My dog was there for hours which meant she was in a kennel most of the time she was there. They did a terrible job of grooming her even after all that time. Dog was shaking when I picked her up. I later found out that Pet Smart sends staff to grooming school and that the workers have to pay for it! What a racket- never again!

Do NOT use. I have a 6 month old Labradoodle puppy. The first two times I took her in for an appointment they said they couldn't do more than a wash and trim so that she could get used to the scissors etc. Fair enough. The 3rd time they asked me to bring her in early that day, again no problem. She arrived at 2.30 for a full haircut, they said she would be done by 5.30pm, but they were only finished at 8.45pm! They said she was so matted that they had to cut off much of the fur, especially around her ears and face, making her look very odd and the exact opposite of the teddy-bear look I had requested. When I arrived, I could hear her whimpering as they cut off clumps of fur. The person who was meant to be her groomer apparently left work early without doing the cut. If my puppy had become matted, despite my brushing her daily, they should have cut her hair properly on the 2nd visit, not just give her a wash and trim across the eyes. I am going elsewhere from now on and advise everyone to steer clear and find a more professional and reliable service.
