I bought my first JusLabs hat several years ago and after a paint incident it was in need of replacement. Just received two of the lab hats in the mail and they are perfect! I'll just keep coming back, these hats are the best.

Within 5 minutes of making the purchase I was notified the collar and leash had shipped. We received the items the next day and the colors are beautiful! Miss Ellie was very excited to get her new collar : )

I have had two interactions with this company, once at a craft fair where I talked to them about a shirt for a friend, left with a card and ordered a t-shirt online for my friend. She loves it. Second, I received a hat and t-shirt as a birthday gift from my mom and sister who saw them about a month later at the same craft fair. I had to contact JusLabs regarding sizing and they were responsive and more than accommodating. I love labs and was very happy that we were able to get everything worked out. I now have a hat, t-shirt and black lab hoodie!
