Valley View Farm was the PERFECT venue for our fall wedding and far exceeded any expectations we had! We planned our wedding from out of state and the team at Valley View eased all of our fears and thought of everything. Our planner, Dan, and the rest of the amazing team, were so knowledgeable and experienced and gave us all the confidence in the world. Dan is the kind of planner who will go above and beyond to think of every last detail, make a plan B for all scenarios, and have you laughing and comfortable while you handle last minute day-of snafus. Even in an unexpected downpour on our wedding day, Dan made everything flow perfectly and no one would ever have known how much we had to pivot. We had two amazing coordinators as well who helped cover every last detail at our wedding. The bar and catering team were phenomenal and the food was AMAZING. We got so many compliments after the wedding, people still talk about it. We truly had the best day of our lives and Valley View Farm is the reason we were able to just focus on getting married and the love we have for each other. We would recommend Valley View Farm to anyone and everyone looking for a venue!

It’s been just shy of 5 months since our wedding (10/27/2023) at Valley View Farm in Haydenville and we’re still in awe! We could not have experienced a better day. The whole property is absolutely beautiful, from the location being set way back in its own little world, the ceremony barn, the cocktail hour space and the reception barn. Every little detail is noticed. We still are being asked where we got married because of how amazing it was. Every guest commented on how perfect it was. Thaddeus, the bar manager, was spot on with everything, especially crafting the best cocktails. Now to talk about the real star of the show, our coordinator / planner, Dan LaFlamme! There are not enough words of praise for how above and beyond Dan goes with every little detail. Dan made our planning a breeze and our vision become a reality. He eased any wedding day worries by being way ahead of our every thought to the point we didn’t even need to ask or think twice! And he did it all while making us laugh nonstop! His hard work and dedication made our wedding a dream come true. We wouldn’t change a single thing about Valley View and our wedding. Simply the best and a day we will smile about for the rest of our lives.

We were fortunate to have shared in a late afternoon wedding and dinner for 125 guests at Valley View Farm in November.Libations were first served at a wonderful architectural stone welcoming building with wide open doors, overhanging roof, patio and high-top tables. A short time later, we walked up, or could have hopped on golf carts, to the large barn. We were greeted with music by a string quartet. The floral arrangements were gorgeous. The wedding was a nice, simple ceremony. A short walk across the terrace was another barn filled with farmhouse tables, lovely table arrangements and romantic candlelight. It was warm and so inviting. The first course was a squash soup w/ drizzled crème fraiche. I opted for the beef short ribs, atop Brussels sprouts and fingerling potatoes. There were no seasonings on the table. Chocolate mousse completed the feast. The party continued with a DJ and lots of dancing. Outside, the fire pit was smoking as guests lingered under strands of lighting. It was a wonderful afternoon and evening for all.

Our daughter had her wedding there in July. The weather was a little challenging but Dan and his staff handled everything with aplomb. The entire team was exemplary but special kudos to Dan who was so great to work with both during planning and on the wedding day. We miss him.So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. The venue, the food, the drinks and of course the horses were top notch. The ceremony was magical as was the entire day. We can not recommend Valley View and Dan and the staff enough.

We got married in May 2023 and we had an amazing experience with Valley View. From the start of the planning process through to the wedding day, Valley View’s planning staff, Wheelhouse catering, and everyone in between were there to keep us on track and well-organized. We were re-assigned to our planner Shannon about 3 months before our wedding date after our previous planner moved on from her position. We were a bit nervous about how switching to a new planner that close to our wedding would be, but we couldn’t have been more lucky to be paired with Shannon. She was constantly available for any questions we had or ideas we wanted to run by her, and we could tell she genuinely cared about every little detail of our day. It completely down-poured all afternoon and evening on our wedding day, which could have caused some major additional stress on us. However, Shannon and her coordinators Maggie & Christina, along with Alex from Wheelhouse and the bar manager Thaddeus made it so that we had an amazing day and didn’t notice any last minute adjustments they may have made. They remained incredibly positive and kept our spirits high which gave us confidence that the day would go smoothly. We got tons of positive feedback from our guests specifically about how great Shannon was and how friendly and talented the bar & catering staff were. We also had multiple guests tell us the food from Wheelhouse was the best they’d ever had at a wedding. We couldn’t recommend Valley View Farm more to anyone considering it for their wedding.

