Nice people working here I just can’t understand why the door 🚪 is always locked in the middle of the day at the most busiest times. Can’t y’all stock shelves when the store is closed ? 🤦‍♂️

I’ve driven there four times in the past two months and the doors were locked. Just called to verify if they were opened and there was no answer. Shop elsewhere, this store doesn’t adhere to their hours.

Employee just stopped my daughter and I, and a couple other customers trying to enter the store, and stated he needed to close the store for 20 mins in order to take a break. That he was the only employee working. Greatly unprofessional on both corporate's and the employee's end. I rather take my business elsewhere, and drive 20 mins out of the way to a different Dollar Tree.

I have never been to such an amazing dollar tree. Everything was organized and they had an amazing selection of items. I am truly blown away. I thought all dollar trees were filthy and not worth shopping in. The service was great and I had a great experience.

I drove over to the store to find out the doors were locked around noontime. I usually like this store but that's ridiculous.

Boxes everywhere almost tripped.On Our way out as we were checking out the cashier “latrusha” held up the long line of customers screaming “your card you took it out too soon “. As if I do not know how credit card works . She would cancel our purchase purposely. Unacceptable behavior. They need to train these cashier.Come to find out we were charged twice.I’m sure she is used to treating customers poorly. Will follow up with BBB.

I was so excited when this store finally opened. It is clean and all the of the people that work there are nice. The two twin girls that work there are very nice. I shop there all the time and never had a bad experience. People there are worst things in this world to worry and complain about. It is just a store.

Poor customer service the manager not helpful purchase items the day before and not all items were in my bag went back to retrieve the four items with proof of receipt and said leave receipt and we will call you to see if you were here the day before I thought if you had a receipt that showed that you were and you did make a purchase unsatisfied customer

Awful store. They refuse to assist the elderly. We Over heard the cashier screaming when a senior attempted to purchase disinfectant spray.Tried to get the district managers information and they refuse.
