This groomer, right in downtown Hampden, is a great group of groomers! My little dog just gets her nails clipped once a month. I have seen some beautiful animals leaving there! They are wonderful with the animals and with the humans as well. I highly recommend this groomer

The girls that work here are wonderful and do a great job! What's more, they genuinely care for your pet. I was going to Petco, and decided to give a local business that's way more convenient a try. They not only did a better job, it also cost considerably less. I'm sold and will be making all my dog, Maya's grooming appointments here from now on.

Great place, Diana is the best, she always goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable in various techniques in dealing with older dogs, she is the absolute best! However, and here I won't mention name's but there is a person working there that cost me thousands because she didn't bother to listen to us regarding getting water in our dogs ears, she didn't bother to not put water near her ears or even stuff them with cotton nor use a drying powder post washing, this caused our beloved and very healthy girl to develop a nasty ear infection, causing her to lose her hearing and eyesight, thousand's of dollars later and she's still deaf and blind. This is unexcusable! I pray karma plays a part in this! Our mistake was scheduling when Diana wasn't there, we will never make that mistake again! Diana gets 5 stars, Courtney, no stars!

Good Morning to ALL Pet Owners!!! I was dropping off my Grand-Doggy at Courtney’s Pawfessional Grooming in Hampden, MA. this morning for the very first time. Well, I was shocked when Emma (Our Cavalier/Poodle) jumped out of my SUV and practically dragged me into Courtney’s Pawfessional Grooming. I was not expecting her to be so Happy and Anxious to get into the Groomers. I have to admit it definitely took me by surprise. Then I walked in and was quickly greeted which was beautiful. I was early because I wanted to see the process. I again was extremely surprised as to the loving care all Associates were giving to their dogs they were grooming. This was different then the places I took my dog Asia to when she was alive. My daughter found this Gem of a Groomers and I have to tell ALL Animal Lovers ❤️ that Courtney, Mary, Angelina, Diana, Lauren, Bella and Jennifer at Courtney’s Pawfessional Grooming in Hampden, MA is the place to take your pet for all their grooming needs. Emma, our puppy gave her Seal of Approval 🐾 to me this morning. She’s very fussy who she goes to and when she jumped into Courtney’s arms when I was about to hand her over I felt that I had “no worries “ because she was in good hands.P.S. To all the Groomers; Courtney, Mary, Angelina, Diana, Lauren, Bella and Jennifer, that I was blessed to witness this morning, I just want to send a Big Heart Felt Thank you for all the love you are showing to these most precious animals. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️ Thank goodness for AWESOME loving Groomers as yourselves.

Great service!!! In trying to get a friends severely matted elderly cat an appointment, i talked to one of the owners several times each day. She even went to a different shop location just to check the schedule book. She went out of her way to give me a Sunday slot. Unfortunately it was impossible to get the cat owner to actually make the appointment however the professionalism and accommodation of this shop and its owners has been fantastic. 5+stars.

Best dog grooming in the area! My toy Poodle is 15 and just about blind and a pain in the rear to groom and they do a great job with him! I drive 45 min just to get there and it's worth it.

I brought my dog Charlie for a grooming appointment on September 30th, they did a descent job but they never put his Soresto collar back on him. I realized that half a mile away so I went back and called. No one was there just a few minutes after I left. I called that night and left a message for someone to call me in the morning. They did promptly and the owner assured me she would send it out ASAP. After 10 days I called back and left another message she called me back and gave excuses for not sending it out. I don’t want to hear it.Finally I get the collar this week 5 weeks later and not even a note. The collar cost $70 and a month was wasted waiting.Very poor customer service.

We brought our dog which is a Keeshond to get a trim and “fancy pants” since their hair is kept long and beautiful, and they completely shaved her. She looked like a sheep and I didn’t even recognize my dog when I walked in! Not only was she shaved, which was not what we asked for, it was a terrible chop job that I could have done better myself if that’s what I wanted. For $75 it was a rip off, especially since getting her cut the correct way has cost us $35 on average for the 14 years we have had this dog. If you ask me they got lazy and instead of brushing her out first they decided they would just shave everything. On a side note, they were also fairly snappy with us...

Originally my wife and I had great expierences at Diana’s (for reference we have taken our three dogs there for about two years). Two of our dogs are large breeds, (90-105 lbs) with a third 40lb beagle. Mid way through 2018 we brought in our Golden Pyrenees for a “trim”, and she came back with all of her hair so short it didn’t pass the height of my fingers (we measured and her coat was just below a half inch long). Fortunately it was summer so there was time for her coat to regrow before winter. This last time (March 2019) we brought all three in for nails and a bath, and our Shepherd came back with a severely short nail, and an entirely bloody paw (I don’t mean to exaggerate this, her paw was legitimately soaked in blood, but most experienced dog owners know that cut nails bleed a lot, and generally isn’t even a moderate risk to the pooch). BUT, for $60 per dog, I’d prefer not to have possible trauma to our canine, bloody floors, and the follow on risk of infection. Hopefully these events were isolated.
