I took my Labrador mix, Hershey to get groomed at the PetSmart in Hadley two days ago. They did an exceptional job, l don’t believe that he has ever looked so handsome and happy! I will never bring either of my dogs anywhere else for grooming. Thank you Petsmart at Hadley!

Very friendly and helpful people working in the grooming department! I brought my dog in for a nail cut and buff. They're genuine and care about your animal, ask about any potential concerns or issues there might be, and make sure everyone has a good experience! The store has a great selection of all things animal related! 🐶👍 of course yummy treats and toys for good girls! 😁🐶❤️

I needed a new groomer as i had moved to far away to stay with the person I previously used. My friend suggested Nancy at PetSmart in Hadley. She was amazing!!! Max has never looked so good or been so calm after grooming. I wish there were 10 stars. Thank you Nancy.

They have a trainer named Ashley who is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable with positive training and has years of experience. We’ve done pricier classes with more expensive trainers but come back to her because she’s just excellent. She’s so helpful with my pup’s obedience behavior and even trick training.

My boyfriend and I brought our dogs there last week, only to walk in and to find that the groomer was screaming at one of our dogs as she yelped in pain because he had her front paw up past her back well beyond her range of motion. If I didn’t shout to stop and let her go… he would have broken her leg.He looked up and laughed saying “oh is this your dog” she was visibly shaken and in pain.We left immediately- the fee was waved for the hack job they did, but more than that- the physical pain and trauma they did to my dog.We contacted the veterinarian who stated she was very fortunate I walked in and they monitored her for damage.She was sore and had a limp for 2 days following our trip for a simple nail trim and grind.We called and spoke to the district manager who initially laughed at my boyfriend for being upset and then later apologized for doing so. They stated they would review the video- and get back. They never did.There is nothing this company can do for our family- we just wanted the acknowledgment that this occurred and apology, along with a promise that this won’t happen to anyone else. This company cannot do that… each day, they put dogs in harms way; it’s disgusting.

My puppy Tiny just had her first puppy bath and grooming yesterday and they said she was great!!! I was so pleased with Ryan B's service with her. I will definitely be bringing her back for sure. Thank you petsmart

trainers and groomers are amazing and this excludes them. But I received Terrible customer service from the people upfront.. if u can even call the experience I had “service” …Girls with piercings and (manager) Jason must hate their jobs or find their job too difficult to handle genuine people, had an issue with me being here to start the adoption process after waiting 30 minutes of sitting on the floor prior. Never have I ever made a yelp review or had somebody push this out of me. A total nightmare with those 3, 2 faced people. they do the bare minimum for themselves can’t imagine the help for anybody else.

It's a pet mega store but didn't have any of the things my friend was looking for so we drove 32 miles round trip for nothing. I will say the associate walking the floor was polite, cheerful and professional when she asked if I need assistance I would compliment her by name in this post but there did not appears to be a name tag on her person at least where I could see. I will say this as well if my wife had said ok I would have come home with a beautiful Russian Tortoise, I don't know what they cost in general terms but I thought 124.95 was a fair price.

Ashley is a very knowledgeable and wonderful dog trainer! Ashley does great with high energy dogs! She has helped my "crazy" one year old Golden Retriever become better on leash! She incorporates fun learning games into class time (and leash walking!) which makes for a great experience!! You will never feel bored!!!!

I went to Petco for my cat she was having issues going to the bathroom and I saw they had some stuff there for that. The toy selection for cats was minimal for a pet store and instead of having like mice, balls, small toys etc. Instead they had these huge toys mainly, like I don't know about you but my cat doesn't play with a banana or fish or anything that is big and weighs a lot so that was disappointing. I did find the medicine I was looking for so I was grateful for that and they have a HUGE selection of treats which kind of makes up for the toys because all cats love treats and about 2 isles of cat food from friskies to blue to wellness they have you covered. And the prices were really reasonable on the food.

PetSmart in Hadley, MA is amazing from training to grooming. My Afghan Hound, Lord Zylan, has made leaps and bounds training with Ashley, from learning commands (sit, stay, leave it, focus) to easing his distraction tendencies around people/animals. The staff is accommodating and friendly while I'm in training a few times a week. Thank you for being so supportive of Lord Zylan- and the grooming team (Patrick and Amanda and all I didn't mention) taking care to make sure my Z looks/ feels amazing. We appreciate you allowing us to frequent your store.

