Rude staff. Asked about TP and was snapped at by a cashier. No need to be snarky! "What does it look like I'm doing? " I will never go back. And I informed the manager. Hope something is done.

Well laid out, fully stocked with lots of new merchandise. The new $3 and $5 items are well marked and there is a nice variety of items cost more than $1.25. Staff was very efficient and making a positive difference in the appearance of the store. Lots of accent items to refresh an existing look or create any new one. Unfortunately the doors are not automatic and the curb cut is not in front of the store but closer to Shaws about 100 feet away. Overall very nice!

Manager is totally unhinged. This had been our go-to location for the last year but I'll go out of my way now to avoid the crazy lady.

When I asked for the bag to be doubled, because they were the cheap paper kind, the cashier rudely threw,the other bag at me, watched me struggle to double bag, and did not even offer to help! Nice customer service, eh?

I've had great experiences until yesterday.The cashier (@11:15am) decided to check the battery size for a customer with about 8 ppl in line & she was the only cashier.I had to voice it: Can you do that after? I was going to be late for work!!Not saying that it wasnt a nice gesture but c'mon, make it a win:win for everyone.I guess she hadn't punched in and when the manager came up to tell her she basically told him that he had to wait because "this woman"...omg...yup, I am not a customer, I am "this woman".Very disrespectful at that!!I am not going to write EVERYTHING BUT with employees like this, things can go left in a heartbeat!!They have great employees here but this one needs a refresher on customer service. Her attitude and lack of consideration of time is not appreciated.

Yesterday in this store I have so terrible experience that was probably the most embracing moment in any store last twenty years or more.I wanted to pay for several items for less than 10 dollars. At first, nobody was at the place. Then the cashier waits for my action instead of pushing a button on her side. Then after my card looked processed all system was stacked. The cashier with other senior staff erratically tried to resolve the problem for more than 10 minutes completely ignoring my presence.I was not sure what the status of purchase. Then instead of sincerely apologizing senior staff confronted me threatening to call the police.All my evening was spoiled completely and I will never ever deal with this terrible enterprise.

Bad experience with this store,Very Bad costumer service. not only me with my whole family.In some point, they even yelled at me. I m like what ! Never talk to me like that again!------------------------------------------------------They also put their belonging on the shelf, and they blame people for touching them and looking at it !Well! keep you r stuff with you r belonging not on the shelf with sale items.

No sign, middle of the day, and the store is locked up and customers are out here confusedUpdate this is the third time I’ve gone to the store by accident from Google and every time it says it’s opened it’s not is the store even still open like what are you guys doing? If it’s out of business, you need to say it at a business so people don’t keep wasting their time.

Definitely one of the cleaner and we'll kept dollar trees out there. The employees offered to help and were generally kind, overall i got my many cheap little items and was happy. Would recommend.

Pleased to report that, at the Groton Dollar Tree at least, they are staying true to the claim that everything is one dollar----though current reports indicate this may slowly be changing to "most everything's a dollar" due to increased pricing pressures from their suppliers. Hold the line Dollar Tree---jacking prices is the easy way out.

The store always has what I need and is very clean. The only recommendation I would make is to have a minimum of 2 cashiers during the holiday season.
