My wife and I have been considering purchasing another travel trailer. We are not sure exactly what we want or when we will make a purchase and we let Rocky, the salesman know that right up front. Owen greeted me soon after I walked in and catered to my needs. He and the entire team was knowledgeable about all products. They walked me through the process of buying my first RV.The benefits of buying from Camping World are rich. Good Sam membership, use of any Camping World across the country, discounts at participating campgrounds, on and on.My only concern was how many additional expenditures there would be for full use of the RV. Weight distribution hitch, hoses, adapters, etc. They helped accommodate this by including a $300 parts allowance in the sale.Overall, I highly recommend Camping World's team for making your RV dreams come true.

We were highly satisfied with our experience with Camping World while they were fixing our camper. Kristen was wonderful to work with. She kept us updated on the entire process with our insurance company making sure everything went smoothly. Dereck in the service department kept us informed while they were working on our camper. I recently purchased a van camper from Rocky from Hatfield, MA. It was an online purchase that required transport to my home in Delaware. They were very transparent about the price and the fees. Although there were some issues to overcome due to long distance transport and a repair due to manufacturing issues, Rocky and his team took full responsibility and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and delivery. I am very happy with the purchase and I appreciate Rocky and his team effort to provide excellent sales service.

Found a great deal on a travel trailer and the service was fantastic! I traveled over four hours to pick up my new camper but forgot some important parts for the weight distribution hitch… the Sales Manger and my Sales Rep got together and hooked me up with a new WDH…seriously! It was totally my fault and these guys made sure I left satisfied. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. We purchased a brand new trailer from Camping World with a trade-in that we owned. We were given a fair price for our old camper. I, like many had heard some negative reviews(as with everything in the world) and was hesitant at first. I will say, I kept an open mind and decided to see what they had to offer us. Our salesman, Kyle Davis, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He showed us a few units without ANY pressure whatsoever. He even left us to look into each unit we were deciding on so we could talk it through and gave us all the time we needed. We did not finance through them in the end, but they did provide us with a breakdown should we have decided to finance there. Never any pressure!!! I must stress that. As mentioned, we worked with an outside bank who worked well with Camping World and they provided our bank with each document or request and in a timely manner. Having purchased with an out of state bank and an out of state dealer our process was seamless. It literally could not have gone better. Kyle was superior in his knowledge of the "camping world". I also want to give a HUGE shout out to the gentleman who did our final walk through with us. His name was Jason (dog named Miller, lol). Jason, despite you and my husband talking all about camper mechanics and more, you really put my mind at ease with the switch from a small camper to a much larger one. You're a wealth of knowledge and kept the walk through fun yet important!!! You are awesome and we appreciate you! I want to mention Desirea who did some reviewing of our financial "closing" documents with us. Very cool person and easy to talk to. Money is scary yet important with such a large purchase, but she made us feel at ease through the whole process. Additionally, I need to thank the finance manager Jared Gale. Jared, we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us. The day was completely overwhelming but ya'll kept it fun and pressure free. I have told several friends about our experience and you should all be proud of the work that you do. It is my hope that each of your bosses see this review. Our family initially came in interested in a 5th wheel and travel RV.The front desk worker was very kind and attentive to our needs & questions.An employee by the name of Rocky (who kindly introduce himself) attended us.We explained our needs for both parties and making it very clear we are first time campers and also going residential, our needs and wants were shared etcThe feed back we received back was very discouraging. We were told campers are harder to purchase than a house and car. It was a bit humiliating & insulting.We were then offered to see a used RV all the way at the end of the lot. Once we were able to physically visualize what was offered we weren’t so happy about it. We asked about something bigger and better and was told it was 85,000. In other words, a kind way of saying and thinking me and my family cannot afford it. Nor were we worthy of being assisted to take a look at it.Instead we were walked to a very small pulley. Feeling offended even more to say “this would probably be more affordable for you guys”. 15,000 stated by the employee.We made it very firm on the long term residential situation me and my family are about to experience. After the visit here at this location we were very discouraged and felt totally racial profiled. Upon returning to the office I thanked him and headed out to Pete’s RV (which was our first option to begin with)And THANKFULLY CALEB met beyond expectations and treated me and my family with amazing customer service. We were offered many options to see and talk about. Very fun exciting experience at Pete’s RV. We were able to close a deal on a 2024 brand new Jayco 5th wheeler!However, me and my family are very happy and excited now for this new journey.

Rocky was great the day we showed up at what was supposed to be a RV showcase and felt like a normal Saturday. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us a couple travel trailers before we found the Coleman Rubicon and fell in Love. Within just a few days they had us approved and we were back to do paperwork so that we could pick up the camper that next weekend. Rocky was not there at time of pick up. Jess who did the paperwork with us was awesome!! And the day of pickup just felt like a cluster with a lot of wait time for DMV paperwork and whatever else they were doing. Over all the experience was good! Thank You Rocky and Jess for the experience and hooking us up with our very first RV.

Everyone at the Hatfield Camping World is helpful and friendly but Max stands out! He is always patient and kind even when faced with challenging customers! We have seen him keep his cool when being verbally harassed by impatient old coots who probably shouldn’t be behind the wheel of an RV! I got a coupon book from camping world and went shopping in Chichester,NH where I met Dian. He found the camper that I’ve’ been looking for’ in Hatfield,Ma. He then arranged for my husband and I to meet with Rocky the next day. Rocky was great! He showed us the camper in question and answered ALL our questions. He and Mike arranged for us to bring our old camper in two days later, which we did. While we were waiting to get our new camper, Dian texted to follow up (in case we had any questions). When the purchase was completed Rocky contacted us several times to make sure we were all set with insurance, registration (and stuff my husband handles) but the calls on his part was very much appreciated! Rocky and Mike be made the experience of spending that much money easy.. I should also mention Ron the technician, he did the walk through with us and was very thorough. Answered all our questions. In short. It was a very positive experience.

Would not recommend. Purchased a 2022 mallard m210rb, while signing the papers they brought up the slide motors had failed and would fix them under warrantee. I should have known better and backed out then. After a year of owning the camper the slide again will not move and the legs won't work just like before. When I went in to resolve the issue I was told they will not cover the motors under warrantee again when I tried to sell the camper back to them I was offered 18k under the purchase price without even looking at the camper. Over all displeased with camping world and there service hopefully this review will help others not make the same mistake.
