Unhealthy cleaning process. On 4/15/24, I visited the store. I was shopping and then heard an electric leaf blower inside. What followed was a cloud of dust, hair and whatever else that was on the floors. The store cleaners were leaf blowing the floors rather than sweeping. I spoke up and the person apologized and skipped to the next aisle and started blowing again. They were wearing a mask. It's certain that the hair, and feces from the floor is now all over the merchandise. Please be aware of this health hazard in the future. Especially if you have a weakened immune system, are elderly or bring children in there. It was truly nauseating.

Always is so good, but this time after the vaccine we were checking food and toys and leashes and my puppy felt bad and puke and feels bad and the dr. saw this since far away and came fast to check her. This was so great for me, when we arrive to the house my puppy was like new and she still is, but I really appreciate what the dr. did!

My recent experiences at the Petco location in Hudson, MA, particularly with groomer Cassandra, have been incredibly disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer, I have encountered numerous issues with the Petco app's booking system, resulting in frustration and inconvenience.Cassandra's lack of concern and professionalism in addressing these issues only exacerbated the situation. Instead of offering proactive solutions, she displayed a dismissive attitude and failed to assist effectively. Moreover, during a conversation regarding these issues, Cassandra abruptly hung up on me, showcasing poor communication skills and disrespect towards customers.As someone who values excellent customer service, I cannot overlook the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Cassandra at the Hudson, MA location. Petco should prioritize training and support for its staff to ensure that customers receive the assistance and respect they deserve.Until Petco addresses these concerns and improves the quality of service provided by its staff, particularly Cassandra at the Hudson, MA location, I cannot recommend their grooming services.

My boyfriend brought our dog here for grooming and the groomer was amazing. She explained to us how our dogs coat grows and what would work best for her when it comes to brushing. The haircut came out perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better groomer who takes the time to explains things and keeps us upgraded during the groom! Kelley did amazing

The previous crew here was excellent. The problem is the group of emotionally fragile Gen Z'ers that work here. Employees like Kat, who gets "insulted" when you explain to her how to do her job correctly. Maybe it is lack of training, basic knowledge of animals, or just that this generation of kids is high all the time.Time to bring my business to PetSmart, their Aquatics department is at least organized and knowledgeable.

Manager on duty was super helpful & friendly. He opened a box for us so we could feel the material of a cat tree we were considering purchasing. Then he carried it up to the front for us and offered to take it out to the car. My cat has enjoyed his new tree immensely!

Edit: something has changed. Groomers are different and the service is much much worse.Groomers are professional, very nice, and quick. Couldn't ask for a better grooming experience.

Our first visit with our puppyMy opinion is that they should hire people who know a little bit about animals in general. Kelly who is a groomer came out to help me with finding a harness to fit my puppy. The other's no help walking around looking busy with hands in their pockets. I will go back just because of Kelly.

Staff is always friendly. Sometimes do not have certain Frozen foods for snakes in stock. Otherwise, really clean, animals healthy. Only bought one pet there, in 2011 our boa constrictor as a juvenile, the sales associate was great ! She, Boo-Boo is healthy and grown and quite inquisitive!

A few months ago I went in 30 minutes before closing. Waited 15 in the aquatics department, went to the front to ask for help and the store manager refused and said the store was closing. There were still 15 minutes left. She then proceeded to lock the door, so when I went to leave I was locked in.Went in on the 4th and the aquatics department was closed. The employees were standing around, but couldn’t get a fish for me. Went to Leominster instead which has a better selection and better employees.

Recently I stopped by the Petco in Hudson to purchase Fortiflora for my cats. I stopped by on Sunday and the person (sorry I didn't get your name) who assisted me searched the store for me, but could not locate any. Today, it was Gianna who spent time searching for me, and the new boxes had arrived! Both of these young women went above and beyond to assist me and they provided excellent customer service. Kudos!

I love all the Petco shops. This particular one has a lot of parking spaces and the staff are friendly. I love their betta fish selection. One minor setback is there's usually no one in the fish section. I usually have to wait a bit or ask the cashiers to page for someone to help me in the fish section.

Emma is very knowledgeable and is excellent with answering questions and has great customer service.Ethan is great also.There was a coworker helping Elliott clean Apollo and Hermies cage when I came in and I feel awful that I didn't read the name tag but I want to also thank you for making 2 trips to grab crickets for me.Dave went above and beyond as I had called the store about 15 min before closing in need of crickets and when I arrived a few minutes later Dave had them at the front counter for me.This location is by far the best and all the members of team are great.

not sure if it is just a coincidence that every time i step foot in this petco, i am left disappointed. made it clear that i needed assistance in the fish department and was left waiting 20 minutes.. 20 minutes is a lot of time for a fish.. mind you it wasn’t busy. also, most of the time the prices are inaccurate. workers also have given me false information about sales and why they are having them (getting rid of a brand that my cat now only likes, but was told that the brand was staying). multiple times i have been charged double for the most expensive item that i was purchasing. mistakes happen but ya’ll need to tighten up your loose ends!! customers are better off driving all the way to leominster for better service.

I’m disappointed that the Natick store closed and this is the closest one to me. The groomers at Natick were great. We loved Becca. Nyomi came over from that store and she was great too. Unfortunately she left and the current groomers don’t return calls in a timely manner no matter how many messages you leave. I get that they’re busy but it’s just bad customer service to go more than a few days without a response. I’d book online but I have 2 dogs and the online system doesn’t allow you to book 2 for the same time. It’s very frustrating and clearly time to move to a different groomer.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Good prices good selection. Only thing I would ask is more of a selection in the store for size xxs for dogs. I can never find harnesses or collars or clothing (sweaters and jackets) to fit my Chihuahua.

I called last minute to see if "Melissa"was available to trim my dog's nails.... Melissa answered the phone and said I could come right down. I arrived 7 minutes later and I found Melissa to be excellent! Quick, efficient, caring. Nails came out good! Will be back ;)

Honestly a rating of 2 is being generous. My 12 yr old daughter wanted a fish. As someone whose had fish forever I went it to buy what we would need. This is her first pet just for her. She had picked a few fish to choose between and my husband asked the sales member if the tank we purchased was OK. He went on to tell us we needed a "much bigger tank" and that he WOULDNT sell us a fish unless we get a bigger tank, fill it, treat it, then come back with a water sample so he could make sure he could sell us a fish. She just wanted a little beta fish. Now yes I understand fish don't always last the longest but we knew what we were doing, and what we needed. My daughter was about to cry and he felt the need to keep explaining to her why he wouldn't sell us a fish. How about you let me worry about my kids, and you just worry about selling us what we came in for? We bought everything, and ended up picking one of the beta fish in a little container, once he left us alone. We came home. Filled the tank and treated it and we are waiting the 24 hours it says before we put the fish in the water.. simple... but to REFUSE to sell my daughter a fish, to the point where she is upset then talking to her about how her fish is "going to die" is unbelievably inappropriate.

Prices seem less than other per places. Staff is very nice and helpful. One of the cashiers actually had a great resource suggestion for adopting a puppy. Love the small chat. It makes me want to go back.
