Ive gotten numerous hamsters from here, although in the past the robo dwarfs have died abruptly after exactly 13 days... But the guinea pigs I've gotten have been lovely. So sweet and they live long lives. The staff are always very friendly too. Heres of photo of my newest pig from them "Frank"

I only deal with the aquatics department for my fish 🐠🐟 "collection" and I must say that I was "impressed " with the aquatics department in this store that it was "fully stocked" with great variety of fish and with good deals on fish and also the quality and size of the fish was much better than what I've seen compared to other stores. Also the store looked clean and neat.I intend to come back to get a couple more fish in the future whenever I'm in the area.

Today i m drop my 2 dogs at 1:00 pm to bath, at exactly 2:35 pm they call me and said my dogs is done, i said ok. At 2:45 they call again and said i have to be there asap because they can not hold my dogs!!! What is that? That s a new policy? We have to waiting outside the store? The girl call me is rude no talk to me right she is mad, she give 5 minutes to be there. Really?? Who is the boss?? This place is poor management, always different employees, is a mess, not come back and not recommend to nobody!! Terrible experience, terrible, i m feel terrible and sorry for my dogs!!!!

Our Cocker spaniel Fynn got trimmed today by Karen G, who was so nice and did a fantastic job. They put a cute snail bandana on him and he got a nice treat to bring home.

I took my dog Ruby to get her nails trimmed and we were greeted by Gabby the groomer , She was very friendly and upbeat and made Ruby very happy, she did a great job on her nails I would absolutely go back . When we were done I let Ruby out a new toy

Sold my friend a FEMALE Guinea pig that is very sick with a broken leg and most likely won’t make it through the night. She’s also way too young to be sold. Treat your animals better

This PetSmart in Hyannis is clean, well-stocked and has a great friendly and knowledgeable team. Special shout-out especially for Rebekah, Iyeshea, and Grace who helped me setup a new terrarium for my day Gecko, and fixed my aquarium issues. This team knows their stuff and helped me get the right items for my particular setup. They upsell when the product you selected isn’t right, but also tell you what you don’t need that you thought you might’ve. You can tell their top concern is the health of your pets, not selling everything possible. This keeps me going back. Pics below to show the results of their advice and expertise.

InOrdered online, pulled up in my car, picked up order. They loaded it into my car. I have trouble walking some days. This was amazingly helpful and such a relief. I get a panicky feeling if I have to walk all around a store to find something. I hang onto that shopping cart tightly. I am forever grateful for this service! 🙏

Always super friendly employees whenever I got there and they never hesitate to help you to the best of their ability. I have driven out of my way before just to go to this location. Today I had a wonderful woman help me find a new betta for my daughter after her brother got to her other one, and they were awesome at helping me meet her request to find a betta that looks basically identical to the one she just lost. I brought him home and she was beyond thrilled with him and the new tank decor I found for him there too.

Here is where I shop for my Dog Food becuz they don't sell Weezy's food in the market. She get the good stuff. Here is also where I purchase my glass or acrylic tank kits usually good sales on those. Plus they have a variety of both male & female Betta Fish and all the equipment you need to keep them healthy & happy. There are other fish there as well as Hermit Crabs reptiles furry friends & of course birds. They are pet friendly. The employee's are ALWAYS very nice and very helpful. They ALWAYS ask if you need help if u say no they go away and leave u to ur shoppin & if u say yes they WILL stand there for as long as it takes to help you with whateva it is u need help with. I recommend Petsmart to any1 who is lookin for ANYTHING to do with their animals. Treats rewards are a BONUS.

The hyannis petsmart is clean, well stocked, and has friendly and efficient, employees. I specifically go there to take my dogs to Renee in the pet Grooming department (for years). She is kind and my dogs absolutely love her.

I have been taking my Newfoundland to Renee at Petsmart in Hyannis for Grooming for over six years. She is wonderful, thorough and patient. Very attentive to his needs and sensitivities. She keeps him looking like a show dog even though he isn't. She books up fast, so make your appointment far in advance.

We bought two cat water fountains, both of which failed. (Not the stores issue, but the manufacturer) The employees could not have been nicer. The first failed unit was replaced, trouble free. The second one failed within a week. They took that back as a credit toward an upgrade. (better quality) Morgan was awesome as far as suggesting the replacement. I think the other human is Eric, who was also above and beyond helpful.Kudos!

My boyfriend and I have been to multiple PetSmarts in eastern MA collecting fish and Guinea Pig accessories. The man in the fish department, I think his name is Eric, is by far the most knowledgeable part of this team. He has taken his time to give us endless information about ciclid care, helped me get started on my Guinea pig hobby. Whenever my boyfriend and I leave, we praise Eric to one another other. Helpful staff like him are hard to come by in corporations like this. Thanks for all of your help!

Bought a terrarium during a very good sale only to discover it had a crack in it. Returned it and the manager said they wouldn’t be able to resell it due to the crack. Noticed the website said they had a few more even though the associate told me they didn’t. So I placed a new online pickup order for it. Called down to verify they had more and it was ready to be picked up; they said yes. Got to the store and had them try to give me the SAME CRACKED ONE they were supposed to take out back and not sell. It just had a 25% off damaged sticker on it now. They told me they would cancel the order and refund me a SECOND TIME, and the website was inaccurate with their stock. 3 completely wasted trips to hyannis and no other pet smart within 40 miles has the terrarium in stock. Very deceptive business practices .
