This Panera is a favorite spot to many, coming to enjoy great food & a nice spot to eat, complete with a fireplace! I love pulling up seats & and getting warm here on colder days. You can come for breakfast & hang out until lunch too if you want & that's completely fine here.Vegetarian options: Everything is made when you order so you can alter anything for your taste, diet, or restrictions, which is nice.

The food was okay, the service was good, but I could not believe that they did not have one outlet so I can charge my MacBook on the entire side of the customer experience. I was so perplexed that I actually asked two different associates and they both told me that no, they did not have any outlets for customers. How can you have a sit-in Cafe like Panera with no electrical outlets?!?

All I wanted when I woke up on this Sunday morning was a warm chocolate chip cookie. Due to blatant negligence and incompetence, the staff was unable to fulfill this simple request as I got home ready to eat my meal and the cookie was nowhere to be found. If you’re looking an accurate meal based on what you ordered, I’d recommend against this place.

Our catering order of 20+ sandwiches were a huge disappointment. The sandwiches were no where near the quality of the ones that you order individually. The sandwiches were barely filled with fillings. You end up eating mostly bread; barely any protein and veggies. This was really the worst for the amount of money we spent. Will not be using them for future catering orders.

Went to Panera by bus and walking from Umass to get my Boyfriend who is unable to consume any type of meat one of his favorite treats Mac and Cheese Bread Bowl + a Large mac and cheese. After talking with the Cashier in Hadley Kathryn for awhile to sort out things I thought one of my favorite food chains had got it right. By the time I get back to my dorm and give it to my boyfriend, he checks and its just the basic bread bowl + very small mac and cheese + apple combo. Ontop of that the mac and cheese had bacon mixed into it, so basically it had to be thrown out since he can't eat any meat. Contacted customer support through questions section since they don't have a clear area for complaints unless you go back to the store, which for a busy UMass students who has to take the bus to get to and from there, thats not very viable to do. I hope that this Panera can learn from its mistakes. Never has happened before, done this hundreds of times, first time ordering from here. Not going again unless its corrected.

I'm a regular at the Hadley store. I recommend Panera with a few caveats: They have trouble keeping ingredients in stock. If you order after 6:00 pm they're often out of things. They do stupid stuff like give you a baguette with a sandwich b/c you ordered soup. When they're out of stuff, they give you nasty little red delicious apples, even if you ask them not to. If you order to-go, you watch your meal going cold as it sits in the kitchen area, not where you can retrieve it. They will try to sell you leftover bread after 6:00. They'll tell you they're out of the bread you want while standing in front of a rack of it. You can't have any b/c "that's for tomorrow." And the prices are too high. And their website is full of annoying popups. BUT, most of the time I'm satisfied.Parking: There is usually plenty of parking right outside the store, including several reserved spaces for customers.

I usually thoroughly enjoy their salads, but spinach was not fresh, paid extra for feta but it was skimpy, picked out wilted lettuce. Very disappointed.

I had a SMALL bowl of Mac and Cheese and grilled cheese and small drink for $22 which I thought high. But the guy at the serving counter was rude to me and my co worked (arrived at counter at different times). Bad enough I feel robbed but to be insulted on top of that is ridiculous! Read a sign they have on the wall about honesty and courtesy they have hung on the wall which i found amusing. I'll admit the lady at register I think her name wad Kathy wad nice and overly helpful in placing my order!

I didn't like the food plain an simple! I most definitely did not like the prices. I order a Mac & cheese (small). Pepsi and a steak bacon cheese small sandwich. I didn't see the bacon at all. The steak looked like a piece of roast beef chopped in small pieces. The mac and cheese was bland. I've never eaten at Panera before so believe me I was highly disappointed. It's was a very lively place, friendly staff. A fun new quick way to order, very organized and very clean. Outdoor dining as well. It would be a nice place for lunch, but unfortunately I won't be going back. The food and prices aren't worth it.

Went for breakfast while my dog was in the groomer. This was around 10 am. The place was almost empty, clean therefore service was fast. There is plenty of space to seat and I don't imagine this to be an issue at peak time. Love the seating in front of fireplace.

Great experience! The food is such a delight. Good prices considering that mostly all their food is organic. The service up front could be a bit better. (Night Shift). They are missing a few signature sandwiches 🥪 which is a bummer. Over all a nice relaxing place to go grab a snack and maybe read or study.

Years ago I liked going to Panera occasionally, so I recently decided to stop in for a quick bite while out and about after not having been in a while.It was definitely a disappointment. For a place marketed as healthy, there was nothing vegan on the menu, not even a salad. I had to do a special request to get an overpriced salad without cheese, that they call a "seasonal salad" that's not on the menu and then wait 35 minutes to get it becauseit was busy. Unfortunately, it was not worth the wait or the price.

Went to this Panera to pick up a fairly large order so I was patient but waited 35 minutes for 4 to go meals. The employees were apologetic for the wait though. When we got back to our hotel to eat we were missing a full meal, a piece of bread, one sandwich was made completely wrong, there was a random soup in the bag, and the smoothies/ cold brews did not taste good. Not to mention there was no silverware or napkins included in the bag. Disappointing since I go to Panera quite often and expected more.

I learned that you can’t trust this store if you preordered something in advance and scheduled a pick up on a designated day. I ordered 4 soufflé two days in advance but when I went to pick them up, I was told :” sorry, we didn’t make those for you.” There has been lack of communication between the staff. I ordered those for my kids from our trip to a remote camping site. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I have to be fair to mention that staff here is normally kind and considerate. However, this time, their service is disappointing and gave me a feeling that I would not make any preorder in the future.

$18 for a half sandwich, soup and fountain drink. I asked what they have for soup because the menu is big and confusing, the cashier said "they're listed over there" and pointed at a wall of text. What's up with the "CHARGED LEMONADES"?? who are you marketing this strangeness to? Soup and sandwich we're mediocre. I'm all set with Panera.

Worst experience I've had at Panera. My french onion soup was lukewarm and my steak sandwich was skimpy. The layer of meat barely covered the bread. All I could taste was the horseradish sauce. I usually enjoy Panera, but this visit definitely didn't live up to their usual standards.
