Love it here, people working there are always helpful, inventory is insane (at least for me:) Lucky to have Cabela’s close to where i travel and stay. Keep doing what you doing please. Also special thanks to the folks working in firearms section very knowledgeable about what they do and helpful!

Taking off 1 star. Please no more "booth" selling... Someone selling trips? But totally not timeshares... Ugh ..I hate this in store thing ..stopped going to BJs due to them selling cell plans when you walk in . Then Home Depot with scammy solar panel sales when you walk in ...now my favorite store to shop and be left alone .. ruined ... Trips, sales scripts.... Friggin hell.... Make it stop.

I had the best service today by Julia at the Berlin location in the fishing department. She knows all her products well and was patient, very sweet and attentive to all my needs. Her supervisor Dave was also excellent and knew very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. I love shopping at Cabela's. Their clothing selection is affordable and high quality. I've gotten amazing name-brand shoes in their shoe department and their toy department has a unique selection not found in other stores. Can't recommend enough!

Cabela's always is such an awesome place to go. Not only do they have everything. They have amazing animals, yes they're stuffed. It's okay with me , a lot of people discard their kills and eat just the meat. Now these are not discarded, they are valued and treasured. Not only that they cost millions. ( I've asked ) They are priceless if you ask me. Also when in your life would you actually ever get that close to one. Likely not.

We took our autistic son out for his 21st birthday. The establishment was so loud the waiter couldn’t hear us when we ordered (music) he got the order wrong . My son’s autism was spiked because they don’t deal well with extreme loud . He shrank back in the booth rocking and putting his hands on his ears . Continued rocking as he used his fork to stab at his sirloin. The 1st bite he really enjoyed but the anxiety of it all ruined the meal for him as the anxiety grew . Heck it was so loud and so many things went wrong with the meal that I had anxiety and was short and frustrated. The waiter got my meat wrong asked for no cheese. Had to be sent back for replacement. My wife was waiting for mine to come out hers got cold and inedible. My son didn’t enjoy his because of the volume and the many people and the loud raucous dancing going on by the staff . We had to ask for refills on water , tea , rolls , extra sauce for the onion blossom which has been down sized and inflation has driven up the price for a smaller onion , about the right size for 2 but not 3 ppl. We all asked for A-1 sauce the waiter brought out a little plastic cup like the butter comes in for the rolls which were over cooked Dark brown and hard. But the little plastic cup of A-1 was less than half full . Not nearly enough for 3 bites much less an 11oz sirloin (I know steak doesn’t need sauce , he’s autistic what else can I say) lt alone the 2 Roadkill sirloin patties the wife and I had . This was the last straw after waiting to find the waiter on multiple multiple occasions to get more water, tea , rolls , butter , sauce for the small onion , and having to wait for my Roadkill twice . Asked to see the mgr . She apologized and brought out 3 THREE plastic cups of A-1 sauce . I tell you that A-1 sauce must be bankrupting Texas Roadhouse . She offered to give us a coupon for a free meal the next time we come in . My wife stated don’t bother yourself, we won’t be back ! This is the 2nd bad experience we’ve had and the 2nd Roadhouse we’ve been in that was so LOUD I couldn’t hear myself think . There is no excuse for a restaurant to have the music so loud that communication with the people you are with can’t hear you unless you yell much less the wait staff . I don’t go there to experience a bar setting with loud music and the waitstaff to busy dancing in the aisle or at birthday spot to be available for you at the table . Absolutely horrible overall experience. That’s $70.00 bucks I paid for my 21 yr old son to be miserable on a very important birthday for him . Thanks Roadhouse !

My brother and I had a very positive experience at Cabela's Berlin location. We were picking up multiple firearms that we had ordered for shipment to the store. Past firearm purchases at a different store location had taken close to two hours, so I emailed the assistant manager, Andrew Carlson to inquire about the best time to show up. We followed his advice and arrived at the store at about 1:15 on a Thursday afternoon. Greg took care of me and Mae took care of my brother. They were both very familiar with the firearms we were purchasing and the steps needed to handle state and federal paperwork. They had us both squared away in a very short amount of time and ended up spending a little more time with us, giving assistance on a potential, future purchase. They did a great job processing everything quickly and I highly recommend their department for firearm purchases.

