Great experience today. Was in the middle of a tub demolishing today and my 30 year old Craftsman multi tool died. Went there to get a Milwaukee multi tool that the website said was in stock. The item was not immediately found but they went in back to Check a recent delivery. They found it and paired it with a charger and battery. Very helpful today!

The experience was very bad because of the employees. i drove 40 minutes to buy a specific product that said they had 3 but they didn't then i asked a waiter and he didn't know what i was asking so i showed him on my phone and he just took my phone without me give him permission and went to a cash register to see if they had the product and also confirmed that they had 3 so he went to look for it and then told me that they didn't have it anymore and they didn't apologize or ask me if they could help with anything else.

This is the best place to go to ship your UPS package. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and fast! When I went in early June to ship some last minute fragile items while in a rush to catch my flight, not only did they have all of the packing and shipping materials I needed in stock at great prices, but they were able to efficiently ship my boxes via UPS across the country to California where I received them super fast and undamaged. I want to thank the good people who work at this store. I now live in California but whenever I am in the area, I will always go back here for all my shipping and packing materials needs! With gratitude!

Best hardware store in the Shirley, Ayer, Groton area and one of the few that fills propane. A bit disrupted at the moment from renovation, but they still have everything you need with plenty of help to find it.

If you want to be racially profiled, by all means go to this store. Funny how an African American I was with, as he was leaving the store & I was paying, an employee asked “did anybody have eyes on that man”….. and when somebody responded and said he was with me she further said “well he was walking funny.” Very disappointing to see and inexcusable behavior.

I love this hardware store. Even though there are local hardware stores closer to me, I always choose this store. The people working there are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate. Always good values too and very organized.

Purchased a pole pruner at Moison Ace last week. The entire experience from calling the store, visiting the store, and purchasing the pruner was the absolute best customer service experience I’ve had in years. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent in every way. Before leaving with the pruner they took it outside, fueled and started it, and showed me how to use it. Warranty registration occurred in the store before I left. I can’t say enough about this Ace store. Even though I live in NH, and don’t typically purchase in MA with the state sales tax, this purchase was worth every penny.I will definitely return to Moison for my hardware and outdoor equipment needs in the future!

Every time I've gone here the employees and managers have been extremely friendly and always helpful. While they obviously don't have the selection of a giant warehouse store, the service is infinitely better. This will be my first stop for home improvement and hardware needs.

We came by to use the UPS drop off at this Ace hardware. We were shipping a LOT of boxes in a rush, and they were so helpful! We packed several incorrectly and they were understanding and kind, helped us with heavy things and patiently printed us out many, any receipts, even though the store was busy. Customer service is top notch!

I bought a generac 5500watt generator from them on 1/13/2018. They held it till I got there as I drove from out of town. When I got there it was already put together, they put oil in it gave me a full walk through and even loaded it in the truck for me. They also gave me a quart of vp fuel and fuel treatment charged to the store. Very helpful and friendly staff and would definitely recommend.

I've been pretty happy with Moison until today. I sent my teenage daughter down there to pick up a gallon of the mid-grade Ben paint, and the lady who mixed it gave her Regal Select which costs $20 more per gallon without asking her what grade she wanted. I feel like they took advantage of her. I'll be buying my Ben Moore paint at Aubuchon from now on.

I go to Moison Ace Hardware on a weekly basis for all of my homeowner needs. The store is about 4 minutes from my home and is really convenient. It is owned by a kind family and is a true local hardware store. These types of businesses are becoming less common and I buy everything I can from them to support local business.Although the prices can be a bit higher (I am talking maybe 5-9% higher) I think it is important to spend my money locally, supporting a local family. What you get for that slightly higher price is a family friendly environment. The staff and owners have always gone above and beyond with any issue I have, and I trust them to always do the right thing.If you are in the Groton area go to Moison Ace!

I cannot stress this enough - remove your socks PRIOR to arrival - if you wait until you get there they may be unable to accommodate you. Otherwise a fine selection, perfectly cromulent merchandise, outstanding selection of your hard to find items.
