We have had a great experience with our anxious labradoodle at Best Buddy for the last year. We have used a few groomers so far and all have done a great job. They really care about their work and always ask if it was up to standards. The pup did get shaved once, but they explained why and showed me how to brush her better so it didn’t happen again - and it hasn’t! Love that she always comes home with some pretty bandanna or flower.

Best buddies has taken care of two of my dogs now. Each time they have paired me up with the right person for the job. Laura has been doing my little old man Shelby who can be a handful and she is incredible with him. Before that Robert took incredible care of my little senior toy poodle Shayna.

Oh my goodness! I couldn't disagree more with Ms. Lane's review of Best Buddy Pet Spa! That is quite a scathing accusation! I am very sorry to hear about your dog, Ms. Lane, but, after all of the years I've been taking my dog here to be groomed, I've gotten to know each of these groomers and the owner(s) quite well and I would be remiss if I didn't counter this review on their behalf. Every member of Best Buddy takes their job to heart and treats every pet as if they were their own. I've witnessed this myself, on more than one occasion. I couldn't let this accusation go, in all fairness to the loving and caring staff there, without countering what I know and truly appreciate about Best Buddy Pet Spa and their staff. I have had absolutely nothing but the utmost professional care taken of my little furry friend. The google photos speak for themselves of how they treat each and every 4 legged friend like one of the family! I can only sing praises. Thank you Best Buddy Pet Spa!

Just moved to the area recently and was looking for a reliable groomer. I called the office and I believe I spoke to Kylie, she was very nice to talk to and made sure to get me a quick appointment. Needless to say I’m very impressed with the customer service and Oscar looks amazing. Highly recommend!

DoNot Bring Your Animal Here! Brought 5lb dog in, came back and was approached by tech b4 even getting out of car, yelling at me saying he’ll never see my dog again. Inside my dog is obviously in pain and her leg is twisted back. The owner comes over yelling stating “the dog came in this way, we have witnesses”.At vet she has a dislocated leg and collapsed trachea. She would not survive surgery and had to be put down.Thanks Best Buddy for killing my dog.

Today I brought my 82 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback to get her nails clipped and could NOT get her out of my car no matter how hard I tried. Violet and I tried with no luck, so eventually, Violet brought the Dremel into my car and trimmed her nails in the car with me there for support. Honestly, what amazing customer service! Thank you! Now we know the new routine when my dog needs her nails trimmed. 🤣🚗 🐕

I went in (No appt needed) to get nails clipped for my 2 dogs. Very friendly and efficient staff. I’ll be going back for full grooming soon. I would recommend.

They treat our dogs so nicely, and they come out looking so clean, and happy! It’s impossible to clip one of our dogs nails but they always do it professionally. Easy to make appointments and easy pick up.

Went in trying to get my dogs bathed and all the groomers yelled no, we are not taking any more long haired dogs which made my kids very sad like there was something wrong with their amazing Bernese mountain dogs. I had to walk out of there and try to explain to two children why they would not groom our dogs.Very rude, disrespectful, and will never go there and in out dog circle will let everyone know the lack of customer service and work ethic that occurs there.

I was sure BENJI would wear out his welcome quickly as usual at BEST BUDDY too. Sue n crew have a gift for the NASTY and difficult fur babies. Thank you for being so kind and patient with him. He has been thru SO much. Few understand. BEST BUDDY IS the BESTESTEST

This place is awful! I would not recommend it. What kind of people SHAVE a husky in the WINTER??? After specifically asking them not to make it too short. They are lazy. If they cannot get the knots out, they completely shave the dog. Beware.

I have phoned and got a weird message telling me to type in the number I was trying to contact., I did, that’s how I got thru to this weird message.
