Overall I like TSC, the staff is generally helpful and they carry most of the basics at a competitive price. For non-stocking and oversized items the shipping costs to have things delivered to my local store are ridiculously high so it is cheaper to drive 60 miles round trip to Lowes.

Wow this isn't store it's crazy I was going to the store like 7.59 am and they open like 8.am we go over to the door open and we think that they was open and a men go thru and the lady from the store say get out from the store and close the door and like 4 seconds later open the door again the lady and say you can come in don't come to this store to buy they are crazy

The manager Chris from The Hyannis store offered to personally pick up my order which was delivered to another store by mistake. He delivered it the next day for my local store pick up. Thanks for the exceptional service!

This was a store that was needed on Cape cod, they have things that the hardware store does not or home depot. Stuff like carburetors and air compressor shut offs they got Carhartt and all sorts of good stuff definitely a great store

Great shopping experience. Very friendly and helpful employees. The store has a large variety of products including pet food and other pet items, as well as tools, household supplies, clothing and so much more at competitive prices. Saved me from going to several different stores. Would definitely recommend.

Was my first time in a TS store. Was surprised at the large inventory. Something like a combination of Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and Harbor Freight only better -- cleaner, better organized, better labeled, wider variety, better staffed, very friendly staffed.I was impressed and at 82 years old I'm not easily impressed. TS could become my "go to" store. Will see how my next visit is!

Great store and people go a lot always 5 star but raw hide Treets for dogs way way to hard for smaller dogs the ones with the orange stripe good for small dogs manafactor should lable them for German shepherds and great Danes

Very impressed with this store. They have things you can't find elsewhere. Store is very easy to navigate and the staff was extremely helpful! Didn't have to go begging for help like the big monster stores...you know who I'm talking about.

Always seems like things are reasonably priced here all the time. Been getting dog bones and joint meds here for years. Recently I've been getting welding supplies here. Surprisingly they have a good selection and multiple choices for each one

I was so excited to get a Tractor Supply on the Cape. It started out great. But I have had 5 bad experiences here so I’m done. Bought a huge bag of bird seed- it was moldy. Bought bedding for my chicks- wet and moldy. Bought a chicken coop- it shipped broken and was so cheaply made ( they did let us return it no problem). Had a rude sales person twice in the last week. Very condescending. Shopping at Barnstable Feed from now on.

Probably the kindest people ever working here. They were out of what I wanted, but found an alternative for me. I appreciated that they checked the side yard for me to see if they had any left. Excellent customer service, I'll be back. :)

This store is a fantastic find for home projects. We bought the Root Slayer shovel which has made our yard projects so much easier. It's a savage shovel to say the least! :)

The store in and of itself is ok a little over priced let me state I am obviously disabled walk with a limp so the narrow isles are not handi qt all. Second I had to use the bathroom while there and while clean had no toilet paper which I did not notice till after which would I could have dealt with but when I went and ask a customer associate who saw me walk out of the bathroom was told he would get around to it at some point and walked away to the front. So I had nothing to wipe with even waited for several min by the bathroom. Then I went to cash out so I could go home to wipe and had to get 4 big bags of miracle gro soil again I am.hanficaped the same guy went put to scan but didn't offer to help put in my cart which is all I needed he went out scanned and came back in to the cashier and walked away. Thank God my cab driver helped me because the customer service here for people is severely lacking and I will spend the extr $$ now to goto Barnstable farm and feed instead.

There is no law in Massachusetts on the number of baby chicks you can buy. If they say there is, ask them to show you.I wanted 2 to add to my flock of 12 and a couple of stores tried to tell me there was a law that you had to buy 6. I called the corporate office and they called the store and I got four because my wife wanted to name one.
