Great selection of yarns in many different weights and colors for a small store! I popped in while our daughter was a Animal Adventures in Bolton as it's only a few minutes from there, and enjoyed looking at all of the pretty displays of finished pieces they have as inspiration.

Wonderful people. Great selection!Eileen spent a lot of time helping me find a pattern and yarn for a pair of mittens I wanted to knit. It was wonderful. Great selection. They even have items for spinners and weavers. If you're a spinner or knitter in the area, stop by.

I went here in February with my hubby. The store was quaint and the staff was extremely helpful. They had such a great selection of natural fiber yarns. They even had the exact yarn I wanted in the exact color I wanted. I ended up buying a decent amount of yarn. The wonderful lady respected my wishes and didn’t say the total price of my purchase out loud so my husband is still clueless!! Can’t wait to go back, and take a class on spinning and/or weaving!

Lovely store, very friendly staff. I only got into spinning a few months ago and I was so happy to find this gem of a shop. On the first floor they have lots of yarn, knitting/crochet supplies, jewelry, and some cute miscellaneous items. Upstairs they have studios for classes and their fiber art supplies: roving, dyed, carding combs, drop spindles, spinning wheels and felting tools.Love that they have locally sourced roving.100% reccomend!

The Fiber Loft is my most favorite place to shop for yarn and all knitting related things. They have an excellent selection of yarn and a super helpful staff. Suzanne especially is a wonderful manager and has helped me on several occasions, between ordering a hard to get product and trying knitting techniques for the first time. I'm a fairly new knitter but I always leave with a renewed sense of confidence.

Excellent selection of yarn with lots of local makers getting highlighted on the shelves! They do focus more on wool products however, which is sad for those who have allergies to animal fibers, but I still think most will find an abundance of yarn to purchase. I hope to be back next week and buy more yarn :)

My first visit today at The Fiber Loft, I felt immedately welcomed the moment I stepped in and was greated by the shop owner. There's a warm vibrant light that makes all the shades of yarn pop. You will find a wide selection of luxurious yarn as well as a generous display of colorful scarfs and shawls. I found the shop owner, Suzanne, very helpful in answering questions about yarn and patterns. I will return to the Fiber Shop again when I am in the area. I encourage anyone with a passion for knitting to visit The Fiber Shop. I have been visiting yarn shops in the Boston/Cambridge/ Rt2 West area for the past 6 years since I discovered the hidden benefits of knitting. In several shops, I found employees rude, selective of customers they help and exhibit preferential treatment towards those who attend class, pricing is off, and some are not interested in making your experience a good one. They really take the pleasure out of shopping for yarn and that's something I look for in a yarn shop. The Fiber Loft ranks the highest for me. I look forward to my next visit. As a former customer service representative in my former career I can spot those in the industry who take pride in presentation, support, and knowing how to make customers happy, Suzanne does it exceptionally well.

I live in Boston and recently discovered this store! I weave and I was interested in Spinning and when I found this store I was very excited to see that they offer classes. The ladies are very nice and very helpful too! they have a wide variety of yarn and fibers in a few different types. Their weaving supplies are definitely geared for the big weaving looms and not typical tapestry weaving BUT I still found good things for tapestry weaving. They have a lot of supplies for spinning from wheels to drop spindles and organic fibers to pre-dyed fibers!

Nice shop in an out of the way location. They have a vast collection of yarns, from hand-dyed locally to better commercial brands. They also stock materials for spinning, including fiber, weaving, and other fiber arts. I'm always able to find something I like there at the price point I'm looking for.

We went and got there at opening to pick up some weaving supplies, dyes and yarn. The trip started out pleasant enough, but after 5 minutes in the store, we were told we would have to hurry it up because people were waiting. OK, no problem. So a little flustered, but understanding, we tried to collect what we needed quickly. I had my husband run downstairs to ask the store keeper if they knew where we could find a piece of equipment so that we could get out of there quickly to accommodate other people. The store keeper's response was, "If you don't see it, we don't have it, and now there are 4 people waiting." We were able to locate a few things but ultimately left really demoralized. We literally were just asking for help so that we could accommodate others, but it felt that the shop keeper did not want us there at all.It is a cute shop with a lot of hard to find supplies, and I know everyone is stressed and feeling the strain of covid requirements, but the brusque, unhelpful and confrontational nature of this experience left us feeling really sad.

Loved loved loved this spot, did I mention I loved it. Seriously, what a really nice cozy spot centrally located in Harvard MA. Crafters start your engines and head on down to an almost cottage like setting full of just the right amount of beautiful yarns, spinning fibers, notions & more. Knitting class anyone?? I walked in on one and those ladies were hashing a ton of fun!!! Staff here is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Oops...don't forget to check out the upstairs...there are delicious goodies tucked in lots of nooks n' crannies.

Lots of great yarn, she'll order the colors you need if they aren't in stock. Had a hard time picking because it was all awesome

Stopped in to ask questions about looms for beginners and Suzanne was very helpful, including advice that might ultimately lead me elsewhere. Given my experience I know they'll stand behind whatever they sell. So, if they're selling it, I'll be buying from The Fiber Loft.

Not much to choose from. Very small variety... most of which is stuff I've never heard of. I got the feeling their stock is extremely old. Seemed old.
