Tasty ice cream shop with lots of flavors, good quality product and many textures.The portions are generous and the customer service is great. The death by chocolate was tasty and had a great texture. The pistachio flavor had roasted pistachios.Overall a great place to get a great quality Ice cream. Wer will be coming back

Got a delicious root beer float from here. Staff was super friendly. I like how they are dog friendly as well, and they even have pupcups! Took my dogs over after their vet vet visit.

Very good ice cream. Owners are nice and they have done a good job of improving upon their business while keeping a similar aesthetic to what many have been used to for years.Only complaint I’ve had: I like ice cream sodas (I don’t think they are even on the menu to be fair), so I’ll occasionally ask if the staff knows how to make them. They usually say yes, but they really don’t know how to make them . They should probably be trained how to, or told to just say no and suggest something else. I’ve gotten some pretty interesting concoctions. One of the girls told me she absolutely knew how to make it when I ordered a chocolate ice cream soda with banana ice cream. I got soda water and cream/milk with cut up banana chunks (the fruit) floating in it. I’m not mad though, considering it isn’t really on the menu and the staff is young. Everything else I’ve gotten there was great though.

Great spot on the south shore for a large selection of ice cream! They have really updated the property to make it more welcoming and added some great items to the menu, including soft serve ice cream. Definitely a place to check out

Went tonight and even though there was a long line the staff got through it fast and was super friendly at the window! The seasonal coconut ice cream is amazing and is a must try! Heidis is the best ice cream shop around in my books!

Ice cream is super good! But poor staff ordered a large but barely got any ice cream! A medium was bigger than it. Ordered three cones and got none, the staff stand around talking while two people make the ice cream. It wasn’t busy it was practically dead.. Also takes super long just for an ice cream!!

Great place to get an icecream! I’ve been coming since I was a kid and since the new owners took over it’s gotten even better! They take cards now and the outside seating areas are so clean and look amazing! And there are more places to sit! Also, great idea to put stairs in the hill going up to the window too. No more slipping down the rocks! The staff is so friendly and the icecream itself is the best!

Nice enough staff. Cool decor. I had the soft serve, though, and it was OK at best. My girl had the regular ice cream, and she rather liked hers, so, I'd say check it out, but maybe pass on the soft serve.

Heidi's Hollow has always been ourGo-to place for ice cream.Now under new mgmt.They have changed a few things and it looks great.Last 2 times we stopped in the owner came out & said Hello.Very nice ladies!The staff is super friendly and polite.Not sure if they changed companies but the ice cream tastes better than I can remember?Hope they will be open year round.

Our first time here and we all got soft serve with chocolate jimmies. The ice cream was delicious, creamy and thick. The girls that took care of us were very pleasant. We did not care for the jimmies they were tiny and had a waxy taste to them. Not the usual jimmies at an ice cream shop. We will be back, but will not be getting the jimmies in the future.

The ice cream is delicious, and Pa's chocolate chip cookies are amazing! We are always greeted with a smile and excellent, friendly service, and all the antiques give this place a quaint and cozy charm. It's a great family owned ice cream shop with very reasonable prices, especially for the quality!

This place is great, and they have a lot of regulars. I often stop by when in the neighborhood. It has a lot of antiques you can look at inside and out. There is seating inside and out as well. Always a pleasant staff, a lot of ice cream and frozen yogurt options. Of note, no credit cards are accepted. Cash or check only. On a fun note though, jimmies are a FREE topping! Lastly, their ice cream is great to eat immediately, but you can take home a generous pint as well. If you are an ice cream lover, than this is a great stop for you.

This place is so good! It's a little hidden gem with so many options. It's small but there is seating and the place always has a line because everything is so good so worth it. It's hard to find banana ice cream but they have it and I noticed alot of flavors you don't always see. They have frozen yogurt plus low sugar options and sherbet. Definitely my favorite place to get icecream/milkshakes!

They have a huge selection of ice cream and an accommodating staff. Excellent "out of time" atmosphere! There isn't much room inside so make sure you plan accordingly when you make a visit during busy hours, but it sure is worth the wait!

The new owners have put a lot of money into landscaping and improving the outside of this establishment. Many new places to relax while enjoying your icecream. Highly recommend you stop by and check it out.

They have a flavor I have never seen before anywhere except for B&J pints. If you love Milk N Cookies you can get Tollhouse cookie and Oreo and you will be in heaven! So good!

Super list of ice cream flavors...was told by server all their ice cream is churned at Richardson Dairy Farm in Middleton Massachusetts. Love the Peppermint Stick Ice Cream and Purple Cow Fro-Yo...Snickers and Coffee Heath are great too.
