I bought a battery powered lawnmower, leaf blower, and reciprocating saw (all same brand) in one transaction, so it wasn't cheap. There was a promotion running where I should have gotten a free battery. I didn't even think about it the tools were priced with battery or tool only. Needless to say, I didn't get my promotional free battery. The next day, Dawn did some work to track me down to make sure I got my free battery. I had dropped my landline and that was associated with my account, but she tracked down my daughter and left a message with her, hoping it would get to me. This is one of many reasons I shop at Bradford's - personal service and they go above and beyond for their customers. They'll have what you need or will get it for you. If you need it immediately, they have no problem telling you where to go (other local stores, of course) to find it. You won't get that service at a big box store.

Can’t ask for a better hardware store Bradford’s they have the best crew in there and you can’t find any other hardware store with the employees who are willing to help you in anyway or if you need help they’re always there to help you. They are great. I wouldn’t shop nowhere else.

This is the best hardware store in the whole world! Not only well stocked with anything you need, and not only are the staff knowledgeable and friendly but will go the extra extra mile!!!

All staffs are exceptional. Stopped by with a pump I was trying to fix for 4 hours and Charlie helped us and he got it done in 5 minutes without breaking a sweat and recommended parts that we needed. Charlie is amazing and I hope he's recognized for his efforts. Thanks Charlie 🙏🏾❤️

This is my favorite hardware store. The staff is normally very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the last two times I went in I dealt with a woman name Dauna who had a huge attitude and was rude to me two days in a row. Even when I killed her with kindness, she reflects badly for your store.

Ace Hardware is the Best hardware store period. Bradfords staff very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, professional- Everything an Employer wants in a employee in a retail setting. They have it all, anything u need at a hardware store. I have been here often due to my job for the past 6 months and I would give them # 10 Stars if possible. Screen repairs also !

I went in looking for a plug for my sink and they had the most amazing selection I've ever seen.. There must have been at least 20 different. The staff were very nice and helpful and I only paid $3.59 for the plug. What's not to like?

I was in town for my Bachelorette when my earring broke. We searched our Airbnb and we didn’t have the tools necessary to fix it. We found the nearest hardware store to try to buy pliers. Instead, we met Charlie who took time to fix my earring for me! It was a tricky fix, but he took his time and didn’t even think about giving up. His kindness helped us out and set our day back on track! Our bachelorette trip hero! Thank you Charlie and the girl who helped him and us!

I entered looking for a specific small ratchet for screwdriver bits, to work in a small access. Sandy assisted me. She understood what I needed, but at the usual location where similar small tools were, we had no success. She apologized for not being able to help me.I chose to stay and have a look at the extensive inventory they offered on display. About twenty minutes had passed, when she found me and presented me with exactly what I wanted. She thought I had l gone, but was happy to show me my sort after tool that she located. Now my weekend project can be completed. Thanks for your diligent assistance, Sandy.

Great store. Prices can be a little high but they make up for it with customer service. Already a pleasure to walk in with my dog. She is always given a treat! Its a small gesture but to me, it makes a big difference!

Wonderful service! We wanted a Weber grill , Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and Nannette was as well. We bought a grill, it was the same price as home depot but the grill was fully assembled. A great experience