This is another great store if you're looking for anything related to outdoors activities. Awesome place to gear up. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have quality equipment and hardware for fishing, camping or boating. Definitely worth checking them out

I will say the overall store is good . Their service department is useless. Gone in 3 different times trying to get a part for my pontoon. No Knowledge of what I need for pontoon they sell . It's not all stores. I've always had good luck at Hooksett nh store .

The wife and I visited Cabela's this past week. Unfortunately they didn't have any coveralls. Tractor Supply does for under $100 a pair. Very surprising Cabela's doesn't. We checked out the boat section because we'd like to upgrade this year. The men were very helpful. Many different combinding idea's considering, my wife would like a new "Fast Boat", while I would like a new Fishing boat. I guess we'll see in the spring.

Huge! Its like this store ate 2 Dick's sporting goods stores. Great place to find anything you need for camping,fishing,hunting, boating. Its a very well organized HUGE store. With soooo much to see.Must see store <3

Let me tell you something! If your a home depot lover like me, this is the store for you. This temple of essential outdoors gear surpasses THE home depot in every way, someone had to say it! The second I walked in, I felt at home. My buddies would love this store! While my buddy Benson Miller is a loyal bass pro shops supporter, I felt the same about home depot, and this store changed my whole mentality! The expansive store drew me straight to the fishing isle, those are some nice rods! I was able to test one in the MASSIVE fish tank they had. The size of some of those fish rivaled Great Aunt Berthas catch during the tri-annual ice fishing tournament hosted in Yellow Knife, Canada. The store was so big I had to take a rest in the front, where the massive chairs in front of the fire took me back to my childhood days, although this time there was no yellin from the old man as he downed his 12th beer of the night! The wife says thats where I get it from, I told her to finish up the pot roast and let me watch the cornhole tournament on ESPN 2. Tony Smith sure tosses those bags with some conviction and purpose! Just like me during Cousin Tracys summer '96 barbeque. I still think about that brisket to this day! The wife as been trying for years to replicate it to no avail. Great store, although they should put a sign on the front that says: Beware Liberals, Real Men Only! Bahahahaha!

07/29/23Great stop off exit 26, I-495 in Massachusetts. Rolled in around 11:30 last night. When looking at the front of the store, RV parking is on the left side of the building. Parking spots are very long. We drive a 32 ft Class C and TOAD. There was plenty of space. Panera Bread and Starbucks are also in the shopping complex.

Store is great, a majority of the workers are wonderful, except for Dave at the gun counter. He should not be in customer service as the way he talks to customers it's in a manner that I would consider for the lack of better terms, condescending. He's very good at making a customer walk away feeling like an idiot for having a lack of knowledge.

Huge location. Store was very clean and well stocked. Sales people were close by but not annoying. Stopped in for a specific item. Store was so big I couldn't find it. Person behind the counter was knowledgeable about all my questions. Only issue was a pushy sales person about joining an inside club and a card. Great visit other than that.

I enjoyed the sheer volume of merchandise available, although sometimes such a big choice can sometimes make a decision difficult to make. If you are looking for a specific brand, make, or model of item, you're almost sure to find it here. I especially liked how each department was a little specialty shop of its own under one huge roof. The quality of merchandise is second to none. Their prices were a little steep, but as they say, "You get what you pay for." You could buy everything from pajamas to camping cutlery to knives to motorboats. Their selection of kayaks was unbelievable! I would definitely suggest this store to any serious outdoorsmen.

We love Cabelas. I used to work in the call center in Nebraska. However, there was no help available, but one girl who saw us looking at stuff pointed us to an area that had limited selections. The space is clean, and the front area is decorated quite nicely.

I always find something to purchase from clothing to a new accessory for fishing, boating or shooting. visited Saturday after Thanksgiving Rush. never had an issue with durability of any of their products that they didn't stand behind and either replace or refund.Sadly, this time I encountered a pushy timeshare person near the fish tank. when I'm in Cabela's I'm shopping. I do not want to be sold anything else.
