Jordan, what can I say! Lacks communication, if you are running a business I would advise you to communicate more with your clients!!! Very unprofessional!! Also, I never felt too comfortable bringing my pup into that place!! My pup was always nervous, but now that I bring my pup to a different groomer seems to be doing better. I guess everything happens for a reason 🤷‍♂️.. I would definitely NOT recommend her!!!!

My previous groomer of 11 years relocated to another state so I was desperate to find a new grooming salon. My dogs are older now and I was nervous that they might not adjust to someone new. 'Jordan' at The Groomers in Groveland, MA. was recommended to me and I am so glad she was!!! Jordan was very kind, calming and accommodating with me and my babies. The dogs are SO professionally and beautifully groomed. I wish I could give Jordan higher than 5 Stars. She is currently taking new four legged clients so I suggest you call and get an appointment while you can! Today was my first visit to Heather and The Groomer’s. I have 2 dogs, my male is aggressive to other dogs and my baby girl is nervous with strangers. Heather accommodated their needs which has been a hard thing for me to find in a groomer. Her place is immaculate and so dog friendly. Already made our next appointment! Thanks Heather!!!!

Heather is a pro ! Goes beyond for the pet. My Golden Retriever Ellis went there for a bath and She told me many things about Ellis ,his coat, sore spots, and she took off a tick. Thank You Heather !
