This will be the last time we use this Petco location for grooming. We had such a positive experience with the training program we thought grooming would be the same. The first time we came in after picking up our dog one of the groomers immediately butt into the conversation while booking our next appointment and claimed “remind me not to be there that day.” This was completely unprofessional and rude. If you can’t work with dogs of different comfort levels for grooming you should not be in this industry at all. That brings us to today. We went in to get a quick nail trim and thought it would be a perfect time to get our pups nails cut real quick as the place was completely empty. When asking the same rude groomer we ran into the first time if she had time real quick , she responded with “I don’t.” She quickly dismissed us and her bad attitude should be taken elsewhere and especially far from animals in general.

We have used this place to get our dog groomed for about 14 years. But today was the first time it wasn’t pleasant, we have an elderly dog that has trouble walking sometimes. Today when we came in our groomer refused to take the dog. I understand that he is an old dog and it wouldn’t be a good idea to put him on the grooming table but the groomer had a very bad attitude. Instead of politely saying they were worried about his safety she rudely refused and had a bad attitude.

Maggie trotted into Petco with typical Golden Retriever enthusiasm. As soon as she saw Megan, she began wiggling with delight. Megan greeted her so warmly, even though she was a shaggy mess. She spent almost 3 hours there, and when I picked her up, she looked absolutely gorgeous. I have been to Petco before with another groomer (who was also great) and I've already recommended Megan to two friends!

Our groomer Megan is always wonderful, and the other woman who groomed Yorkie yesterday (I think it was either Marissa or Melissa? I can't remember her exact name but the receipt says groomer 46) was awesome too. Yorkie came out perfect! :) Love this Petco!

We took our dog for a grooming. When we picked him up, they said he did great and to come back in 5-7 weeks.When we called to schedule the appointment, they said they can't take him back, because apparently now they said he was super difficult?So...he did great, but he's blacklisted?Terrible way to run a grooming service.

Melissa the groomer really loves dogs. She is gentle my dog Maggie can be afraid of strangers but she loves Melissa. Melissa has also recommended Petco products that work for specific needs like toothbrushes and toothpaste. I trust Melissa is looking out for my dog and only wants the best for her.

Melissa and crew always are attentive to my dog's needs. They were intuitive enough to figure that he wasn't feeling well on that particular day. They opted to bathe him and forego the cut and nail clipping as he demonstrated with a slight grumble that he didn't want to get on the table. It is just that kind of personal, caring service that I have come to appreciate from Melissa and co workers. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for his grooming needs. Her keen observations led us to schedule an appointment with his veterinarian and some much needed testing. Many thanks to them.

Megan is a great operator and loves Becket. He WILLINGLY goes into the salon because of how she treats him. He is a very stubborn dog. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN

Ralph was fantastic with our older dog, she has never been to a groomer and he was able to trim her nails and give her a bath. He did a fantastic job!!
