The staff and Dr. Ali are incredible. The greetings are always friendly and they provide top of the notch service with every visit. If you're located in Central MA I would highly recommend choosing Hubbardston Veterinary Clinic as your pet's health provider.I would also suggest calling sooner than later to make an appointment because they are very popular and it may be a bit of a wait to secure your first visit.

People here are wonderful. We come quite often to get our cats' nails clipped and ear cleaned. They are wonderful and always have a smile despite us only needing them for 5 minutes!

As stated in other reviews, all the vets truly care, and provide top notch service. When needed, they will come out and talk to you in person and I have not felt rushed at all. I have 4 dogs, one of which is senior and requires a bit of medication pain management for arthritis and mobility. Office staff is always pleasant and efficient...vets are very responsive...and when I had to have one of my other senior dogs euthanized last January, I was so grateful to learn that they will come to your house. The vet techs are also amazing. Can't say enough about all that work there. This kind of caring and customer service is unheard of these days. You do not get this in a corporate run vet clinic. Kudos to you Dr Moreno and your staff! You guys are the best!

My family loves this office. We rescued a dog 3 years ago and Dr. Moreno and her entire team have been wonderful. Our dog Luke can be a little anxious around people and other dogs and they help him feel so comfortable when he's there. They were also so kind to my mom when she had to say goodbye to her beloved terrier. My family is so thankful for this office.

I have never had any negative situation with This Clinic, over 5 years if interaction with a single Female Dog who was the love of my life. After 10 years her health was failing and these folks did as much as possible to help, and console myself as well , some things we have no control of. Deep compassion on my loss, with the utmost sympathy was provided in a difficult time. The staff are great, with little turnover, they enjoy going to work, and myself as a customer enjoy returning.I have since got a new Best Friend and are returning here to have this staff insure she is well taken care of, which I believe is an excellent choice. No apprehension should excist with trusting your pet with this clinic.

Our cat was not feeling well. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness & compassion. Dr Moreno was wonderful. She clearly explained all of the procedures. The Vet Tech couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this practice.

I just had to put my dog down and the Hubbardston Veterinary Clinic has some of the nicest staff I have ever met.The facility is very clean and welcoming and they even have an area outside for the dogs to do their business with complimentary baggies.Every Veterinarian and Tech were kind during blood tests and such, and a few days later showed a great amount of care and compassion during euthanasia of my dog. I could not have found a better place to say goodbye to my companion if I tried.

Always take great care of my dogs and cats! Very knowledgeable vets, I trust them with my pets 💜. I love that they have reserved appointments at the end of every day for emergencies - I've called them frantic about my dogs getting porcupine quills in the face and they are able to help pretty much immediately haha. They also went above and beyond when I needed an international health certificate to travel with my cat (a pretty tedious process)!

We have been bringing our two Vizslas (9 and 10 yrs old) since they were puppies. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, caring and friendly. We would not bring our pets to any other veterinary clinic. They are the best!

Hubbardston Vet Clinic has some of the kindest vets, techs, and reception staff you could ever hope to meet. We mostly see Dr. Custer who is literally an angel, but I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this clinic. Everyone has supported both my pets with phenomenal vet care and myself through guidance, education, and empathy. You couldn't ask for a better place to bring your pets!
