They're out of stock on just about EVERYTHING! Never mind sale items. As someone that lives here for life year round, I'm aware that even though we're in a "pandemic" and all the people from ALL these other states come here and parasite off our stores even though they SHOULD just stay in their own states while this is going on (one summer wouldn't kill them, I sacrificed my vacation out of consideration ), Shaws fails to keep up with the demands of products. We had a little over a month of in stock fully stocked shelves now we've gone right back to when this lock down began! Get with the program people!!

This is not STAR MARKET. Nice variety but it is now Shaw’s and the two signs are quite confusing. Excellent selection and nice cashiers.

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced on Cape Cod. It is one thing to not know what you are doing but don’t give me an attitude over it. The front end managers had such a bad attitude and demeanor on 12/09/22 I had to walk out. Tried shopping here again on 2/17/23 and what a mistake. Staff is downright hostile bordering on abusive. After being chastised for not knowing which phone number my Shaws card was attached to, the cashier didn’t want to scan my card, another staff member followed me to my car shouting bigoted names regarding my orientation at me. Never again!!! Stop and Shop is always friendly and pleasant.

Super nice store if you just wanna grab and go. Newly updated with a nice Starbucks. This is a great store for convenience I didn’t find many sales enough to feed my family but definitely a great market for convenience

Overpriced ... you need to use the coupons, but when you need something at the grocery store they usually have it. The cheese pizza they make fresh there is phenomenal and always a value at 8.95. Hard to beat.

Sometimes it can get busy but thats typical around here. They have a pretty good selection of products and have done a good job of keeping the shelves as full as possible.The staff was great, as alwaysEdit in April 2022. They still do well. It's still a challenge to keep all the stuff in stocks but they do a good job of it.

The Store is clean and looked well stocked. The carts are large with a wider upper shelf/basket. Nice for putting produce. Checkout pleasant and efficient. This is a large store and well laid out.Enjoy your visit.

I wish to express my gratitude to the kind & compassionate Shaws Harwich employee who for years has been helping my elderly mother in the parking lot. Not sure of his name - possibly Ryan? Without asking he assists her by delivering a shopping cart to her car door then keeps an eye out & returns her groceries to the car.Employee of the year award!!

Cape Cod grocery store, prices aren't the best but as good as any other supermarket on the Cape. Update 2024: Prices are definitely higher than of Cape and stocking and item availability is spotty.

Prices are "Reasonable" for mid cape grocery shopping. Most times the store is (not) over crowded. Plenty of parking and a great staff of employees... A pleasure to shop verses other large food markets in mid cape area... Clean Bathrooms a plus!Awesome deli & bakery sections.😎

Great place, amply lit, shelfs well stocked, clean, well enumerated. Staff pleasant, provides bagging if needed, or can bag your own groceries. Also have self checkout lanes if you want to talk to registers. Great assortments in Bakery, Produce, Meat, Dairy, Grocery, Deli/Fish counter.

Great store but way too pandemicky and way to many virtue signaling woke statements blasting out of the overhead p.a. speakers during '20 and '21. Im sure it was mostly corporate mandate and a spineless fear of cancel culture. Friendly staff. Very clean.

This supermarket is hardly ever crowded even in peak tourist season unlike the one in Yarmouth which gets stripped of everything you need when you need it. They are more relaxed here and very helpful given it isn’t overrun by shoppers.

I am an instacart shopper and I would like to express couple of things about Shaws in Harwich.I think most of the employees are nice except for 1. I don't usually do reviews like that but I'm tired of his attitude. He is not a friendly guy. He works at the dairy section. He is tall, thin and older. What really made me write this review today was the fact he was extremely rude to one of those kids that work with him. He doesn't know how to be a leader. He yelled at the kid so bad that I got embarrassed about it. It was awful.I think in general Stop e shop employees are better trained in helping customers and they are much more nicer to instacart shoppers. Remember, we are shopping for your customers. We are representing them and we are also customers as well.I also have to say that the guy who works at produce at shaws in Harwich,( think he is the manager) He is absolutely the best employee of the whole store. He does an excellent and he is always very helpful. Mike (dairy) he is excellent as well.

I love going to this Star Market. Everything I wanted was in stock. Everyone maintained their distance, for the most part. The cashier was cleaning her aisle and everyone politely waited. I don't mind driving the extra few minutes.

Big store, large selection, friendly cashiers, for the most part very few price accuracies if something is priced a certain amount then that's what it rings up as. Story has pretty much anything you can think of, and a lot of foods that you may not have thought of. Definitely a good place to shop for groceries!

Wasn't too busy. Everything was labeled clearly. Even all the sales! Clean store. Employees are masked. Very friendly. I'm visiting the Cape for the week so it was nice to find a Shaws here.

Very clean, well stocked, bit of a wait at check out, but it is summer and this is Cape Cod, every where ones goes in the summer is a bit of a wait. Friendly staff, nice bakery, a great place to get a birthday cake, they are always nice and fresh.

This Shaws is not our closest one, but seems less chaotic in the Summer and is our normal grocery store. Like my experience with most Shaws, the prices are not great, but the staff are. The "year rounders" are friendly and remember their regulars. They hire a lot of seasonal workers, often foreigners, and they never disappoint.

The management and a staff are all professional. During the covid-19. They are doing everything to protect there customers during your shopping trip. Available products ready to purchase. We were vacationing in Dennis Port and this was one of the nearest grocery stores. Really great selection and large produce deli area. Employees that I interacted with were pleasant, and they were open until 10:00 p.m.!

Great store on Harwich, MA off of rt28. Goodwin prices on a number of ítems. Found that this store has more availabe selections in store than any others nearby.

The HarwichPort store staff are outstanding. The front end manager is a professional and skillful in handling even cranky customers who struggle with the social distancing rules. Please support this hard working team, they deserve respect for doing a difficult job everyday. Another satisfied customer for sure.

Great grocery store. Super clean at all times. I would say the quality of the deli exceeds that of other supermarkets around it by far. Also the grab and go chicken sandwiches and pizza slices are 👌.

The BEST staff from the top down or the lowest up. Fast service, great prices, VERY, VERY, clean. The lot / cart person was most helpful. My wife and I are shoppers at the Orleans location. We also shop stop & shop. The Shaws/ Star market stores are a cut above , prices, people, stock on the shelf ETC! ETC,THANKS BOB
