Great neighborhood hardware store for a variety of home needs. From paint, to keys, and even Christmas trees, this is a great spot to shop if you want to avoid the larger chains with more crowds.Even though Ace is a chain too, this location feels like a local mom and pop shop, where the workers are friendly, helpful, and you can get in and out easily. I enjoy the smaller store feel with more personalized service.

This hardware store has almost everything the big box stores has, and usually at the same price. I like coming here for the customer service, there is always an employee eager to help you, and that's something you can't always find.

I was disappointed with some bird seed that I bought when I found gravel mixed in it. My neighbor bought some too and I looked in his feeder and found the same gravel in his. He was surprised when I showed it too him. Won't be buying any more seed there.

I enjoyed shopping in this particular Ace. Not only was everything well organized, but when I asked an associate for assistance, he told me where to look and stopped what he was working on to guide me to the exact area in the store where the item is located. I was very impressed with him. The cashier, however, was nice enough, but seems to need better training. I will return when I need any other merchandise.

Of all the Rocky's Ace stores, this is the worst. I've been to most of them in the area, and none have an issue with stock not being in the right spaces or stock not being priced or mispriced, but it seems that every time I shop here it gets worse. My last visit, the item I was looking for had two separate hooks and I verified each sticker had the same stock number on it, yet each hook had a different price. I gave three stars because the interaction with staff on the floor is great. Everyone is always nice and the usually get great service in paint, but upper management needs to take control of their inventory. How are you supposed to be expanding when there is a mistake or missing stock in every single aisle that you currently have?

Rockys ace is the very best especially because they have the screws nuts and bolts and fasteners library. Those drawers have every specialty screws clips and springs and hardware found in no other place but rockys. Long live this place 🙏 ❤️ 💛 ✨️ 💙 💕 🙏

Way better fastener offerings than the big box. Stainless and chrome fasteners as well as chain king links and other hard to find stock

I'm a painter by trade and they have the products and small tools that I need for painting and patching sheetrock, etc. They are friendly and much more helpful than at the big box stores.

Always knowledgeable helpful staff. If you looking for a better name product, Rocky's is the place to go. Uninterrupted help it what you will receive here, very rare you will wait more than 5 minutes for someone to help you.

Wednesday my wife and I went to Rocky's to get rubber chair leg covers. Had a great associate. Unfortunately we need more than they had. So the associate went to see if he should order it on line for us but saw they were coming in on a shipment on Friday and will be in around noon and an associate would be able to get to it by 5.Today is Friday and my wife went by at 5. Unfortunately the associates on today are not very good. She was told she should have had a rain check (wasn't on sale) or some way to flag it so she could get it. They are very busy and she should check back on Saturday and Sunday because they don't have time to help her.What grade would you give this store. One star seems very generous right now. I came here to pick up a belt sander. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was not a big line to wait in to cash out. The parking lot was big with handicap accessible entrance and handicap parking as well. This store is located in South Hadley mass. They sell all kinds of different stuff here from tools to garden stuff.

Straight up Ace Hardware, employees humor me my laughing at my obnoxious/ irrelevant attempts at humor. They always make an effort to assist, NEVER patronizing or condescending if I do things like call a screwdriver a "twisty stick" or a pack of HVAC filters "Astronaut Diapers", or even a can of paint thinner "a wild Saturday night". Plus they are ESP linked to every Ace Hardware in the Galaxy, so if I buy a Class IV hitch receiver in Intercourse, PA, is I don't realize I need a Class II hitch receiver until I'm in Scappoose, OR, they'll be able to call it up in their magic desk TVs and realize I'm not a liar. Ace is the place for your Nationwide place.

Rocky's is a throwback to the good ol' days. I mean that in a good way. It's small but can still compete with the likes of Home Depot and Lowes. Employees are courteous and helpful, prices are reasonable and they stock things you actually need. Kudos!

Good place to get all kinds of random hardware stuff. I was quite pleased with their great selection of nuts and bolts. Had just what I needed. The staff is super friendly and cool too.

The location is convenient. Staff are incredibly friendly and anyways helpful. This is a small hardware store and while they may not have everything the larger stores have they do have everything I've needed for small to medium sized jobs.

Went in to buy a bolt and wing nut for a project and was yelled at by the Man with dark hair across the room, embarrassing me and frightening the cashier. From now on we go to Home Depot

Love the ACE hardware stores. Rocky"s is a great ACE chain. I try to avoid the big box stores whenever I can. The big box stores never offer the service and assistance that you will receive at Rocky's.

The customer service here is always amazing they will help you find whatever you are looking for are extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store have a great paint selection if you need help putting anything into the vehicle they will help you without hesitation and I honest about the products I would recommend this hardware store to anyone for its location can't go wrong
