Today I encountered the Cashier from Hell...She was not only rude, but did not care that the check-out line was clear to the back of the store. When I mentioned to her about it,and where was her other cashier, she flipped out on me. People like her, have no business working a job like that! If I was the Store Manager, she would have been fired on the spot!! It gives the Company a Bad Name, because of her Personal Problems brought to work!!! 1pm

If I could give a zero I would. The staff acts as though we are putting them out for checking out. They are also not prepared to open when the door says.

This dollar tree was better than the one in Plaistow when I went today. They had much more craft supplies and Christmas wise. There was only one register open and the line went down more than half an aisle. It wasn't until I asked him if there was someone who could help him that help came out of the little office in there. Two women came out and one opened up an additional register. I felt bad for this kid because all of my items were around 50-60. It was terrible and I am glad I spoke up. It was just to bad that those women who were in that little office had no clue how many people were in line waiting and some people only had one thing.

Bought a bunch of balloons for a party I was having, they didn't tie the strings to the balloons, I lost 2 of the balloons, one while getting them out if the car and the second while I was giving them to my daughter in-law to take with her, I realized then what was happening, the tape on the balloon string wasn't holding, while at the dollar tree today I mentioned it to the manager that they should probably tie them, she responded saying yes that happens we don't tie them, we usually tell people to tie them if they are going to be outside, I replied no one said that to me and I'm lost one before I even got them in the house, if I had been told, all the balloons would if been tied before I left the store. What aggravated me was, one they know about it, the manager didn't care, there was no apologies, there was no I'll let everyone know they should be telling customers that they aren't tied and that they should tie them not to loose them. Just very poor customer service. I know it's just balloons, but I'd hate to see a child loose their balloon because these people can't take the time to tie a knot. Doesn't take much effort. So next time I will be standing there tieing my 10-20 balloons before leaving the store. Make sure you do too 🤪

It's a dollar store so don't have high expectations but it was clean and they were polite. One of the water guns I bought was already broken and I didn't notice it in the store but was happy with other stuff. Can use debit or credit card so that's good too.

I needed wrapping tape, a couple boxes of Christmas cards, some tinfoil, 2 sympathy cards and a few odds and ends. Money's tights and they had good quality items for the dollar per item, that I needed :)

Never in my life have I ever seen a store so messy and disgusting. There is no leadership and just disorganized. Boxes everywhere floor dirty and items all over on the floor. Who is the manager of this place?Wow just disappointed all around.
