Brought our cat in for a grooming… we just rescued him last week and he is a long hair who was a stray for a while so he had lots of knots and dreadlocks that couldn’t be brushed out. They did an amazing job at Ellie’s and gave him a good shave down. He looks like a goof but he’s happy to have all those knots gone, so are we!Thanks!

My pups and I absolutely love Ellie’s! They have a great selection of treats and toys and the staff is very friendly! I also get my dogs’ nails clipped here and the staff is professional and efficient.

Beautiful pet shop, excellent unique and "quality" products. Probbaly the best products of any pet shop i have been in in and around Worcester county. A bit on the high side for price, but remember this is a small shop so they have to make ends meat! Knowledgeable and freindly. I bought my cat some. duck hearts 💗 she loved them... pic of the duck heart and my baby😻

I took my 6 month old puppy, Aggie, for grooming last week. Abby did a wonderful job and Aggie is now ready for summer. Could not be happier! The price was reasonable and Aggie looks so cute!

I bring my piggy here for a nail trimming and they are always very nice and do a great job with him. They have done extra care (washing) with no charge which has won me over for life.

Five stars are not enough!!! I’ve been coming here for years with different pets and different needs, and I have never once had anything less than stellar customer service here. Ellie and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The variety of products offered rival the big box stores - but the personal experience offered at Pet Barn is unrivaled. They were so gracious when my dog decided halfway through a 30-lb bag that he was going on strike from that kibble - and so patient while we tried again and again to find one he loves. Bethany in the grooming salon is fantastic, and my dog actually looks forward to his visits with her...never have been able to say the same anywhere else. Their COVID protocols are smart, easy to follow, and respectfully enforced. I am a customer for life.

I brought both my dogs in today for a bath, nails, and teeth. They do such a great job here. My dogs are rescues who are very nervous. They are so great with them here and very patient. I was impressed the first time I brought them here, and every time since has been the same. You can’t go wrong here, they’re amazing. I’m so happy they’re close, but they’re so good I’d travel if I had to. From the person answering the phone to the amazing groomers, they’re the best. Awesome job! Thanks for taking such good care of my babies!

This store is a pet owner's dream for toys and foods and treats! Took my kitties to have their claws trimmed, and they were all set in minutes by kind and attentive staff. We will absolutely go back next they need a paw-ticure!

Displaying a level of immaturity."Just to be clear this was my honest review as a CUSTOMER of Ellie's Pet Barn. My review as a FORMER EMPLOYEE is the owner is immature clearly shown by the response to my review as customer and she only cares about money it's very clear. So if you made it this far in this honest review of a former customer and former employee just go to CHEWY or Loyal Companion, it's much cheaper and has friendlier customer service 👍

Always a good experience when I come here. We have 3 cats with different dietary needs and there are lots of options to fit them. The staff is very nice and always remembers us and asks about how the kitties are doing. The "store cats" are really sweet too. You know everyone there is an animal person.

Locally owned pet supplies store with on site grooming. Staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Not the lowest prices but if you like supporting small business, this is the place to go in Holden. "Fido " is also welcome to browse as long as they're well behaved.

This is a great local pet supplies, food and grooming store. The staff is very helpful. You can bring your dog into the store. We had gotten some dog treats at a 4th of July parade and our dog loves these treats and they are sold here.

We take our poodle there to be groomed. They let me back into the grooming room one time for a "quick groom" (ears and nails) and I saw how gentle and nice they were to my dog. They always ask me how I want him styled and gave me advise on having my first dog that requires regular grooming.

Both employees were very helpful with all of my questions, and they have an amazing selection of pet care supplies I could not find elsewhere. Prices were not higher than big box stores like other small pet shops, so I will definitely be going there again!

They ALWAYS have what I need and it's clear they put a lot of effort into making sure there's also new things to pick from. If you are someone that has a pet with a special diet or you're neurotic like me about what you put in your pets bodies I'd highly recommend!
