Currently on crutches and went in Sunday for dog food. A very nice ex-employee was more helpful and attentive than the staff working there (probably a manager with glasses, dark hair and a white streak) and even offered to go out back and get the dog food I was looking for since the delivery was out back! Skinny girl with glasses and white streak in her hair said No! Giving a lame excuse and said come back tomorrow it'll be on the shelf.I went back again crutches and all. Food still not on the shelf at 5pm. Same worker at the check out station (not running the register) I approached and said the food you told me to come back for today still isn't out. I'm on crutches and not leaving until I get a bag. She stormed off saying it's going to be about 15 minutes. Comes back in maybe 5 minutes slammed the bag down on the counter and asked if she should carry it out to the car for me too. My 23yr and I standing there with a cart. Nah I got it! Guy at the cash register super sweet and polite. The white streaked girl needs a review on customer service. Another person who will now order through Chewy. I won't bother going back with a supervisor/manager that behaved like she did. Good job losing my $ and my families. Hope she's proud of her bad attitude in her position giving the store a bad reputation.

As a disabled person. I have been shopping here from the time they opened. They keep blocking the ADA HANDICAPPED PARKING. I keep saying something each time. I have been nice. Nothing is ever done. It finally happened. All the spots were taken you could get into. One spot is blocked by displays. I am after years of asking filing a complaint with the ADA AND CITY WHICH SHOULD COME WITH FINES.THANKS FOR CARING ABOUT DISABLED CUSTOMERS.

Jan 14, 2024 BUYERS BEWARE! If you make a purchase over $100 and decide to return the item, even the next day with the receipt, they'll try to keep your money! 'Store policy' is to only give out store credits for returns of purchases made with Cash! If they keep so little cash on hand they should arrange a later date to complete the return and give back cash. A much easier way for buyers to avoid this hassle is to SHOP ELSEWHERE!May/2023: Was checking out fish feed and they had some. Decided to shop around a bit but came back 2 days later. They'd moved everything around and I couldn't find it. Asked a stocking girl, "Oh I think we're sold out." Wow, that was fast. Any chance there's some out back? "Noooo, I haven't seen any in like a month." You just had several 20lb bags two days ago! I check availability on my phone, says they have 4 bags in aisle 9. Where's aisle 9? "Oh, that's right over here!" Yup 3 bags. Very non-helpful workers but a good deal on fish feed.

Love the store but I don't love the home works people that stand outside. They have been outside everytime I have shopped for over a month and each time they come walking up to me. I don't wanna be rude but people don't like that, at all. By now Im sure they have spoken to every customer in the area so it would be great if ya gave them the boot already. Let us shop in peace ✌️

Very happy with my visit here today. Found the best deal on my wife's Carhartt jacket, almost half off! While other stores in town still at full retail. I got a great deal on some shirts. Plus the lady at the register was so kind and helpful. Very happy overall.

Staff was courteous, store was well stocked but felt cluttered. I couldn't navigate the store with a shopping cart, some of the aisles were too narrow because of skids and displays.I was able to find all I needed, but not being able to navigate with my cart prevented me from finding any impulse buys.

There is good variety from pet supplies and feed, and a good place to turn to as an alternative to Home Depot. But I had a lousy experience my last trip, both items I bought rang up at higher priced than marked. The clerk either did not how to correct it or played dumb, but I ended up returning both items on the spot, though I really wanted to keep the bird seed at the sale price as marked. I had a whopping 10% off coupon for the purchase, and that threw the clerk for a loop. I wasn't upset with the clerk, just at the incorrect pricing. But I have a rule, if a store won't honor their lowest marked pricing, I don't return there.

This is not my favorite particular store in the tractor supply chain. I went here and tried to ask a gentlemen about a part I needed. I knew they had it in stock because i researched before going. When i started to ask his response was "we dont carry anything like that". I went to my car and got my phone and showed him. I get it, we are humans and make mistakes. I was not upset at that but at the fact that when I corrected him it was as if I was immediately a piece of garbage. The cashier however was very nice. This store is pretty clean and does have an ok selection.

I have an addiction to TSC. My entire house could be themed off this store. Clean, well marked, friendly, funny staff. They'll teach you what you don't know and listen to what you do know, to share with others.

Tractor Supply has a decent selection of products, that said, they have gotten rid of most of their tractor parts! Like most other places (harbor freight, etc) most of their products are lower quality and Chinese made. Most products won’t last a lifetime, but for the part-time farmer, they seem do get the job done. A lot of the younger employees haven’t a clue about the tools and equipment they sell. So educate yourself before shopping.

Asked the check out person if xmas decor was on sale on 24 dec she said I don't know and didn't make any effort to find out. Then when i checked out I bought a bird feeder which was clearly marked as 20% off in the isle she called for someone to verify and they did. I had to wait while they checked. and then she did not give me the 20% off when i checked out. She said she forgot. So I had to stand in line for another 10 min while she checked out others. Frustrated with waiting i just left. Really bad attitude in that store. Never seen such poor service at a TSC.

I enjoy this store very much. Especially the fact it’s only 6 ish minutes away from my home. It has a great variety of dog foods for feline as well too. But if you want a good quality grain free dog food, their brand, 4Health is a great option that will not burn a hole into your pocket and have not had any issues from feeding it into my dog. They also have any basic needs if you have any livestock such as sheep, cows, or horses. Wish they had more tractor options and equipment, and it’s a bit more pricey for things like power equipment, as well as being smaller than your average Tractor Supply. I personally love their seed options and canning supplies and occasional work clothing for females.

We bought a trailer today at tractor supply in Greenfield and Kayla and Alex were so helpful they made sure that the trailer was up and running and all the lights were working we appreciated their care and thank them both, it was a great experience!!

I happened to be in Greenfield, MA and saw the Tractor Supply Co. store. Decided to drop in. The store was clean, well stocked with pleasant employees. I purchased a toy for my dog and signed up for their rewards program. I will return.

Low staff, but everything runs pretty smooth. I buy cat stuff here occasionally. Walmart has slightly better prices but I like to browse the clothing, they sell carhart and other nice country clothes.

This morning,I ran out to buy dog food,my husband usually handles this chore. But today,I tried to tackle this 55lb.bag alone. If it wasn't for a nice man,who worked there,jumped in to help me,I would have been doomed. Not only,did he lift bag for me,he wheeled my cart to the register,I cashed out and he brought my dog food to my car,loaded it in the truck. And he even held my car door open for me. Made an order online, item was in stock, got 2 emails like 4 hours later after business hours: first said my order was ready, second one was saying that my order has been canceled. No explanation, no reasoning for such bizarre behavior. I thought to give Tractor Supply a try and that was my first (and probably last) order with them.

I have went there twice (two years in a row) to get chicks on chick days and both times i have received the wrong breeds then what was advertised on their signs (sign said araucanas i got rhode island reds. Sign said ISA Browns i received production reds) . The employees have no knowledge of the chicks or breeds and will not let you pick which ones you want out of their bins. Also with the "pullet" bin you still have a chance of receiving a rooster (happened to me) Just beware they do advertise wrong!

The one time I had to return an item, I was accused of lying about when I bought the item even though I was trying to work with the staff to resolve my problem. It took about 2 weeks for the manager to even get back to me and still they didn't see this as an issue.
