Took our Australian Shepherd pup to get a bath and cut not happy with the service the 1st time. The last two time we took him never had a problem with them. He always got the spa treatment this time they didn’t give him the spa treatment they put him in a cage and remind you we didn’t say it was ok to put him in the cage well of cause he freaked out because our pup never was cage. I will not be going back to them again and the hair cut was the hair cut he got the last two times that he was seen there.

We love the Hanover petsmart! We bring all our pets there! The staff is amazing and always make us feel welcome
