Their parts department was great. Needed to replace some basic maintenance parts and they were able to offer me OEM and aftermarket replacements. Tons of accessories and odds and ends you may need for your boat

Placed order the day before I went to pick it up around 4pm. Showed up the next morning about 910am and was meet with nothing but issues. The clerk asked why I came in to get my order as it wasn’t ready, I placed the order the day before! Then he was upset he had to go pull the items off the shelf, this entire process took over 30 minutes it would have been quicker if I just walked in the store and got the items myself. Next time I’ll use my local marina they may cost a bit more but the customer service at west marine in Hyannis is lacking and actually making purchases tougher than they need to be

One of the most pleasant shopping experience I have had in a long time. I am a first time shopper at West Marine however it won't be my last. The 1st clerk was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. The second clerk saw me waiting in line to check out so he stopped stocking shelves to assist me with my purchase and was extremely willing to do so. Keep up the great work. Oh by the way the Hyannis store had exactly what I needed and a few more things I didn't know I needed. 😁 RC

I only needed a clam gauge. Which was out of stock, BUT, it's like a candy store for water sports. I could get lost in there. Lots of salespeople to help. Lots of inventory. An odd location on route 28, close to the Hyannis rotary. Need boat stuff,fishing stuff, it looks like a good spot to shop

Very nice store. Employees and staff are amazing! One employee whose name was Alex if I'm not mistaken, was particularly helpful and he cut some cable for my sailboat. He answered all of our questions and gave us options for what we needed. Overall, it was a great experience!

Super nice and friendly, they offered help often, they have coolers and boating supplies along with fishing and kayaking goods. A good selection of clothes if you're in need of something for the weather (coats and sports wear). The largest size I could find was large, just an FYI, very pleasent employees!

It's west marine, it saved me from having to fight bridge traffic and drive to New Bedford. It's geared to the sporty crowd not the commercial fleet.

I purchased two gallons of bottom paint yesterday and during checkout Joann noticed that I hadn't picked out the same paint as I normally do (In the past I purchased the ablative) and she remembered this. And, her reminder saved me a lot of money! Now who remembers their customer's previous bottom paint selections?? She does..Incredible! Then Bruce made sure I had plenty of sticks to stir the paint and offered to have the machines shake them for me and finally Aiden (spelling?) offered to carry the paint to the car. They are the best!Scott

The Techie Guys at WestMarine are so helpful with their advice....i was looking in getting deep cell battery set up for my ride....found a solution....its now on my wish list....I picked up a 3w solar panel to keep my MC battery over the wintah.

The content of the store has changed over the years, if you need boat supplies they will have it in stock. They also have trailer parts and a small salt fishing supply.
