I recently noticed that I haven't seen Stephanie there. She was an amazing person. Her customer service skills were impeccable and the store was always clean and organized. Ever since she hasn't been there, I have noticed the store has been filthy. I miss her kindness, smile, prompt attention to detail and overall personality.

Very nice store, super friendly employees! One gentleman who works here allowed my 6 year old daughter to use the restroom recently & even opened a brand new package of toilet paper to give to us to be sure she had some! Easy to find items you're looking for. Great selection, good finds. For all of your household needs, cleaning products, birthday & other celebration goods, greeting cards, toys, cosmetics, & so much more! Quality products, definitely worth a stop. Excellent value.

I swear they were just open til 10 now it's back to 9... Hmm... Anyways love the selection of products not completely trashed like other dollar trees, great finds! However not happy about the 0rice hike so we can't call it the dollar tree anymore it's the dollar and 25 cent tree now...Idk it's not a a $1 anymore though

This Dollar Tree is about the same as others. It's clean, easy to get around and find what you're looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've shopped here several times before.

Always find something of interest at the Dollar Tree! The "grabber" that you can use to reach high objects is the best kept secret! I've gone through several, but who cares? They are a dollar! I also like their vanilla scented small jar candles. The are not over-powering at all. Many good deals are in store at the $ Tree!

It's great if you need a very cheap item like quick clean up supplies, kitchen utensils, party goods, or craft items.The reading glasses are good also if you tend to lose them, you can get a few pairs for only a few bucks!

It's one of the smaller Dollar Tree stores. Limited selection. No frozen food section. Everything costs a dollar twenty-five not a dollar as advertised.

I just got some of the best customer service I've had in a long time at this Dollar Tree. Ashley and her compatriot (I didn't look at his name tag) were both so helpful and incredibly warm and sweet.

Dollar tree is my favorite place to shop. I love the west springfield super dollar tree, they have a lot.. i also love the hadley one very nice customer services..
