and interesting to me. I found sugar cane stalks in a barrel. What!! I used to love these as a kid chewing on them.

At 9 am the place was virtually empty, the aisles were clean and well stocked the cashier was quick and friendly (they almost always are). The quality of their produce has significantly improved as has their selection of available items including bakery items.

The shop has great parking space to save the hassles of finding parking. The interior has a lot of goods to choose at great prices too. Always get tomatoes 🍅 and peppers 🌶

Price rite on river street very family oriented shopping. What are your prices are slice whenever they feel prices to go down overall good place to shop at your weekly or monthly groceries and the products are rather very fresh from. I also work the price right at this location and employees truly care for people and their customers very clean. Lots of parking but bring your bags and bag your groceries or you can purchase them they’re $.15 a bag. Enjoy your experience at Price Rite market place in River St., Boston mass 02126.

My Experience at the price Right was Great 👍 this store is always stocked it's always clean you can go in and find what you're looking for and go to the check out isle fast this market is the place to go. The get 10 Stars from me not 5.

They really need more cashiers. The cashiers they do have seem to like to take breaks in the middle of work, with a line forming. And they move like sloths. It's like it's only good to shop there at a special certain time for good service.... What's that time then🤔.

Well prices are ok some decent then others ,clean 👍 and organized but the meat section needs work you can see some meat needed to go but they had left it there still trying to sell it plus the smell 🤢 I go else wear for the meatsBut everything else np 😊 staff could use some work not really helpful or pleasant. Always on cell phones or video calls and iv seen supervisor and managers doing this and I been there 4 different times but over all its a decent place.

The price is good for most of their goods. They change stuff around too much which makes it difficult for people who visit the store regularly to quickly find what they're looking for. The staff is not proactive enough in dealing with customers. Although some of them are very nice, but others can be very rude. The management is not about ensuring good customer experience. I have witnessed staff closing lanes on customers on multiple occasions. It is very frustrating to have been waiting forever in a long line just to be told later that the lane is closed. If you're not in a rush and don't mind dealing with poor customer service then this place is for you. Otherwise, there are better options out there.

Nicely renovated, would like to see more of a variety...more bang for your buck so to speak. It feels like customers are paying for the renovation and also their produce department needs some love perhaps something like Star market they have like the spray is going on you know the stock market on River Street produce department by far is the best I've ever seen.

Price Rite at this location is bigger than the one on American Legion Hwy. Parking is adequate. Most of the items prices are higher than before. Bargain shopping is becoming a thing of the past!

Regular daily prices and sale are very helpful for customers during COVID-19.A few times that I drove into the lot, I've saw too many people enter, but this seems to be a common occurrence lately in many stores, So I decided to come back another day when it's less crowded.

This place can be a zoo at times if you go there at the wrong time. I love to go there early in the morning when a lot of customers are not there. Lines can be very long at check out especially if they only have three or four registrars open. Other than that reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff.

You can find some brand name items at a very good price. However, it takes much longer to check out, than it takes to do your actual grocery shopping. There is a consistent pattern of insufficient cashiers. The lines are unreasonably long. For that reason alone, I do not recommend shopping their.

Great place to pick up your groceries for cheap money. Unlike other discount grocery chains Price Rite offer MANY brand name along with their own "house brand" items. Needs more people working the registers though can get pretty busy.
