We go to this Petco because they offer this great service where you can use their stainless steel dog tubs to wash your dog, the raised off the floor, and you don't have to hurt your back and it's really easy and it's only $20. I highly recommend it.

Brought our brand new puppy here for her first shots! The vetco staff were great with her( while I felt like a new mom and had to turn my head). The entire staff were so helpful and very knowledgeable! From the groomer Nicole that was so patient with all my questions and gave me so much good information to the woman that works for Blue Buffalo who helped me find my way through the tons of choices there are for puppy food and Even the counter staff were very friendly and helpful. Your groomer was awesome, absolutely awesome. Our dog is very nervous, HGH anxiety. She gets very scared when I bring her to the groomer. Your grooming tech was fantastic, very patient with her, and very caring. It made all the difference, our dog had a much much less stressful experience.

$20 for a half hour, four baths, some large but thin hand towels, and hair dryer. Didn’t have to wait. Hoses have shampoo selection. Allegedly one has conditioner in it but that was hard to tell. Worth the $20.

They have a pretty good selection despite the being maybe 1/3 the size of most Petco locations, as well as grooming services. Staff have all been friendly and helpful. They are perpetually out of okocat wood pellet litter unfortunately, but it can be delivered to the store.

Bad experience trying to wash my dog. I was told that the washing stations are open and the price is now $20. I wasn’t thrilled by the doubled price. The girl told me I could take as long as I needed to however. When I arrived I realized that they were having the health clinic so it was already busy but the washing stations were free. I was instructed to just go back there, wash and pay later. I was not familiar with the washing machines that control all the water and soaps so it took me a short while to get it working, others were also asking me how to work them because no signs indicated how to do this. There were also no signs indicating a time limit. My dog is a border collie who is a service dog. Shortly into our wash a staff member asked me if I was finished, I replied no, and was surprised I was asked. A few minutes later she returned and I replied again no. She said well there’s a 30 minute limit! I said I was not aware of this and my dog needs more time. The soap was watered down in the machine so I had to keep using my own soap and the towels were so small and thin I couldn’t dry my dog. there is nowhere to remove your wet dog and move to a drying table because this doesn’t exist anymore. They expect you to dry your dog in the wet tub. another staff member by the name of Cathy, (short woman with short black hair) insisted I leave the washing area. I’ve encountered her before and my sense of her was that she was not very friendly in general. My dog was still wet and I was not told that there was a limit to time, and for double the price I expect to be able to at least dry my dog. She replied “times have changed. You’ll have to come back another time.” I replied, “then I will pay you $10 not $20 because I received half the products and services needed to bathe my dog.” She replied “I’d be happy if you just left and didn’t come back.” I was floored by her caustic remark! What horrible crime did I commit on her or anyone to warrant me being told to leave and not come back??? I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at Petco for multiple pets and their products including extensive training for and this is how Petco treats their “valued”customers? I was very upset by this. I called customer service several times about this individual who really owes me an apology for her rudeness and a reprimand if she is any person of authority in this store. I was called back by the apparent store manager who sounded very young and unprepared to address my complaints and concerns other than to say “sorry” and tell me she had to get off the phone to work the register. Poor, poor service all around! I have many friends in other stores including the grooming staff and managers at the Weymouth location. I can’t believe what a difference in customer service I received here!! What a rip off that washing station is now! It used to be a place where I could tend to my dog with the love, gentleness and time he needs. Petco and this member “Cathy” have otherwise made it a hostile place where I was literally told I am not welcome anymore, this doesn’t sit right with me. I tried to ask for upper management to get involved and no one answered. Let’s see if this does the trick.

Olivia the dog trainer is fantastic. By the end of the course, my lab puppy was happily sitting , coming, lying down and walking gracefully on-leash. It was so easy and such a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Nice selection and helpful staff. The aisles were a bit tight, specially with dog training happening at the same time, and my dog found the floors really slippery but that are small bits. Their self grooming was a saving grace for us and I definitely recommend!

Washed my dog today. 15 minutes start to finish. Pup looks and smells great. Only costs $10. Store employees were helpful and friendly. It is so much easier than doing it at home in my sink. All tools and materials are provided.

Came here to give my dog a bath. Place is always clean. Staff always pleasant. I bring my own shampoo. There's is a littlecwatered down. But plenty if towels to dry off your pup and they provide smocks to cover yourself whiling bathing your pup. Overall great spot to self bathe your pup.

I went to get my pup vaccinated as all the vet appointments in the area were far off. I had the absolute worst experience , they tried selling me stuff by criticizing what my pup was wearing , they tried to sell me a leash which when I got home was too small and wouldn’t fit the next week , they tried to sell me on various things including training . I felt harassed and the lady picked up my puppy without my permission and walked towards the other area while I was still speaking with the vet. It was chaotic and I felt manipulated into buying things I didn’t want to. I will never go here again

They have a good selection and can usually get you in and out quick. They are a little expensive but you are paying for the convenience of the location. They offer dog grooming facilities which I haven't used but seem well maintained and clean. They also have dog training classes which are good and pretty reasonably priced.

We walked in with a newly adopted dog on a Wednesday. After asking for a book of coupons at the register not one associate offered assistance. They looked like they were working on freight and could not be bothered to offer us any help or advice. We returned the book of coupons and left the store. My advice is not too shop at this location on Wednesdays

Just there to bath a dog. There are 4 tubs with doors (for getting the dog in and out) at a convenient height for the job, and shampoo and towels are provided for free. There is a single high speed dryer. My advice is to bring your own towels and shampoo. The towels they provide are pretty small and thin, so you need a lot of them to effectively towel dry a reasonably sized dog. The shampoo is pretty watered down or just watery, so definitely worth bringing something better. The dryer is sufficient, but didn't develop a lot of heat, which prolonged drying time.

Unleashed is just a smaller version of Petco, which is an excellent provider of all things needed for your pet(s). I have a SIberian Husky and only shop Petco, and Unleashed since its close to home, primarily because they wont carry any food product that contains ingredients that have been determined to be harmful to an animal. Super staff, very helpful, and willing to order food specific to your pet for your convenience in your future visits.

Worst place ever!!! There facilities are disgustingly dirty, the shampoos bottles are just refilled with water and they never have enough towels! The day shift employees are Rude as Hell and totally useless! Not to mention there prices fluctuate depending on whose working and what they feel like charging! I will definitely be bringing my dogs as well as my business elsewhere!!!

A great place to bathe my dog! Only $12, to brush, shampoo, condition and dry him! No clean up just in and out. It's right by the hingham dog park so many times I let him swim and get dirty and then to the bath we go!

Great store, nice staff. They don’t have everything but they try and accommodate. They offer bathing and grooming as well as training, we haven’t tried the latter.
