Welcoming, friendly atmosphere with extremely helpful staff who greets me by name. The manager even inquires about my dog by name! Excellent selection from yard, farm, and pet supplies even outdoor rugged, clothing, and gifts for the home which are well-organized, easy to find, and properly labeled. The store is also very clean with ample room to get about with the cart.There is also always something new to look at when I walk into the store. They keep it really fresh and interesting.It's fun to shop here. Even the other customers are friendly, and I've struck up a number of conversations with them. It's the most efficient, stress-free shopping experience of any store that I know of, and I am someone who typically shops online with delivery, but the management makes it such a pleasure to shop here. Staff members offer to carry heavy items to my car, and they always have what I want. TSC in Hanover, MA combines an old-fashioned, hometown feel with state of the art technology, and top merchandise at the best prices.

Superb customer service always greeted at the door kris the assistant manager and Tracy the cashier are always working so hard they have both went above and beyond on numerous occasions there extremely helpful the dog and cat sections are always extremely clean and well organized if I can’t find something Tracy is always there to help me. She has made my day countless times she’s extremely knowledgeable She’s always smiling and she goes above and beyond every time I’m in The Hanover store

Staff was great. I am giving 2 stars since we stopped for ice melt after confirming on their website that the store had 148 bags in stock. The staff searched high and low and were very kind but finally determined that there was none even though their inventory software showed it being there. Very inconvenient since they don't offer shipping on this product.

My friend went in there to get a vaccine for his kitten shady and one of the vets kicked him out and said that his cat wasn't real so his kitten never got the vaccine he needed so whoever that vat was I would the owner or Manger to have a long talk with he or she and my friend gets at least 20 percent off for shadys vaccine thank you

I go here to buy feed and Seed for all of our animals, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, Ducks, and horses. I can't get them to keep hay in stock or I probably buy more then I do already. Decent selection of repair parts and no services but pretty much somebody in the store knows how to fix whatever you're looking at. Good place to go for reasonably priced food and materials

Great store to purchase lawn and garden equipment, fertilizer, pet supplies and rugged work clothes. The prices are good, the store is convenient and easily spotted from the road. Recently made a purchase on line and had it shipped to my local store, great experience, I would do it again.

Tractor Supply Hanover Ma is a Awesome Store! I visit this store very frequently and every time I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is! From the Manager all the way down to cashiers... I’ve never stopped in and not been greeted or ask if I needed any assistance! Prices are pretty good also!!

Great place to buy chicken and chicken food. Great customer services from Raymie she is very knowledgeable with chickens and other animals.I It is great having some one educated and know what they are talking about. She answer all my questions and also gave great advise based on her experience. She is kind and respectfull and most important you can tell she loves helping people. Raymie is a big asset to this company thank you and keep up the Good work.!!!😀

Recently I purchase dog food and my dog was very allergic to it I called the store the gentleman said bring it back you can get another product. I said no I'm all set I have to go to the place where she's not allergic to the food.I explained I use my debit card and he said well you can get cash back go and explain it to the young lady at the register she was no you will have to put it back on your debit card really

This place can suck up your paycheck quick if you a true DIY girl/guy. Have items for yard, animals, house hold repair. It is a much cheaper and much nicer ACE type store with very helpful employees.

Went there for the first time with my friend. He wanted to buy some new jeans. I bought a pair of new jeans myself. While there I noticed that they had a lot different things there. The staff there was very polite and friendly.

Best store for your gardening needs. I always get my pet food from here and I also got my chicken coop and hen too! Employees are wonderful and the vet pops by during events to provide very cheap shots, microchips and dewormers for your dogs/cats!

I go here mostly for the candy and soda, but they have an interesting selection of Southern cooking books and magazines, and some unique tools and toys.I heard it's okay to walk around here shirtless, as long as you don't pinch anyone's ass.

A little different than your Home Depots and Lowe's however, their offerings rival and can beat the boys. Why four stars? Things that it was country music up the Union. I can't say I'm a big fan of country music, I'm up for Skynyrd though.
