A friend and I visited this fine establishment, on a quest to find some new slippers. After walking some aisles for a bit,sometimes getting momentarily distracted by the wide array of items we came across some. After checking some prices and feeling the different slippers,he had come upon the perfect pair. Satisfied we ventured to the checkout line where we had no issues,just smooth sailing. Hoping to be able to visit again soon.

I went to this store in Hadley this morning. I only had one item and no registers were open? I went to a self scan register and scanned my one item. The register rejected my debit card. I took it out and did it again. Again, it rejected my card. I turned to your self scan associate who could not have been more disinterested in what I was saying. She looked at me and said - what's the problem? Really. I ended up clearing the self scan and this time it took my card. I grabbed the receipt when it came out and walked out in disgust. Is this really what companies are looking for? I'm old enough to remember companies hired good associates with good customer service. I'm old enough to remember when companies trained and monitored their associates and even counseled them when they didn't do the job the company wanted them to do. I guess it's just memories.

Not enough workers waited to obtain my purchase with the gift card I paid for. Waited over 30 minutes and three different cashier not knowing how complete my transaction. Alyssa was the name of the cashier

Gotta love the self serve here. They shut your register off so they can come over and peek at your items. If you think someone is taking your stuff, go ask them. Don't turn off the register and then turn your back when asked for help.Also note that the prices at this Walmart are noticeably higher than other Walmarts in the area.

The last 2 times that I went to the Hadley, MA. store there were no cashiers working, only self check out available. I wouldn't mind if I had a few items, but I had full carriages both times. Every other Walmart that I have been to, have cashiers working. If they don't have enough help, they should put a sign at the entrance stating that it's only self check out!

I find that the Hadley store is very organized very clean the employees from management to bagging stuff are very down to earth pleasant and helpful the shows are start the very well each time I go every time I have a curbside pickup my order is always ready before I arrived and when I arrive is outside waiting for me so this is my favorite Walmart store in Massachusetts

Careful and plan better on what time you go cuz it's crazy town time of year! Remember no one has manners and it gets scary to go at busy parts of the day. If you have to go try to go early morning or during time of day right before people get out from work and stop to shop on way home.

It's a smaller store. There's no produce department. The grocery section is somewhat limited, altho you can get pretty much all of the basics. The store was fairly tidy and the staff I dealt with were friendly. Overall a good store. UPDATE: The store continues to be a nice market. Clean aisles, friendly staff, and everything I need is in stock. Loads of parking.

The parking lot being torn up and making the way out look like Boston at rush hour was the best part of the trip today.The store itself is poorly lit, dirty, and has lots of unstocked shelves mixed with pallets of unstocked merchandise clogging the isles. This was early afternoon, so it is that much less excusable.Now the worst part, the employees. I was waiting at the register in Electronics to check out. Two employees wholly ignored this while having a discussion about a coworkers sex life. When an employee finally bothered to come over they immediately let someone cut me in line. I attempted to point this out and was first ignored and then I sulted by an employee with multiple face tattoos.This place does not deserve your business.

I know Walmart gets a lot of hate, and I still think they as a company deserve to be held accountable for how they treat employees and skirt regulations, but I just wanted to single out this location and make sure the employees know we appreciate how much they do to make shopping there a good experience! I use a motorized cart in-store, and they’re always fully charged right by the check-out. Multiple people have gone out of their way, every time we shop there, to ensure we find what we need. And the pharmacy! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful, we have taken my daughter there for a few vaccinations over the years and they’ve been patient, gentle, and kind with her.

It’s the cleanest Walmart around this part of South Carolina. It’s organized neatly. The ladies clothing department is very well done. And produce department is beautiful. And everyone at work there seems to be really nice and friendly

I really hate Walmart. I only go in severe desperation. 200% done with long lines and no cashiers. I refuse to work for them cashing myself out. Not happening. When the lines have 30 people plus in them get the managers out of their offices to open lanes. If I walk in and see more than 10 people in line I leave and go to Target.

Never thought I'd leave a Walmart review... but my partner managed to drop a leather wallet with nothing but cash in it. I told him to not bother going to customer service, it was good as gone. Whelp, thank you to the kind soul that turned it in to the customer service desk! And the employee asked for as many details about the leather wallet to ensure it went to the right person since his ID wasn't in it! Thank you to the staff and the person that turned it in!!
