The receptionist was very rude and extremely unprofessional in answering questions regarding how I’d go about signing my dog up for daycare. Couldn’t give me straight answers and kept coughing into the phone.

Great place for dogs! We left our for 10 days. Every day we received pictures from walks. Also watched for pup through webcam. Today we took away healthy and happy dog :)

My girls get super excited when we get to the parking lot and always come home healthy and happy. From the notes, I can tell the staff know my dogs' real personalities; I know the staff is putting in the work.PS: I read some reviews where people seemed confused about how much time their pets spend in a cage. Boarding (e.g. caged for some %) is offered as a different service than doggy daycare, I believe that you effectively have to pay for both for your pet to receive playtime, make sure you ask about boarding costs as well as daycare cost.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I am a long time client of valley vet and everyone there has been great. Valley inn for pets on the other hand is not somewhere I would recommend. Recently did some boarding and daycare for my dog and a big selling point for me was the ability to check in via camera feed. My wife and I diligently checked the camera feed and for the most part she was barely taken out of her isolated room. When I think of doggy daycare I think of socializing and play. This is more so a kennel to keep your dog safe but they will get close to no actual time outside their kennels. Also the staff was not very friendly or accommodating and it didn't seem like they really gave her much attention. Will not being using this service again.

What once was a great place, is now horrible. We'll never return after 15+ years. We dropped off our healthy dog for a long weekend while we went to visit a dying relative. When we got her home, our dog was very, very ill (which was the first we became aware . . . they couldn't even lift a phone to call us). This resulted in even further expenses to take her to her vet. I have noticed a major attitude change in the past couple of visits to the Valley Inn for Pets. I asked the person at the front desk to put a blanket or two in her bed. Well they brought the blanket in and left it on the floor, not the bed, so that was worthless. They no longer act in a caring way. The staff just does not display a genuine concern for our pets, and all conversations are scripted. Think twice before you bring your beloved canine family members to this place.In response to your comment, thank you, and yes, I have found an excellent vet as well as a boarding and grooming facility that is excellent.

My two large dogs, Duke and Dorothy were wonderfully taken care of in their 6 day stay at the Valley Inn. I called to check on them and was given a nice detailed report on their current activity, the staff are wonderful, and I would highly recommend the Valley Inn.

Called to set up a daycare time. First they said they had room for my dog. Then they said my dog would not have playtime, because they were full. When I questioned if they really had room for my dog to stay and play with other dogs they said no. I did not want to have my dog stay in a crate all day. It was very confusing as to whether or not they had room. When I asked again about the details to try to understand what my dogs day would be like, they said we have no room. I won't be recommending them. I am not sure what they do with the dogs or how they manage the daycare.

Staff are great and always welcoming, my dog is so excited Everytime she "gets" to visit. Even our cat loves this place! We get full reports and even get text messages to watch our dog go out and play (which she seems to spend most if her time "helping" the people watch the other dogs). Our dog is such a nerd.... Truly loves coming here & even loves her vet visits. They're doing something right!

When we moved to the area, we decided on sending our dog to a doggie daycare once a week or more. We went to a few different places and landed on Valley Inn for Pets. 3-4 years later, we are still happily taking our dog there. All of the staff are really welcoming and kind. Our dog is really high energy but they really do a great job of being able to work with any kind of dog. I feel safe leaving my dog here for daycare or boarding because I know the staff will take good care of my boy and alert me if anything goes wrong. If you board your dog, you will get a report card when you pick them up which is a very nice touch. They have kennel cams that allow you to access live feed which is reassuring when you are miles away! I will continue to bring my dog here as long as we are in the area. Thank you, Valley Inn for Pets for ALL you do -- it does not go unnoticed!

My first time taking my senior cat to board and I was extremely nervous. Dropping Dragon off I went through the motions and didn’t over think. I didn’t want to be “that” annoying cat parent. I made a rookie mistake and didn’t pack enough food. They called right away to let me know but they had already stepped into action and I didn’t have to worry. Fast forward I’m home now and Dragon is at ease. Thank you Valley Inn staff for watching over Dragon. Y’all did an amazing job.

Very clean with caring, helpful staff. I felt very comfortable leaving my cat there, especially since he has a pacemaker, and needs to take meds daily. Upon picking him up, I was given a "report card" on him. Lucky for him that the report card was positive, and I didn't have to "ground him" for a week.

I would like to thank Valley Inn for their kindness and understanding. I called the Valley Inn at the last minute to see if they could take my dog for daycare. The staff were wonderful to me and my dog. They understood my dog's needs when they realized during the day that she suffers from anxiety and didn't like to be kenneled. They gave me a full report of her day when I came back to pick her up. The first day of daycare is free and I desperately wanted to pay them anyways but they wouldn't take my money. I will be returning here very soon and can't thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality.

Amazing doggie daycare! Our Samoyed Hamilton stayed with Valley Inn For Pets for the first time today, and he had a blast. The staff was so accommodating and kind from the moment we booked our stay two weeks ago to this afternoon when we dropped and picked him up. The atmosphere was welcoming and it was evident that all the pets were loved and well taken care of. Nice professional dog boarding! I’ve taken my 1 year old Leila 3 times and she comes home so happy. They definitely care for the animals. Also their rates are not bad! Definitely recommend this place.

Not worth the money. The facilities are small and noisy and they charge "by the calendar day" for boarding, effectively meaning they charge you double for the first night. They were not clear about this when we called to make a reservation. Valley Vet next door is still the best around for medical care, but there are other, better, more affordable places for boarding in the area and I will try one of them next.

The 'daycare' is dogs in cages with the exception of a couple of short periods in the outside pen. Made an appointment but left with my dog when I found that out. I want my dog to be able to socialize with other dogs not spend the majority of his time in a cage.

Always great on both the boarding and the vet side. We have been using them for the past 6 years for our two Bichons and we've never had one issue. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Great place for your pet to stay, very caring staff. Even have report cards at the end of every stay, with a report of how things went. On-site veterinary practice gives good confidence things will go well.

As a shift supervisor here my review might be biased, but I can say that I love my job and am proud of the work we do here! From playtimes to cuddles and feeding we do our best to care for each pet staying here with compassion and professionalism. Was the best day care for a year until I decided to switch to the vet side. Was treated awful by the staff behind the desk . When i had explained i was treated rudley I was sent a letter next day saying I was not allowed to return. I called 2 x's to follow up with the hospital administrator and would not respond to my emails or calls . All it takes is one bad interaction with Jodi and apparently your asked not to return ? Dr Spiegal is cold and no personal skills. Love the day care ! Such a shame that this happened to me and my dog who sadley missed his friends !

I just watched the livecam video feeds that they offer. Happy to see our Dotoroo being well cared for and enjoys her play time. I worked here for a short period... the staff kicks the dogs, they don’t have proper behavior training and let dogs play together that should not be playing together... the staff yanks the collars and yells at the dogs most of their stay and just are very negative. I would not recommend boarding here.

Best pet hotel. They genuinely love my dog and everyone is very nice. They even have the dogs do outside time which other dog hotels in the area don't have an outside area for the dogs.
