Clean and very helpful Employees. Not a huge selection on toys for kittens/cats. Bought the girls wheat grass kinda pricey 8.99. Going to get the seeds for 3.99 and grow it myself. Bought a remote control mouse and turned it on moved for about 10 seconds and now it doesn't work. The only thing they have is the laser pointer which kali loves and its even making Amber play

Cashier just rudely stared at me when i walked through the door. Normally i get a “hi how are you” When i was checking out they werent very friendly. When i was leaving i said “have a good day” and they didnt say anything. Terrible customer service and added to my already bad day even when I as the customer tried to be nice. 2:30pm on 4/27/24 was when i visited.

Wow this place is great!I was greatest warmly, plenty of parking on premisses, for all type of vehicles including big trucks as well as handicap parking and curbside pick up.We had adopted a new pet bunny and i had already stopped at another store earlier today to see if I'd find a home for the bunny but I did not. Came to let smart and they had it. They also have food for most pets, sell small pets, like 🦎, frogs etc...They have an adoption center and also a training center.You can get dog tags here with custom names on them and you'll be happy to know they even have a dog tent for camping.Overall they are to he co gratulated for their efforts as I was even asked twice if i needed help.

Had an appointment and brought the dog on time. Appeared that the dog cannot be in muzzle when it comes . But to get to the grooming room you need to pass the PetSmart shop ( and it is a Public Place) .Every dog should be muzzled in all public places and it doesn't depend what the breed is, because people around should be confident in their personal safety. There were a few crazy dogs that started barking on me and it is not normal.Do not recommend PetSmart!

every time i go to this store it’s like a bad dream. every single employee i’ve dealt with has no interest in helping you out, almost like asking for help offends them. they’re all not very friendly either. they act like they don’t know where they are half the time.

Nice, clean, new store and everyone is nice but it’s SMALL. They recently downsized their cat food section so they have a ton of brand options, but no variety for the flavors of each brand. We like the large Wellness cans deal B12G3F, but not when there’s only two flavor options. So just a heads up if you like to get a variety of flavors from one brand

First groom was great. So brought in for her second groom. This one wasn't as good. The cut in her ears are very choppy and she looks like she has a doggie bowl cut

Ordered a 75 gallon aquarium and cabinet ensemble for pickup. Two ladies who came to curbside deliver it were fantastic. It was heavy! They were very friendly and helped me get it in the truck. A bystander also helped me do some tetris to get it in perfectly. She was great too!

Brought in our 4 month old puppy who is up to date on all of her vaccinations for her age. According to the vet, she does not get her rabies vaccination until she is 6 months old. The women there refused to groom her because she did not have said vaccination. I think the vet would know better as to when a dog should get their vaccination rather than groomers at pet smart. Clearly just lazy and didn’t want to do their jobs

Friendly staff. I can always find what I need. This particular PetSmart only carries live fish, no other animals.Thank you 🙂 I've also noticed other PetSmarts that carry live small pets are mostly from rescues. Thank you. 😊 Mario and Luigi. They are why we pretty much only go to PetSmart

Had a great experience. I was at work and I brought some of out clients to buy fish. The representatives were very knowledgeable about their products/pets which enabled the clients to ask questions about the identification of the animals and it care. The level of patience and customer service is beyond me…. It was an amazing experience Thank you so much!

My pups hated baths and their paws touched, but after working with Petsmart Hudson for the past few months, they are now excited to go to the salon. They had appointments today and so happy to see their human friends and the results were beautiful. I am so glad we have a salon I can trust with my fur babies again.

Basic box store pet shop. Has most everything you need. A lot more higher end products than the supermarket as well as stuff for your more exotic type pets.Bummer they haven't had the adoption part open in awhile.Have not used the groomer so have no option on this service.

Update: they called me the very next day to make things better. Sam was great, she accommodated me in the middle of a busy schedule, trimmed his nails, washed and cleaned his ears without any charges.Went there a few times with my dog. No complaints in the beginning, but it changed in the last 2 times unfortunately. Once they trimmed his nails so much that it bled so much like a horror movie. And the last time he only went for a bath, I waited for almost 2 hours for them to calm me and say that they could not wash him because he was scared and they would not charge me anything. Couldn't they figure this out earlier? And how would they charged me for nothing??? NEVER GOING BACK!

