We have had the pleasure of working with Graduate for a while now and have NEVER had a poor experience. On the contrary, we were just noting how actually wonderful they are. I didn't know service could be like this anymore. Today Matt knocked politely at the door and explained what he was planning to do around the house today. He listened to my concerns and validated them. The best was how he interacted with my toddlers through the windows as they chased him around. He engaged with them, admired the toys they showed him, and explained what he was doing in terms they could understand. They were sad to see him go. Absolutely fantastic business. Please hire them!

We are relatively new to Graduate, however we chose them because of wonderful recommendations from friends. They have been very professional and super responsive to all of our needs. Yesterday we discovered a giant wasps nest and called and they responded quickly came out and treated and removed not one but two nests. We totally enjoy sitting outside now without being bombarded by mosquitoes and bugs, and our dog has not had another tuck since they have been coming. I highly recommend them if you are in need of services.

We have a maintenance program with them to come out and treat four times a year. I never have an annual ant problem any more. They brush away spiders and webs from the house too. They are always super friendly and attentive to concerns. They educate with tips and info via email as well regarding seasonal pest problems. Glen was very quick to respond to my calls and sent someone out to my house immediately to survey the problem I was having with termites. They’ve been out to my house several times to help me contain them. Come Spring the traps will be installed outside around my foundation and Graduate Service’s will continue to monitor them through the year.
