I’ve been a client for about one year and have been pleased with the grooming services my senior Shih-Tzu/Bichon mix receives. Staff are observant, responsive, and they communicate well. Senior dogs can have their quirks. The Furballs staff understands my dog’s needs, which makes me feel like I have a team committed to my dog’s well being.

Small local business that takes great care of my furball! We have been bringing our 4 year old black lab to Tayler four times now and she does a great job of getting Clutch to look her and smell her best. If you know labs than you know they shed constantly, after her grooming she's good for a few weeks before the shedding starts again. She gets taken care of great and I can tell she is happy to go there when we pull into the parking lot she get excited!

We are visiting the Cape for the month of September with our 22lb Cockapoo, and were looking to have him bathed. We called Groomingdales first and were very rudely told "are you kidding me mam, I am booking in October, and have regular customers"😳He then hung up on me! I then called Fur Balls, they were closed for the Labor Day Weekend, but said to leave a message. I did, and my call was returned that same day (even though the store was closed) and and was given an appointment for the following Tuesday by Taylor. Brody had his bath yesterday and it was a first class job! Taylor is not only an excellent groomer, but truly cares about each and every customer, not just the ones who live here year round! Brody was bathed, trimmed up a little, nails done etc! My husband and I were incredibly happy with both the service and the welcoming attitude of Taylor! I would highly recommend Fur Balls. P.S. When we went to pick Brody up, Taylor was bathing a golden retriever and did not know we had walked in, she was having a full conversation with this adorable dog👍

Furballs Pet Grooming is the bomb!Taylor has been grooming my Teddy for years and would trust him to no one else!Her new shop is clean, safe and comfortable for you pets. Taylor does a great job if its a fun style for a holiday or just a typical bath and haircut. Here in Hyannis visitfor a moth we wanted a bath for our Cocapoo. Having first called another groomer and rudely turned away we luckily found Fur Balls. Taylor is an excellent job. She is a true professional and especially caring to the dogs. We came in while she was bathing a large Golden and she was unaware we were there and we overheard her talking to the dog.We were not disappointed and highly recommend Fur Ball

Honestly wasn't happy with my cat's care. She was very rough in brushing her. She was too fast and rough. Although my cat is so sweet and tiny. She is 16. Good shape for her age but didnt see or feel any kindness toward the cat. It was really hurting her and wish I had intervened. Will never go back and don't recommend. Also doesnt accept credit cards. Didnt know this until checkout. Didn't care for the groomer at all.

My two little furballs love going to their furball beauty shop! Taylor is super with my sweet pups! Her love of animals comes shining thru with each and every fur client she does!! Taffi & Tessi loveeee coming to see their Taylor for their mani/pedi!! ;)
