Love Market Basket, fresh hot bar, delicious. Very professional service, reasonable prices compared to other grocery stores, fresh fish, great variety of cold cuts. Everything well stocked, and items always priced correctly. Excellent management. Love it!!!!

Some of their cashiers need rigorous training in customer service. It's not that hard to be polite to the customers.

Great prices, fruits and vegetables always fresh. The basket makes delicious bread and deserts. There's a lot of parking spaces, but during the weekend this store can get pretty crowed

pricing is great! environment is a bit busy, but it’s overall a great store! nobody gives my legit service dog any issues, and i never see any pets in here. great selection of items everywhere, though the pet section has room for improvement, but that’s more of a corporate decision.

I usually grab a couple things of sweet potato sushi at the market counter. The folks are always so nice and I am usually able to grab a fresh roll or two. It’s great!

I went to make my purchase at around 4:20 when I went to pay and I had the pleasure of seeing a very polite girl and I want to thank Beatriz for her respect for my purchases when storing and paying attention and showing no indifference towards the customer. But I want to talk about the boy who was at the checkout with her, he is rude, serves the customer with indifference and still just kept opening his mouth in sleep, and finally tell him that politeness can fit anywhere so he doesn't forget to have, because if he doesn't want to work with the public, he'd better go home and continue sleeping.

The grill staff are real me and my boy go I. Everyday almost with a ridiculous order they always come through even if they are a little angry half the time with us for the big orders we appreciate it:)

Clean and an organized supermarket. Like going to this store for our weekly food shopping. Variety of products is also commendable. Merchandise is not overpriced. Friendly personnel at the cash registers and the customer service desk. Definitely recommend this store for your food shopping!

Once Again MARKET BASKET LEFT OUT A BAG.ONCE AGAIN I HAVE 2 GO BACK 2 STORE TO GET IT (BAG). WE R IN A PANDEMIC. WHAT DOES MB. DO REARRANGE THERE ISLE. OH BY THE WAY THE BAG THEY FORGOT 2 PIT IN MY CART WAS LYSOL 99.9% BATHROOM CLEANER AND DISH SOAP. THANKS 4 NOTHING.

Love this chain of grocery stores. They always try to keep their prices low, and competitive against the other chain grocery stores. You can always find plenty of staff around, cleaning and stocking. Managers are very helpful. The hot food stations are great. You can always buy stuff for breakfast, lunch or dinner at a bargain. I mean, where else can you get a Cheeseburger 🍔 with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and bacon, with fries, for only $2.99? No where that I know of. They always have my order for fresh orange juice 🍊 every week for my customers, along with chicken fingers, wedge fries, fried shrimp, burgers, chicken sandwichs, steak subs, meatball parmigiana subs, eggplant parmigiana subs, and sausage and pepper subs. This place works in a pinch when you have a small catering business. One of the biggest things that I love, is that they refuse to put in those stupid self checkouts. They only employ real cashiers to ring out your groceries, and also baggers. Giving high school kids a chance to save money for college. Or the older person, living on social security, a chance to earn the extra money they need to afford the things in life. It's good to see a company, that takes care of its employees. That they value them, rather than just seeing them as "workers." I highly recommend shopping 🛍 there for all your groceries.

I have always loved Market Basket. However today when I picked up an order of honey chicken. I could not even chew it it was so bad . I have no idea what happened. They are usually always excellent. I love the friendly people who work there. And the people who help assist in packaging your groceries are the sweetest and kindest people. Thank you all. Maybe just a bad day.

I like shopping at Market Basket. The employees are very helpful and the variety of vegetables are fresh. The food prices are higher than previously, but still lower than other markets that I frequent. I have been satisfied by the quality of their products.

I don’t know why people are standing in line with full carts and no one will open a register. The express was closed,and lines for two registers.. while the employees stand around chatting.I actually went up to a girl and asked can you open another register. She gave me a look and said talk to the manager with so much attitude!I did go up and talk to him. He said it was fine a few minutes ago. I said, look at the lines? Please!I shop her all the time and it looks like it is going down hill.What is going on, you employ people with no manners now?I am disappointed, I know it is hard to employ people. I ended up at a counter with the same girl packing. She was rude and should not be in the hospitality field.A new employee, as I shop here twice a week. Five years going here with a full cart. I have a business to run.I don’t need to wait almost a half hour to get checked out. Ridiculous!I guess this is the norm now, as It apparently is an epidemic all over.

Lower prices than other grocery stores, but it's not an enjoyable shopping experience. The aisles are narrow and the store is always crowded. On top of that, they restock the shelves during business hours, which adds to the general chaos. Some days, I go to a different grocery store just because I'm not ready to "go into battle." And it's not the best grocery store if you have a little kid with you, since they aren't as aware of their surroundings and all the people busily rushing around.

I love this store. Great prices, huge variety and awesome employees who are always friendly and willing to help and they often help you to your car. The only thing I don't like is the layout of the store seems odd. Ice cream is near the produce and the frozen food section is split up all over the store. If you're not familiar with it can be difficult.

Love this supermarket! It is my favorite.Prices are great and employees are helpful; places is clean and organized. It is worth to go there! I used to buy at WholeFoods and not going there only once in while because I live near by.
