The guy with the grey curly long hair is extremely awkward. I don't know if it's a race, but definitely feel like I'm being treated less than. Which I hate to even bring up but I'm so uncomfortable everytime I go in there. He also has a dry sense of humor which makes matters worse.

Been around for decades. Very helpful answering questions about what is best for a project. They have a little bit of everything. Life saver when you are in the middle of a project and there is hardware store right here in the neighborhood.

Over the years I have always found what I needed, with the exception of once when my items were ordered and came in quickly and at a good price. I am always treated like a favorite customer because everyone is. What more can you ask for?

Local hardware store in Cleary Square with awesome customer service and surprisingly you can find almost anything you would find at Home Depot. Diane and her staff are so personable, they make you WANT to support the small business over the big box store.I highly recommend this store.

They have the best staff, unlike the big box stores they know what they have and can get you in and out quickly but they will tell you immediately if they don't have what you are looking for... Nothing I dislike more is being led around a store when they don't even have it.....

I think Diane is great!! She knows everything about anything in that store.I won't shop at another place she's that good. I literally will go out of my way to shop there regardless of where I am...I'm a little slow in the brain but she treats me like everyone else. Best place for hardware and everything else on the planet. Ok, they may not have everything on the planet... but they do their best to get whatever it is that you need. Service is exceptional. No walking for miles to try to find help. They are right there as soon as you open the front door.

Every item is horribly overpriced. Went in and bought a generic chip brush at 5 bucks that you can buy for 1.50$ at Lowe's and home depot...4.7 stars you guys are nuts
