I used Holliston Meadows to board my Cat for 14 days. Scheduling, checking in and checkout we're all an easy process. The front desk employee was friendly and addressed all my questions. I will definitely use them again for pet boarding needs

The worst grooming experience ever for my dog. My dog was matted and the groomer suggested that we should just remove her hair which I agreed to. When I got back my dog there were many cuts in her body. She had cuts on her face, tail, chest and some marks on her legs. It was such an unprofessional job. My dog scratched the cuts in her face and ended up getting it irritated. I had to take her to a vet which ended up costing me around 250 dollars.

We have brought our blind pit mix here for years and she enjoys it so much she forgets to even miss us. She had stayed for daycare and for longer periods of time, ie. 10 days.Our cat has also been boarded there and was well taken care of. She didn’t even care when we came to pick her up.We trust them with our newly adopted dog. We know our pets are in good hands. We have peace of mind.

We have our Boston Terrier Spud go to daycare at Holliston Meadows 4 days a week. Not only does Spud have the best time but they are so kind to him and genuinely care for your pet the way that you would want them to. They have fun parties on holidays and a groomer on site if you need that as well. All of the employees are very friendly and always helpful. I was very hesitant to leave him with strangers but this place is awesome and Spud is loving it and learning so many great habits and behaviors. I would definitely check this place out if you’re looking for a great daycare for your dog or cat!!! Very reasonable prices also. Some of Spurs faves are Andrew (his best bud), Patty, Laura and Mikaela!!!!Kelley Murphy

I boarded my 6 month old cattle dog mix over the 4th of July holiday. He had a blast! I heard all good things about his first time boarding and he was even able to play everyday with some friends! I saw cute pictures of him posted on their Instagram and it made me feel so relieved that he really was in good hands while I was away. The staff was very professional and super nice and you can tell they really do love dogs. I will most definitely be boarding/doing daycare with Holliston Meadows in the future!

We took our Ridgeback Thor to Holliston Meadows for boarding and also for training. We could not be any happier, and our pooch truly loved every stay. The staff is incredibly helpful, the facilities are clean, and everybody goes out of their way to make it a great experience for both the dogs and owners.

The place is excellent. The staff is very dedicated and makes sure that the dogs get their food and exercise with group play. The grooming is also top notch. They love dogs. They do both daycare and multi-day stays.The place can be on the expensive side, but you do get what you pay for! Our dogs had a wonderful weekend stay including a grooming at the end. High marks.

We are aware of the past videos and news, but have been boarding our dog here for years. She has special behavioral requirements and they are extremely welcoming to our dog and accommodating. She can not be with other dogs and they take the time to give her individual attention.

Our dog Bear loves coming here. He is super attached to us but has no problem running inside to go play. We have used them for both doggy daycare and boarding. Highly recommend.

My dog, Smuckers, will be 13 in January and has been going to the Meadows since she was 5 months old at the recommendation of a friend. She loves going and is spoiled by the staff who allow her to sit behind the desk as the day begins. I felt compelled to write this as I've seen the 1 star reviews - some from people who have probably never even entered the building and offer no evidence about why they reviewed it the way they did- and feel the calls to shut down the business or for people to not bring their dogs is harsh unless you yourself have had a bad experience. Every profession has a random "bad" employee ; bad doctors, bad teachers, bad nurses, bad police officers but you can't judge everyone in that profession on those very few. Appropriate action was taken when the video surfaced so let it rest. I, like many pet parents, would never leave my dog in a situation that is unhealthy or dangerous, which is why she is still here. The staff is fantastic, that's all that needs to be said.

I love this place. Clean, doesn't smell like dog. They really love dogs. You can tell when you arrive with your dogs. One of our dogs is a nervous baby when he goes there but they are super patient with him. Our second dog is very social and eager to see the folks that work there. The people that work there are "dog people" for sure. I have recommended to friends who have been pleased also.

I brought my two dogs here a couple years ago (maybe things have changed) and had an awful experience. I dropped them off with kibble, canned food, and had paid for extra services (outside time for one dog and lap time for the other). They were also groomed while they were there. The only good thing I can say is my flight was delayed and they closed at 6pm on Sunday and two women stayed until I could get there around 620 to get my dogs. When I picked up my dogs one had a nail bleeding from the grooming (I get it - it happens, but I mentioned it because he was bleeding on the floor, on me when he jumped on me, there was blood on the bed she was carrying from their cage - she said "oh I didn't even notice"). Then they handed me back a FULL container of kibble. So... what did my dogs eat for 5 days?? I spent a lot of time researching the best dog food I could find and didn't want them eating some other crap. Aside from the fact that anyone who owns a dog should know you can't change their food abruptly without them getting sick. It was late and I was tired and they were closed so I didn't even ask I just rushed out of there. When I got home I noticed my goldendoodle had cuts all over him from where he was clipped during grooming. I'll be honest - he was a little matted when I dropped them off, but you don't cut his skin. Also, the bottoms of both ears were crusted in blood because she had cut too close and had cut his ears. It took him about a month for all his skin to get back to normal. He just kept scratching the areas she had cut him.I haven't been able to board my dogs since this experience. I'm terrified to leave them anywhere. I wouldn't recommend this place for boarding OR grooming.

I've been taking my three pets (two dogs and a cat) here for over three years and always had a positive experience. I've only ever had minor issues with their pick-up policies (miss the time by even 15 minutes and they'll charge you for another day).But when it comes to the care of my animals, I trust them thoroughly.

I saw a video of a one Cheryl A Rochleau, a “trainer” forcing a young German Shepherd to walk on a treadmill. Despite the dog being physically exhausted as evident in the video, she forcibly tried to make the dog continue. When the dog didn’t comply, she pulled him off the treadmill by the leash, and swung the dog with enough force that all four of his paws came of the ground. This woman should too be forced to walk on a treadmill to exhaustion, while wearing a collar and a leash. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting.Be forewarned!
