The team is over the top amazing and so knowledgeable and really make you feel like family. I absolutely adore everyone and the quality everyone delivers. I will 1000 times over forever recommend Dr. Peck and her team to anyone that is in need of a veterinarian. I have had nothing but great experiences with Hampden Vet Clinic, even for the sad fated final goodbye of a good boy to a routine check up loaded with knowledge and informative discussions on the process. I cannot extend my gratitude enough for everything this immaculate team has provided my family with and hope to be able to refer future clients to support this blessing. I have always had good experiences here (even some of the bad experiences were made positive by staff 🌈 👼). I have been taking my dogs here since 2020, and I have found follow up and care provided to be exceptional and thorough. They always accommodate me If I need to bring a fur child in urgently and it is so convenient they are only 5 minutes down the road from me. Highly recommend!

From the mundane check-in, to rashes and scrapes, to cancer, each of our dogs has been treated with kindness and care-- and we have gotten good information and guidance from the MOST caring staff and veterinarians. I love Dr. Peck at the Hampden Vet Clinic!She always treats me with respect and takes the time to answer questions and listen to me. She has been spot on with my cats diagnosis. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with Bella from start to finish. I noticed our first time there how people were smiling and chatting and it had such a friendly atmosphere! They made Bella’s first trip there amazing and mine! They were efficient and made sure to check all the vet boxes before we left. Such a great vet and staff in our experience thus far. Dr Peck is one of the best vets I’ve ever met and is very caring in her treatment of my animals. The entire staff does a fantastic explaining the situation and treatment paths to go forward and they are very compassionate and caring.

On June 9th 2023 I had to bring my boy, 13 year old Shih Tzu named Raju in at the last minute. He had been sick overnight. I was a mess but my phone call, my visit and the kindness I received from the team was incredible. I would like to thank Dr. Brown and Dr Hebert and their assistant and also the ladies at the front desk for everything they did for us that day. It has taken me a week to write this review. My Raju passed away that night. May God Bless you all for everything you do daily for our pets. ❤

Drs. Peck and Brown along with all of the staff take exceptional care of Clancy (and her mom). Whenever I have called with a concern about Clancy, the staff always listens attentively and addresses my concerns. They either provide advice, give reassurance or Clancy is scheduled for an appointment. Everyone is wonderful and I would not think of going anywhere else!!! Thank you for all that you do from the bottom of my heart on behalf of Clancy (and her mom).

I have been coming to HVC since Dr Hersman Owned the vet. I love Penny Peck and now her wide staff, They are quick, thorough, and have very good bedside manner. Everyone from the front desk girls to the techs and md's. They are supportive and always have a plan in place for my cats if they are sick. I trust them and will keep going there. My 4 cats can't comment, they hate the car and the crate. lol, however, they appreciate a loving touch! thanx for the wonderful care!

Horrible experience. I paid $30 for a pill for my dog because they refused to take me without it. Arrived at 4:15 for a 4:30 appointment. At 5:25 I left because NO ONE CAME IN TO SEE US. Ridiculous I essentially wasted $30 and over an hour of my time. Unbelievable no one could even be bothered to come in and tell us why or that we needed to wait. Do not recommend, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Pass
