Major pot head here. Take my advice and stay away from this place. Prices for flower are decent until you get home and smoke it.I have purchase 4 separate prerolls from here and each one tasted horrible. It's tasted like I was smoking leaves and sticks. Worst after taste in my mouth.You are better off going somewhere that you can see the bud before you smoke it.Really disappointed with the majority of recreational facilities in MA. Most places sell sub par product as premium. Just a money grab.

Absolute joke. Frequent this place often, THEY gave the wrong product, which was more. An actual picture from THEIR WEBSITE was shown to the employee.I get home and open the brown bag and A) the box was semi destroyed. B) The product was removed and put back in the box upside down C) this is when I discovered it’s the wrong product altogether.And I was told cause I opened it, nothing can happen.Thankfully there’s 3 other business within a1/4 mile, I won’t ever step back into this establishment.Hopefully Caroline herself sees thisEdit: Fugured if I’m stuck with it, I’ll weigh it to see. WELLLL it was only missing .12 from the gram. So got jipped 12% of my purchase.

Sent my boyfriend in to grab an order and came home with somebody else's... I'm assuming. Completely different bud and experience than what I was looking for. I put in a little effort when it comes to strains I choose to smoke and for him to come home with something I wouldn't have chosen is incredibly frustrating. ESPECIALLY after I put in an ONLINE ORDER. just know what you want if you order online. That's the only bad thing I have to say. I'm super bummed and I'm sick and I just wanted what I wanted. So I had to say something. This sucks 😔

Very friendly staff. The young woman behind the counter was funny and in good spirits. She was knowledgeable about the products and answered my silly questions without making me feel so. Bonus points are awarded because they have an in-tune piano inside. I'll be back for more grass. 🙂

Bud tender told me multiple times the wrong total and I had to argue with her about the total being wrong. Eventually she told me the correct price, well over $50 below what I was told with no apology. Other than that, prices are meh and products are good. I wouldn't recommend.

We were up in Hopedale and Caroline’s carried what I was looking for. So decided to give the place a go. So happy we did! If there was a place to hang out, this would be my spot. Literally beyond a cool environment and the peeps were great!

I want to be fair and say that the staff are friendly and the selection is great, HOWEVER, I’m not sure if you’re still supposed to get the difference back when using a card, if that’s the case my change has been pocketed multiple times now. Not cool.EDIT: I was being fair giving you 3 stars beforehand when I complained about your staff pocketing my change. I’ve been back since. 2 times using the same card. The gentleman gave me the difference. Once again, the girl the second time around did NOT give me the change. She told me I was being charged $30 and all reality I was charged $36 🤣👎 how about we hire honest staff and not thieves. I would’ve given you the change ANYWAYS, but it’s the fact you’re a snake and do it without even telling the customer they have change to begin with thinking they don’t know any better. Shame on you. Officially done with this dispensary due to their lack of knowledge in how to not hire thieves. Do not shop here.

What a great experience! Greeted with smiles and amazing customer service, I can’t imagine going to a different dispensary anymore. First time I was in I thought their sound system was amazing! Turns out they have a live performer sometimes, haha! The staff is amazing and was able to help me pick out what I was in the mood for. If you EVER have questions or issues about the products Caroline’s staff is the pinnacle of excellence.

Even when you bring back proof of purchase within days, they still wont accept exchange for damaged product. I purchased numerous cartridges I have had 3 break from here.For instance, I purchased a vape on a Friday and Saturday it broke. It was not user error, I am sure of that. I tried to be proactive by calling the business and explaining what my issue was. Unfortunately, there wasnt a manager there that day and the employee told me to come in Monday and they would be able to exchange it. That Monday when I returned, explained what happened, and the phone conversation, they still refused to do an exchange, refund, nada. I hadnt even used it 10 minutes before it broke, however I was told I could buy another one and they would give me a 15% discount.I have never had a cartridge break from anywhere else and upon asking why they couldnt do more I was told "its the brands fault". I walked away without making another purchase because the same product I bought originally has the price increased. So, even with the 15%, I would have still paid my original price. I asked if they would reduce it to the original price and then do 15% off, they said no.I've read some of the responses from the owner and I want to make it clear that this has nothing to do with tearing down the company, being in another business, or anything like that. I’m a 20 something year old who is working hard for their money and I have consistently had issues with their products with little to no resolution. I would appreciate a more clearly posted policy on exchanges/returns in regards to malfunctioning product. There is nothing visibly posted on the website, nor is is adequately displayed in the store.Yes, this put a bad taste in my mouth and no, I will not be returning. However, I really hope this company does well and improves on their policies and communication with patrons.

The selection here is wide and changes often. There are excellent products for every preference. Flower is top-notch and sourced from excellent growers. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The medical pricing is average. The state and local taxes are brutal, unless you have your medical card, for a mere couple hundred dollars.
