I went in looking for a gutter drip plate.I was sent to 3 different aisles. Finally I found what I was looking for on fourth time asking.Then I was waiting to be checked out and the man walked away when I was the next customer. I asked "now your going to walk away from after giving be wrong directions 4 times?The poor man was working all alone trying to help all the customers. They need to hire more workers

Rocky's Ace Hardware is a nice small home improvement/hardware store. It is much less overwhelming than Lowes or Home Depot but still has a good selection of products for simple home improvement or automotive projects. The store is clean, bright, and well stocked. The staff are friendly. There is never any line. The prices are reasonable and they offer a good rewards program.

Great store. I drove to Holden from Worcester in search of a good ladder.First, I visited Rocky's competition Jed's down the street.The sales guy there said they only carried step stools, and he could order me a ladder!I told him Thanks anyway and drove down to Rocky's to see if they carried ladders.As I drove away from Jed's I thought, "What hardware store doesn't sell full sized ladders??Luckily, I found exactly what I needed at Rocky's Ace Hardware on Reservoir St.They had ALL lengths of ladders.I choose the orange professional 6 ft Werner ladder.The sales staff were amazing. The checkout girl was very professional and smart.And the guy who helped me bring the 6 ft ladder to my car and load it into my messy car was super friendly and extremely nice.Overall, an EXCELLENT STORE and shopping experience.I highly recommend Rocky's Ace Hardware in Holden MA on Reservoir Street!!

it's nice to see some brand name tools and items on the shelves now. I was able to get what I needed for a small electrical soldering project. store itself seems dark compared to other locations I've been to. The few times I've been here the employees don't appear to be to happy,but could just be me. HA

While there are plenty of Sales Associates standing around, the service is very poor. I have been to the store many times despite this, however, after today's visit as I was struggling out the door with 3 1-gallon paint cans and a bag of Christmas lights while 3 Associates watched me and never thought of offering to help me, I will give my business to Jed's who still offers outstanding customer service.

Shopping for Stihl chainsaw for tax free weekend. Rocky's has a full line of Stihl products and great service too.This hardware store in Holden, MA is part of a chain, but looks like a mom and pop hardware with a huge variety of inventory. If you're looking for a grill, they have the Green Egg, Weber, Traeger with lots of accessories. Staff ready to help shoppers when you ask. Love this hardware store!

This is a great local hardware store not so big that you get lost and not so small with a small inventory. It has everything that you need for your home. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Terrible service. Employees stand around talking but don’t help customers. If you ask them for assistance they disappear and never return. Hard to believe, but you’ll likely get better service at the “big box” hardware stores.
