Good place overall. Good food, nice drink selection, friendly staff. There was no Contactless payment options with Apple/Google Pay (let's be real, not having it is old fashioned with small business options such as Square). Regardless, good experience.

before, it was pretty good, except waiting 20-25 minutes for a bagel is annoying even when there’s no line in store i still end up waiting for much longer. i understand that they need to get to the drive thru orders, but there’s literally only one person making the sandwiches. i honestly feel like i’m never welcomed there since i hardly get greeted even tho i genuinely liked this place.

Really cool place. Spent the morning working on my book undisturbed except by the beautiful dragonflies outside the windows. The vibe is chill. Great tea & muffins. Super busy with mostly regulars, but still not loud or overcrowded at any one point.

I have consistently been going here six days a week for about a year now and today’s visit was one of the Worst visits I have ever had. If there’s one thing that brings a good company down is a bad manager. It was as if she was looking for a confrontation with a customer, and she actually manages other to follow in her footsteps that’s scary.. I typically spend 5 to 7 dollars per day on a coffee.******Update: I decided to give it another few shot as my job change has rerouted me right by. Coffee is always great and people mostly are too and I realize we have a bad day once in a while I understand I work with the general public too. My prior review was a bit harsh as I understand how people and establishments are viewed upon in the court of public opinion, so I’d like to give a few more stars and keep up the great coffee!

Honestly one of the best coffee shops around this area. Hands down beats dunkin or starbucks any day of the week. The coffee is great and the staff is very customer oriented. Always friendly and always smiling.I ordered a particular blend one morning which was low at the time, so they couldn't provide a full cup. They topped it off the cup with house blend and let me sip on that until a fresh pot was brewed so I could have the blend I ordered. I don't mind waiting 2 minutes for a fresh pot, but that kind of customer service sold me on this place. You wouldn't get that kind of service at dunks or starbucks.The only downside about this place is that there isn't a location close to where we bought our new house. I'm going to miss this ultimate perk for my morning coffee.

Fabulous alternative to the chain coffee stores. Katie and Chantal are so wonderful. Every time we do a drive up they know who we are and they are so friendly. They have a wonderful variety of coffees and teas. We won't go anywhere else!

A great find! Was pleasantly surprised with how fresh their food was. I got a ham egg and cheese sandwich, and the eggs were Fresh! No plastic eggs like you’ll find at dunks…..

Leisure drive back to NH, and stopped on in. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff greet you upon entering. Their hazelnut coffee is unreal...Frozen espresso drinks are out of this world. If you're in the area and don't stop by .... YOUR LOSS :-)

The space is nice enough, the WiFi is free, the coffee is really very good. But the employees are unfriendly, which doesn't mean they're nasty. Just not friendly and vaguely disinterested in providing anything beyond middling service.However , what annoys me enough to post the review is this: There's a lunch menu front and center as you walk in and another posted near the registers with no indication of exclusions. Last weekend I was here and watched two couples come in and try to order lunch only to be told 'we don't do lunch on weekends'. Today I tried to order two salads at 4pm and was told 'we don't do lunch after 3pm'. Nothing posted anywhere.Done with this place. Two much better options downtown: Battle Grounds and Wicked Big. Not coming back here again.

This is a quality establishment and more than you would expect from your run of the mill coffee shop. The decore and staff uniforms (just normal clothes with aprons) put you at ease felling this is a calm and lay back environment where I can just chill and have a drink. The coffee is a little pricey but totally worth it with it's robust and natural flavor unlike most places that treat coffee like a fast food franchise. The donuts on the other hand are more reasonably priced. I love eating their chocolate cruellers and when you bite into one it's like eating a small, fluffy, glazed chocolate cake. If you happen to be in the area, I totally recommend you walk into the store or go through the drive through window for some quality coffee shop goodness at Ultimate Perks Coffee. Also, if you are reading this in the fall, try an iced spice chai latte and be blown away by the flavor of cinnamon and pumpkin spice.

Ever since they have had a new owner I never wad happy with the quality of their service due to their lack of satisfying me as a customer. Since the choronavirus has had its shut down I have brought my 84 year old Mom here. Each and every time we have asked them to toast the English muffin be for putting an egg bacon and cheese on it not done. The next time we asked them to toast it twice not done. The third time we asked them to toast it three times not done. The bacon was obviously pre cooked before. Prior to purchasing it and never cooked afterwards let me tell you $15.00 for two coffees two soggy sandwiches even Dunk Donuts or Mc Donalds can beat the quality never mind the price.

I went here today to support local and I ordered a creme brule iced coffee. I asked for almond milk and sugar. The guy at the window said I wouldn't need sugar. When I received my coffee it had absolutely nothing in it. Maybe a splash of almond milk. No flavor, no sugar and barely any almond milk. Won't be back.

I will not be returning here, for those of you that are allergic to dairy I don’t you feel you should be punished by having to pay so much extra for a coffee. I get it almond milk does cost a little more than cow milk but really an extra $.80 for almond milk!! My medium iced coffee was $4!! , right down the street you can get just as good of a cup for $2.50, even my Starbucks coffee with almond milk is under three dollars !

I can't speak to their coffee as I don't drink it... And I don't think I've even had their donuts... But their breakfast sandwiches are flipping amazing!! Sooo delicious! Always encountered very friendly staff as well 🙂

Hot chocolate was awful. Took the staff 3 different people to figure out a hot hazelnut coffee and hot chocolate. First and last time we stop here. Neither one of us could finish our drinks

This place was great, but I don't know what happened. I blame management. It takes 40 minutes to get through the drive thru and they never remember your order anymore and don't event start making it until you pull up to the window.