Good store as long as you are informed when you buy a fish from them. We bought a half-moon Betta from this location, and she died within 2 weeks from what I now learned is fin rot. When we went in a second time, there was a dead fish floating in one of their cups. Make sure to inspect your fish for signs of health before purchasing fish from here (black eyes, not cloudy; healthy, intact fins, not raggedy fins that might suggest fin rot). Otherwise great store for pet needs, large selection, nice staff.

I went with my two friends who needed supplies for their pets, and decided to ask about the snakes while I was there since I’m planning on getting one soon. Employee Cathy was helpful and kind, let me look at ALL of the snakes and even hold one. She answered each of my questions with enthusiasm and told me about Bearded Dragons as well. So glad I went on this surprise outing, thanks Cathy!

I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment. 5 minutes later, while still in the parking lot, I get called to pick him up for being too aggressive. I get him and all 4 paws are wet, they said they clipped his nails. On the walk to my car all 4 paws are bleeding. I am not a pet expert but I think the fact that the groomers made him bleed trimming his nails, might have led to his aggression. So the only service I got done by PetSmart Hudson MA was making my dog bleed. Now I have an un-groomed dog with 4 wounded paws and blood allOver the backseat of my car.

Staff is very friendly every time we go in! Not a huge store but always well stocked. Grooming salon was great!! All we went in for were nail trims, but our pups were wicked nervous and they really took they're time with them. Not all groomers are like that, most just wanna get you in and out!

I stopped by for my dog to get her nails clip. First there was no one in the grooming area then someone showed up to say she is so buy to take care of another dog in the back. I felt she is overwhelmed and no one was around to help in the grooming area. So pet smart staff gave me a sense of not welcome, do not bother us, and go away …. Unfortunately I hear these days too often when people complain about short in staff and need help. It is not fair for them and not fair for customers….. where are you people? It is time to get back to work!!

Went in today with my dog. It’s been almost two years since I brought her, because of COVID. My dog is great with people but has not been around other dogs for two years. Was telling the cashier about this. Another customer with a dog came up as I was saying this. I gave her a 20$ bill for a five dollar item. She gave me 4$ and some change. Didn’t notice till I got home. I know my bad, I was distracted and should be responsible for my own cash. But it just felt slimy of her to do this. She could see I was distracted. And I believe she took advantage of the situation. Can’t say I will go back. There are other pet supplies in the area. I’ll give my business to them instead.

Brought my dog in for a bath, what a mistake. The person checking in the client in ahead of me took at least 10 minutes to do so. My check in, with a different person, took 3 minutes. Same person was checking in people when I arrived to pick up my dog. Had to wait almost another 10 minutes before I could enter the grooming area. Once I did, I was told I needed to wait a minute until they paged a client to come pick up a dog they had on a leash. Five minutes went by, as I was listening to my dog bark, repeatedly. They paged the client a second time and asked me to continue to wait. I asked them how long did they think I should wait for my dog? She was barking because she was stressed, and I was stressed having to listen to hear. Again, I was told to wait as they tried to find someone to come in and hold the leash of the dog they were paging the owner for. They showed no concern for me, or my dog.My dog did look good, but the lack of customer care and service are enough for me to never want to take my dog there, again.

Overall a good place for pet items. They also have pet grooming that seems to do well. The staff seems friendly and helpful without being an intrusive nuisance.

There was over 300.00 for a fish tank and heater etc.. Highly reccomended by the staff. Had numerous fish tanks prior to this . The heater never worked and all of the fish were lost! Went back and there was nothing they stated that they could do about it! The purchased the plants very expensive are lost. The fish were purchased at The Petco store! Hours of setting up the tank and cleaning etc. And then hours of cleaning and emptying again after all of the fish died because the HEATER NEVER WORKED AND WAS BROKEN!

I have a rescue dog her name is Debby, She came from a very abusive home. She does not like strangers at all. In the four years that I’ve had her she is only known one groomer. Well that groomer retired and referred me to Petsmart. I was a little leery on how Debby was going to react. I made an appointment to have her groomed. and I warned them that Debby may bite. They were so nice and compassionate . The groomers name was Brain he took the time to getting to know Debby. when I went to pick Debby up she was happy and looked awesome. She looked so good I couldn’t put her old harness on her so I got her a new pink harness.

My kitten loves the cat groomer at this location. She’s so gentle with her and makes sure to give her lots of pets, usually my cat is a pain in the butt when it comes to getting her nails cut. Also, the staff at this location is really helpful when it comes to finding stuff in their store.