I go here for grooming and regular shopping, and I've done one training class.. I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about this store. The staff is always friendly and I love that. The store itself is great, always clean and organized. The cherry on top is the treats rewards program.

They tend to have the various dog foods I prefer to buy, no huge price benefit, but it’s always in stock which is nice.The fish tanks always have dead fish- but with a single exception in our area this problem is endemic and unlikely to change.The training pricing seems high- but maybe that’s what people are willing to pay now- guess I should increase my prices.The staff is always helpful and friendly which goes a long way with me in terms of being a repeat customer.

I brought in a Bichon Frise that had beautiful long hair and instructed them to cut a little more than half off. They completely shaved his body, and left his legs and head normal. His hair has grown back awkwardly because of how uneven he was cut. Additionally he was traumatized from whatever they did there. When I picked him up he was shaking and clinging to me, he wouldn’t even let me put him down. His nails were still just as sharp, if not sharper. I had to pay $58 for them to shave my dog.He loves the new groomers that I take him to, however, he is now afraid of being cut with the clippers because of PetSmart. But, they are very patient with him and ensure that he is comfortable. He was terrified and sad for the entire day after I picked him up from PetSmart. However, upon picking him up from a real groomers’ boutique, he was in a surprisingly good mood. Take your dog to a groomer that cares, you will notice the difference!

We love the staff at the Hadley PetSmart! They are so kind to everyone and their pets and always willing to help. We love the deals that they have on toys, feed topers, and treats and also the clothing selection that they have for dogs. The Grooming Salon at the Hadley location is TOP NOTCH! The groomers are phenomenal to work with and truly care about the animals that they are bathing and grooming. I love the PetSmart App and use it to shop and have things delivered to home or store if necessary and also to book my grooming appointments. Definitely a wonderful pet supply and groomer if you are in the market!

They have an awesome collection of high quality pet foods here as well as some home and garden supplies. I also like it because every time I buy a bag of dog food and swipe my card, they keep track and when I buy so many, they send me a coupon in the mail for a free bag. Highly recommend this place!!

Christmas shopping for my dogs, nice choice of toy's, treat's and , cashier was wonderful with trying to help me because i couldn't find a floor clerk, i wanted to buy dog stairs but didn't know where they were located and had already spent a lot of time looking for lot of other things without help from a floor clerk, she answered one question and left, hoping my next visit will be better. But the cashier went above and beyond to try to help me plus do her job and i am very thankful to her.. 🐾

My 1 year old Shorthair needed a nail clip & bath. He's been social distancing also so this was a new adventure. A big poodle & a tiny pocket dog were both calmly being groomed. No barking, no anxiety. My dog was greeted by Ryan & I returned later to a happy trimmed pup. Plus on the way out we got some great toys on sale.

Not only did she not want to give my cat a hair cut, my cat was there for five minutes when I receive a call to pick him up!!!! Like really I work and moved my schedule around for this appointment. According to the groomer my cat was being aggressive and hissing???? My cat is the most chill and he lovesssssss to take baths. I just don't believe it!!! and then she assumes that he has never been groomed professionally. Totally different than the cat that I have and when I took him to Furs A Flyin Pet they had no complaints. Waste of time, especially when I had to wait a long time. And if was "true", aren't they professionals that's why people bring their pets there!!!!!! never again.... I just have a feeling that she did not like that I told her what wanted to get done....

We were greeted with a smile and immediately checked in. Michael K did a great job on my dog's nails and ears. Most importantly, he talked to my dog throughout the whole service eliminating any possible anxiety that could have arose from being there for the first time. I couldn't have asked for more.

The staff was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, happy, and cheerful.As a new Pet Parent of a cute little Budgie, (I named pebble) they helped me get the things needed for a happy/healthy Pebble. They even made suggestions on how to save me money. The PetSmart staff seem more interested in the welfare of the pet then the bottom line of they're profit. I will be returning...Budgie's love to tear up their toys to shreds....