Valley View Farm is perfection!! From my initial conversation with Dan two years ago up until Oct 14th this year - Dan and his dream team have been a true pleasure to work with! True professionals that give attention to every detail! My daughter Emily and Sinead kept saying over and over again - Best day of their lives! What more can a parent want? Our guests were raving about the beautiful venue and delicious food. It was a magical picture perfect October Wedding Day and everything ran smoothly - my husband and I got to enjoy every minute. Valley View was the PERFECT venue for our August 2022 wedding. Valley View was the first venue that we toured and we booked it on the drive home. The location, outdoor pavilion, "getting ready areas" and reception space are absolutely beautiful. Dan, our wedding coordinator, made the big day seamless. From the moment we toured, Dan was extremely organized and calm while bringing laughter and fun to the planning process. The entire planning process was extremely personal, from the schedule of the big day to the personalized meal and drinks provided. Suzy and David, the owners, made us feel as though we were part of the family from the first time we met them. Every guest had nothing but positive things to say, raving about the venue, atmosphere, staff, food and drinks. The day was absolutely perfect and everything we could've dreamed of and so much more. Everywhere you look is breathtaking and all of the buildings are equally as perfect.From booking a tour of the grounds to planning the wedding start to finish, our experience was amazing. If you're looking for a team that treats you as their own family then please look no further than booking your wedding at Valley View Farm. I could probably write an entire novel about how incredible our experience was from start to finish. From the gorgeous grounds and the entire esthetic of the barn, our day was nothing short of amazing. Even getting married the first weekend of November 2022, we were somehow blessed with 75 degree weather.From start to finish we worked with Dan LaFlamme throughout the entire process from showing us the grounds, to planning our wedding and being there every step of the way on the day of. We cannot thank him enough for all he has done for us. His presence alone is comforting and made us feel so at ease even on the biggest day of our life. He's organized, understanding, and so knowledgeable. The décor was put together in a way I felt was a dream come to life. The attention to detail is unmatched. People talk about how stressful your wedding can be and we didn't feel one ounce of stress at all from how above and beyond Dan went.We need to give a shoutout to Stephanie and Zofia with Wheelhouse Catering for being so meticulous with family members who have severe allergies and making sure that my husband and I were well fed and taken care of. Not to mention the food we had was absolutely amazing. We love that everything is locally sourced.Also the Bar Manager Thaddeus helped with personalizing our drinks for the day, answering our million and one questions and making sure the bar was stocked with fan favorites. Even the owners Dave and Sue would pop in from time to time to ask how things were going during planning and it just shows how involved everyone is at the farm and how much they love what they do.I feel extremely blessed when I look back at the day and so happy that it was everything I had dreamed of and more. My husband Dan and I look forward to visiting the barn for years to come. Run and don’t walk to book this venue, you will not regret it.

From the moment we saw Valley View online we fell in love. We had instantly requested a tour and didn’t know how much more we would fall in love once the tour happened. We had to have this venue for our wedding, and we did not mind having to change our originally planned date to make it work with their availability!From the initial planning meetings to the last-minute things, Alex our planner, has been tremendous. He helped us so much with planning the little details that you may not have thought of on your own, and he is also amazingly pleasant and brings a smile to your face every time! The online planner where you can work together is amazing and helped so much as we aren’t a short drive away from the venue. We saw our vision come to life and could not have been more pleased with the hospitality all the Valley View Farm staff has provided us and our family.As you may noticed but the property itself is so beautiful you barely need to provide much décor! We also stayed onsite at one of the properties and it was amazing to wake up and experience the farm the morning of and morning after. Everything you needed was provided and so many amenities were available to make it feel just like home.We seriously did not want our wedding weekend to end. We will be back to visit for many years and cannot wait to join any farm dinners or muse cider bar events! Valley View Farm is truly a perfect wedding venue. There's no doubt that it's a beautiful and romantic place to tie the knot and that your guests will absolutely love it. But what makes Valley View so special in my opinion is the staff. The owner, Suzy, is one of the kindest people I've ever met and it was such a joy to meet with her every time we went up to the farm to visit. And our wedding planner, Dann, is the absolute best. He is so warm and genuine, a calming presence when things get stressful, and, importantly, hyper organized! He made planning our wedding (and moving it due to COVID) seamless. Besides the amazing staff and venue, the caterer Wheelhouse did an extraordinary job (we had so many guests tell us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding!) and the attention to detail was unparalleled. From having a place for me and the groomsmen to get ready before the ceremony (a rare find after looking at over a dozen venues) to asking us what drink we'd like to have as soon as the ceremony was over, no detail was spared. I could go on and on about Valley View - thank you for making 4.29.22 the best day of our lives!

