Lucky Dog is a wonderful boarding kennel for our two doggies. The staff is very professional, loving and concerned about them. April, Shadie, and Alexi are professional, kind, caring and excellent! Excellent grooming, as well provided by Shadie. Our pets adore these staff members and others as well.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!! The building is falling apart and a safety hazard for the dogs. My dog came home several times covered in pee. Too many dogs are left alone in big groups unsupervised and the place is always under staffed. Might as well leave your dog at home in a crate.

Our dogs absolutely love it here. Everytime we pull into the parking lot, they can’t wait to head inside. The employees here are absolutely wonderful and always a pleasure to interact with. They also do a great job with grooming and nails. We love the flexibility with their hours, especially the options for 1/2 days. Their pricing for packages is also fantastic, definitely the best in the area. We are so excited for the move to the new location.

Great boarding place, our dog loves it. They have a menu of options to choose from. Day time only, or overnight. We've been boarding our dogs there for over ten years.

This place is a blessing...my wife and l have tried other places in the area, but nowhere else compares. They are versatile; as we can take her for a half day or a week and a half...and they will have her fully groomed when we pick her up! Prices are very reasonable, as they offer different package options for many of their services. Much of the staff is very knowledgeable, everyone is friendly and they clearly love all the dogs!They were great with our first born (a pure bred beagle with health issues...God rest her soul). And we have now been bringing our little puggle since she was old enough to attend. She is always good and tired when we pick her up at the end of the day!...yet still excited upon returning next time. Thank you guys and GALS! We appreciate you more than you know!... keep up the good work!

I erroneously gave this place 2 stars. These guys and girls rock. They care about your animal and most of the time they are already in the process of getting my dog by just seeing me pull up. Reasonable boarding and daycare rates. Would recommend to friends and family.

When we moved to the Milford area, we had to find a new daycare for our dog. At his previous daycare, he went twice a week and we NEVER had any problems. In the last 6 months, my dog has been to Lucky Dogs less than a dozen times. During that time he's had his collar broken, gotten sick with a virus that required vet care, and he got injured when there were too many dogs in a room- the woman who went to get him needed help to get my dog out. She told the other staff member: "...there are too many in there". We're looking for another daycare.

Used to love this place brought my dog almost everyday to run around and play, but in the last year they hired this evil women at the front desk. She’s extremely rude and I caught her double charging me when I would pay cash in the morning and my boyfriend would pay credit in the evening, instead of apologizing she instantly lashed out on me and after a year since this incident she continues to be nothing but rude to me and lately I’ve been coming to find my dog out in the kennels instead of in the yard playing. What a shame two years of such a lovely staff and my dog enjoying her time there. Unfortunately I had to find somewhere else to bring her.

This is the best place ever. My dog has been going to Lucky dog since has was 5 mouths old. He will be 9 years old soon. They provide a second home for my big baby. They are the best people and they are now part of or life.

My dog goes there and loves it. They have small and large dog play areas. And the yard is huge. They recently renovated so the place has better access for older dogs. They also do overnights and grooming.Also this address is incorrect. It us actually at 80 Sumner st.

We emailed and called this place numerous times and after receiving no response after so many attempts we finally got through but when they said they would send over the forms we needed, we still never received the them. Such a shame because we’re local and we wanted our dog to have an opportunity to socialize with others but I’m worried about the lack of communication we would receive about our dog and his care.

Percy has been coming here since June 2016. He LOVES playing with his friends all day and comes back completely exhausted. They also have social media that you can follow like their Instagram page. Wouldn't take my pup anywhere else!
