I had a prescription filled here a month ago and received the incorrect instructions on how to take my medication. I only found out I was taking the incorrect dose after following up with my doctor. This was all the fault of Walgreen's system, which cut off part of my doctor's orders. So, instead of taking 2 pills twice a day, the instructions said to take 2 pills a day. This caused me to become extremely sick and dizzy with severe migraines. I can only imagine what would happen if such an error were to occur with a different medication, such as one used to control blood pressure. I informed the manager of the pharmacy, who was already aware of the fact that instructions for patient's prescriptions get cut off by the system. If management was already aware of this dangerous practice, why wasn't something done sooner?! This is seriously not okay. Something needs to be done to ensure that patients are getting the correct instructions on how to take their prescriptions EVERY TIME, not just after they complain about it.

Brought my 104 year old mother to Walgreens for a flu shot. The clerk at the pharmacy had a smirk on her face when she declined to provide the shot. I then called Target pharmacy and they told me to bring her in. The p erson at the C V S pharmacy was very kind to my mom and provided excellent care. Thank you CVS

In this past year the pharmacy has been out of my medications at least 3 times where I've had to wait several days to get them. Also their texting service is out of sink telling me my RX is ready, only to get there and find it's not ready.

I went to send money last night at 8 pm the girl at cashier told me she already closed for the day, very rude unprofessional. Went to another walgreen had done in couple minutes. Never coming back to this one.
