Had a horrible experience with Daniel as my cashier. The store was understaffed and there was a very long checkout line and Daniel was raising his voice at me to bag my items, which I happily was ready to bag, until he told me I should be bagging because I was an angry woman. He then proceeded to tell me I was taking too long to bag my items and I was the cause of the long line.

I always go to buy a bottle of water before going to the gym, today I went and there was this man as a cashier yelling at me because I was carrying my backpack and asking me not to go in with my backpack to look for what I needed. but there is no assigned place to leave bags and there is no sign that says you cannot enter with backpacks or bags. It was a bad and unfortunate experience considering that the other cashiers are always friendly.Maybe he was right but you need a place to leave backpacks and definitely you need a sing to let people know

The people in this dumb Dollar Tree scream at you as you walk in, they are insane... I can see I'm not the only one experiencing insanity at this location. Still trying to control people with the mask nonsense.

Employees have been swearing and complaining about their work while on the job. Didn't appreciate my children having to be subject to that, however mainly wanted to mention how unprofessional the workers are by talking this way.

I walked into this store to grab a few last minute items for my camping trip. I was on the phone with my mother on speaker phone.. Which would probably be the same as walking in the store with her next to me... An associate i want to say her name was Tammy.. Came up to me rudely and said "can you take youre phone off of speaker its distracting. " i looked at her kind of confused for a minute. There was maybe 4 other people shopping in the store at the time nowhere near me i said its a free country im not taking my phone off of speaker she looked at me and said again rudely " when you come back into this store and theres a sign on the door that says no cell service youll be the reason why" again i looked at her with a confused look on my face like are you okay...? I definitely wont be returning to find out about the sign on the door

I absolutely love dollar tree but after today I will never step foot in this one again.I lost my wallet and called the store in a panic, the young man who answered the phone asked the other woman if she had found it and she said no. At that point he states “I’ve gotta go” as I went to respond he says “we’ll look more” and hung up. I went back to the store and the manager simply said “we are very busy.” I’ve worked customer service and I understand that, however simply saying “we are extremely busy can I get your number and call you back” would have made an enormous difference.In the day and age of online shopping, customer service should #1.I have never been treated so rudely and I am normally not one to complain, this time I’ve had it.I am very much looking forward to my return call from corporate, that was completely uncalled for!

Richie the manager is very rude he was yelling at cashier with customers in store . I am a manager of a dollar tree and believe me if any of my employees talked like that they would be fired . Here’s a suggestion Richie needs to go .

An associate approached my daughter while on speaker phone with me shopping for an item I needed asked my daughter to get off speaker Tammy then stated we were distracting other shoppers. There were 4 other shoppers in store my daughter asked other shoppers if she was distracting them they nodded no. 1 your a dollar tree not a hospital 2 Tammy mind your business 3 in these times you should be polite to your customers . 5 thank you for the receipt this will be escalated to headquarters.

RUDE RUDE AND RUDE. They used to have good employees but right now they have an employee called Sunny. She’s VERY rude and she feels that she RULES THE WORLD. I asked for a certain balloon that it said it was available, she didn’t even look at me and told me to choose from the ones that was already full. After paid, she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said YES. Immediately she said “have a good day” and I had to pick my receipt from the machine by myself. No, she did not forget to give it to me, as soon as I entered the store I felt her bad energy. Her mission is to make people’s day bad and it’s NOT the first experience I or some Hudson residents had with her. Sunny is a bad human being, period.

In the way of a dollar store this one has a rather wide variety of items. Although it has a couple of aisles with packaged foods there is no refrigerator section this store. That being said this store is kept well stocked and clean but not enough cashiers to help get customers out quickly.

Unlike some other Dollar Trees, this one is clean, well lit, well stocked, and not riddled with boxes all over the floors. The employee I encountered was friendly and cheerful.

What is wrong with the people at this Dollar tree location? They need to clean up the staff and get better, less crazy employees. Do they need to be so hostile about the stupid mask thing after so long????

I just went in to look around and ended up buying things. It offers a variety of party items, home items, kitchen utensils, flip flops, and the newspaper. Everything all for a dollar. I enjoyed my experience just shopping around. The cashier at checkout was very nice and friendly.

Unlike the Marlboro store on Bolton Street They seem to be better staffed and are happier. Also unlike the Marlboro store, the Hudson store staff wear their Mask and call for another cashier when their are people in line.

Its always fun they have Cards for all occasions, wrapping paper. You name they have it. It's Xmas every day.. Cleaning Supplies for the day after Christmas 😁 and most of all it Puts A SMILE ON MY FACE AND YOURS 2 IF YOU GO..
