Steve was a pleasure to deal with in the store and their tech Ron who did the install was a delight as well. Left my foyer cleaner than it was when he started. Have scheduled them for another job in my 2nd home already.

Steven and his team delivered what we wanted. He listens to details on what we want, and at the same time provides additional options that would cater to our descriptions, and share his thoughts from his experiences. This allows us to make better informed decisions on color, materials etc. His team refinished our hardwood floors, and put in new carpets in the basement, new tiles in the bathrooms and everything else in between. You can ask him anything, and he will make sure to help in any way possible. I have to say the keyword, he listens. Thank you for the great job done.