Valley View Farm will always hold a very special place in my heart. I had the honor of getting married here on December 4th, 2022 and it was one of the best days of my life.From the moment I saw VVF's website, I was in love. We had our ceremony in the gorgeous pavilion that overlooked the rolling hills of Williamsburg. The reception hall was warm and welcoming, with more than enough space to host our ~130 guests. It was a December wedding, but no one felt the cold between the blankets provided and the wood burning, heated barn.But more than the grounds, it is the staff that made our wedding magical. From the moment we met our wedding planner, Alex, I knew we were in good hands. He was extremely organized, thoughtful and honest. Our day-of coordinators and planner, Shannon, were just absolutely incredible. Shannon had to jump in to cover the day-of and she took on the challenge with ease and expertise. The bar manager, Thaddeus, was creative and fun and made the BEST signature cocktails. And the catering? INCREDIBLE! We got married about four months ago and I still think of Dan and Christina's unconditional kindness and support almost everyday. The whole team at Valley View is truly amazing and Suzy and David are some of the coolest and kindest people I have ever met. Dan was our wedding planner and from the beginning was so calming and extremely buttoned up. My husband I got engaged in Dec and were married in Aug all thanks to Dan and the team! Dan was always available and made all of the planning fun and super personal to us. He truly felt like an extension of our family. Christina was with us the weeks leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. I don't even know where to begin -her presence is so grounding and loving-I can't imagine the day without her there. She anticipated everything and was always one step ahead but also made the day fun! Again, felt like an extension of family on our wedding day.The food was also incredible. Our friends and family all said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We loved the deserts so much we took them home and froze them and ate them for a mont after until we sadly ran out.The venue is a magical place. You can feel it when you begin the drive up.We can't wait to come back and visit. It was the best day ever.

Valley View Farm was an absolutely perfect wedding venue. From the picturesque landscape to the incredibly talented staff, my husband and I could not have been happier with our choice. Dan, our VVF wedding planner, made the process absolutely seamless and was such a pleasure to work with. He was so incredibly organized and punctual, and enabled us to not have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. The new onsite makeup studio was gorgeous and so convenient, and the Cider bar was the perfect place to have early guests convene and mingle before the ceremony. We cannot possibly thank Valley View enough for making our wedding day ten times better than we could have imagined it. If you're looking for a venue that has gorgeous outdoor space, and is run more professionally than any business I've ever seen, VVF is your place!

Words cannot express how thankful we are that we chose Valley View Farm as our wedding venue. The moment we saw it online my husband and I knew it was the right fit for us, but our first visit really sealed the deal. The farm is even more beautiful in person, but what really makes it stand out is the level of unbelievable service their staff provides. We had to postpone our wedding a year due to Covid and our wedding planner, Teri, couldn't have made the process easier for us; she contacted all our vendors for us and made an otherwise stressful situation a total breeze. And our wedding was SO worth the wait! Everything about the day was perfect: the seamless timeline of events, the awesome hang-out spaces for the bridal party, the all-star vendors they recommended, the bar service, the staff's responsiveness to every whim or need we had all day... I could go on and on. Our guests could not stop raving about the venue and the number one comment we heard all day was "How did you find this amazing place?!" If you're considering booking VVF for your wedding, know it's one of the best decisions you could possibly make and that you're guaranteed an outstanding experience.

If you're reading this review, it's fair to assume that you're looking for a venue to host your wedding. If Valley View Farm is on your list, believe me, your search is done.I don't need to speak to how beautiful the farm itself is - it really does look just as spectacular in person as it does in the photos and videos that you see online. My wife and I got married in September but first toured the farm in the dead of winter and were STILL blown away by how amazing it is.Something that you need to know is how truly awesome the staff here is. When we started wedding planning, that wasn't something that we really considered. We knew we wanted somewhere beautiful and convenient for our guests, but we didn't really consider who would be providing the experience for our guests.Thank god we chose Valley View farm because their staff knocked it out of the park. The owners, Sue and David, are incredibly warm and welcoming - it felt like we were family when we first met. That sense of amicability translates into their staff, who in turn made us feel at ease and cared for, as a family would. Our event planner, Teri, did a fantastic job leading up to the wedding to make sure that everything was in order and then nailed it on the day of to make sure our vision for the wedding was executed to a T.I'm so grateful to now be a part of the family of couples who have shared vows at this amazing venue. I'm looking forward to coming back to visit for years to come and reminisce on an outstanding day and say hello to the amazing staff that made it all possible.So, long story short, do yourself a favor and book this venue before someone beats you to it - you won't regret it!

My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about Valley View Farm. When we first stepped foot onto the property almost two years ago(!) we knew immediately that this was the perfect venue for our wedding - beautiful, romantic, quaint and elegant. A perfect setting for a celebration with friends and family. But what makes Valley View SO special isn't the venue at all - it's the people. Suzy and David (the owners) have pulled together an unbelievable team of kind, creative, thoughtful and PATIENT individuals who care so much about every single couple that walks through their doors. If there is one person who made our day perfect though, it was our wedding planner, Dan LaFlamme. I would have gone so far as to select a different wedding date altogether if it meant getting the chance to work with Dan. He was so kind and supportive throughout the entire wedding planning process and will always hold a special place in our hearts. So, if you have any doubts about Valley View, just know that you will be in the best hands if you choose this team!

