The worse place that I never should had brough my dog. Last Thursday I left my dog for grooming ( it’s a French bulldog ) . I left him there for 2 hours and when I went for pick him up, he was breathing so hard, and wasn’t walking . Then I Run to house to cooling him down because there inside the build was hot . But he not get better . The we have to run him to the emergency and the vet said he had heat stroke . He have to stay internet hospital for the whole night doing exames . Hopelly he is fine end home know . But I have to pay 3000 dólares for the emergency . And I try to reach the grooming ( pet happy day ) to help me pay the bill . Because my dog get sick because of then , and then just did nothing

I’ve been taking my dog there for so long. They always take such good care of my dog, and they are so understanding. The ladies in the front desk are super sweet, and welcoming. My dog always comes out looking her best. I couldn’t recommend a better place.

Brought my dog in for the first time a few weeks ago, they couldn’t be more lovely. My dog came out looking so happy. They did everything I asked, and were so understanding even though I was late. I really appreciated how polite the groomers always are! Can’t wait to book my next appointment.

Brought my dog on Sep 1. They gave her an eye injury as she would not open her eye when I picked her up. $500 in vet expenses later, vet says she needs eye surgery to repair her cornea as it won't heal. Very unhappy. *** Update - after ~$2000 of veterinary treatment in Dec, her eye healed. I will be contacting Pet Happy Day to see if their insurance can cover. Will update. **** Update #2 - These people are negligent and dishonest. The response below includes several untrue statements. I will be taking them to small claims court. **** Final Update - After filing the small claim, I was able to convince them that there was an injury and that happened at their shop. Though their insurance did not cover, they did offer me some cash to offset my out of pocket.

I used the online reservation service to make an appointment for my medium-sized dog on a Saturday. Eighteen days later the appointment was suddenly cancelled. The excuse for cancelling my reservation was "we don't do medium and big dogs on Fridays and Saturdays". If they don't do medium-sized dogs on Fridays and Saturdays, they never should have accepted the appointment in the first place. Eighteen days to get back to me... that's just horrible customer service!Don't trust this groomer to honor their appointments.

this place is the best! i brought my daughters shi zhu /cocker spaniel mix suki there nd they did a great job on her and i just brought my sheltie Winchester there and they are so nice and do such a great job, i highly recommend them for anyone! 5 stars!! great prices and great service. very nice and compassionate. ❤

She use to be great when I first went to them now that everyone in town goes there This is my Second time that I tryed to book an appointment through there Booksy app an Both times they had to cancel on me cuz they were on holidays which is fine with me but every time I try to re-schedule for a 3 o’clock they have nothing more will she take Big dogs on Friday and only Monday thru Thursday till 1:30. Love the way she dose my dog groom. but just disappointed on the scheduling👎.

Once you are inside the girls are very welcoming, friendly and recive your dog with care.I had been a customer for a year.Loved how Larissa used to take care good care of my Tokio Rose shihtzu(who believe she is a protective lion) even tho I visit couple times a year, Pet Happy Day had good fair prices for services, with her and now I miss her not being there.Hate to Book thru the app.Did not have the chance to take my time for a prior review but wanted to let you know that I appreciatted all your help and giving that extra mile.Wish you the best of luck for you and your family and hope to see you around some time.