My daughter's wedding was this weekend, and I just have to publicly thank everyone at Valley View Farm, especially, Shannon and Maggie for the incredible job they did. Everything was perfect! Really top notch! Shannon was excellent! And, no matter what was asked of her, she did it with a smile. She helped my daughter feel relaxed knowing everything was under control. The day after the wedding all our personal, decorative items that were brought to the reception, were cleaned, packed up and delivered to the Farmhouse where we were staying. Many of our guests commented to us on how amazing the wedding planner was. You're reading this because you are deciding if you want to book Valley View for your wedding - and I am here to tell you to do it!!! The location and property are gorgeous and the staff are fantastic at what they do. We felt so supported to bring our ideas to reality - from helping with vendor decisions and communication, ideating on a theme and designs, to having all the details under control. Don't let the cost throw you off - that covers all the awesome things they have to offer - no upcharging along the way for normal stuff like chairs or napkins (PS the decor is already stunning so you don't have to do much). They care about sustainability and the local community, especially with the DELICIOUS food, as well. I really can't say enough about Shannon (our wedding planner, a service that comes with your booking) who helped us have the most fantastic day. I doubt it would have been half as amazing without her. Working with her, Stephanie the catering manager, Thad the bar manager, and the whole staff to plan for over a year was easy and fun - and on the wedding day we saw them in action to make everything perfect. The owners even let us invite their farm dog, Rosie, and bought one of the horses, Penny, out to the field for us to take pictures with. I could go on about how they have literally thought of everything but really all you need to know is - if you can, you MUST book with Valley View!

This review is long overdue – but I just wasn’t sure how to write down in words just how much everyone at Valley View Farm worked to make our wedding day as amazing and beautiful as it was. To write this review means its over and I am not sure I’m ready for that! I have to tell any brides/grooms looking at VVF for their wedding DO IT! Aside from the absolutely stunning setting that is Valley View their team is just as stunning. Teri is amazing an absolute gem of a person to work with. Planning a wedding during covid is hard but Teri and her team never made me feel like a burden with all the questions and concerns I was throwing at her. From our very first sit down meeting where Teri and Thad sat down with us and went over our entire day and cocktail menu. I did not have to stress about one thing when it came to planning this wedding – Teri sent me vendors that came highly recommended by VV and they were all a pleasure to work with! Thaddeus made the most amazing signature cocktails for our guest that they are still trying to recreate these! The vision I had in my head was nothing compared to what Teri and her assistant Shannon put together for us the day of. These two women never stopped moving from beginning to end! So I again I can’t stress this enough, if you are considering VVF just do it! The stress this amazing venue saved me and my family while planning our wedding is unimaginable. I was the most calm I have been on my wedding day and that is all due to Teri and her team.

Valley View Farm honestly made our dream a reality. Every single person we interacted with was so kind and thoughtful and they truly treated our family like their own family. We owe EVERYTHING to Dan, he made our day absolutely seamless and was a joy to work with. Dan knew all of the vendors we were working with and he took care of everything. We were not stressed about a single thing the day of the wedding. In the days leading up to the big day, we also had so much comfort in knowing that Dan was in charge. His support was truly unmatched. As a venue, the food was delicious (we got to make our own menu!), the views and space were spectacular and Western Mass is the best place in the world.

We got married here in July 2018 and it was the perfect backdrop for our "rustic romantic" theme. When we got engaged we knew that we wanted an outdoor wedding at a location that could do both the ceremony and reception. Looking online led us to Valley View Farm and when we visited it was love at first sight. Suzy was a joy to work with every step of the way. We were able to fulfill every wedding wish that we wanted at this venue including (1) the firepits, (2) the love nest which was a beautiful spacious area for my wife and her bridesmaids, (3) the sugar shack for the groomsman and myself in a separate location, but still on the property. My parents were also able to rent out one of the houses on the property (there are two houses available to rent) and this allowed my mom's side of the family to all stay together. They provided wedding planners too and they were extremely knowledgeable we really felt like we were in the best hands possible to go through this major event of our lives.

We photographed our first spring wedding at this gorgeous western MA venue last weekend and were blown away! From the covered ceremony pavilion (no worrying about rain!) to the Skinner Barn reception space on the property with tons of natural light, this venue was a photographer's dream! We've been wanting to document a wedding here for years, because it's practically in our backyard! So excited to capture more weddings at this lovely and photogenic space. Thanks to Dan for all of his help coordinating the wedding too, he was fantastic!
